Thanks to five guys for having a changing station in the men’s room. Along with great service and great burgers they are thinking about us dads that take care of the kids as well. Makes me feel like they are realizing that we need to be comfortable in the restaurant and not worried what happens when #babiesnumber2 happens. We will be back

I usually love 5 Guys burgers, but this was just not very good. They had to fix my order several times and when I finally got it, the meat was cold and the bread was stale. Poor food quality aside, it was the service where they struggle the most. Awful. Slowest… people…ever! They clearly prefer to joke with co-​workers than do their job. Come on 5 Guys, step up your game.

I just stopped in while running errands during my lunch break. Service was unacceptably slow. At the 22 minute mark I was forced to ask for a refund. I needed to get back to work and couldn’t support a franchise that finds a 20+ minute wait is acceptable for a little cheeseburger.

The service at this Five Guys location has gone way downhill in the past few months. I am not sure if management has changed, but recently the employees have been very lazy and slow. Also they don’t greet you when you come in and they tend to get your order wrong. You can just tell they don’t want to be there and work.

The place was clean, ordering was easy.
However, the order did not get placed correctly, so we did not get what we ordered.
I ordered the little cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and relish on the side.
I got my onion on the side, no relish and the ketchup and mustard on the burger.

The regular fountain drink was almost $ 3.
The burger didn’t taste good.
The fries were almost $ 4. The fries were good! That’s about it.

I don’t normally crave burgers. But, when I am not being a lazy ass, and not going through a drive through window, I go to Five Guys. The staff here is friendly and efficient.
Their burgers are made to order and are delicious. Their prices are reasonable and the portions are adequate! The small french fries portion will definitely feed two people. There is also an awesome freestyle coke machine here too!
This location, however, is one of the busiest I have seen. I met my friend here at lunchtime on Saturday afternoon and it was a madhouse. Parking was a cluster too.
My only complaint is that the music is so damn loud in this place. It is almost as if you are in «Club Five Guys.» No thanks, I’ll pass on the glow sticks, I just want a hamburger!

I live five guys burgers and fries! Cajun fries and bacon cheeseburger is the way to go! The staff at this location are great, very nice and made sure I was tended to quickly. They even offered me a cup of water as I was waiting. The staff cooked the burgers great and the fries were delicious and not over cooked. Love this location & food!!!

Fries were perfection!
Everything tasted FRESH.
We each got a burger and shared a regular fry and a drink!
It was the perfect amount of food to fill us all up.
And you get to much on free peanuts, if you’d like!

an upscale burger joint with limited menu and a few distinctive touches. Burgers and fries are oversized and priced accordingly. Nice to nibble peanuts while waiting. Very extensive selection of self-​serve sodas. Fairly quick service for cooked to order burgers. Quality of burgers was good but my socks were not knocked off, notwithstanding the walls full of glowing reviews and magazine fluff pieces.

I love Five Guys. I love that you get free peanuts. I love that you can customize your burgers. I love their toppings. I love their Cajun fries. I love that they have malt vinegar. I love dipping my Cajun fries into their malt vinegar. I love their burgers.
My only complaint is that I wish they were open later because it would be great, delicious late night drunk food. But even sober, it’s amazing and I think it is way better than In N Out. Best fast food burger out there (Shake Shack doesn’t count as fast food).

So when I’m craving a guilty pleasure, I typically head to Steak n Shake. I admit it. But every once in a while I just gotta have Five Guys. Food is always fresh and consistent. And I love their fries. I’ve had a great experience both dining in as well as getting takeout. Staff is friendly. And the bathroom is clean!

Every time I have come to this five guys I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is friendly and boy do they load you up on fries. I have never been to an in and out so for me this is the best burger I have ever had. Five guys the should call it heaven in your mouth!

Very quick and friendly service just like at home in miami. The burgers were on point as they always are. but the place was a ghost town nobody was here and it was 4 o’clock on a saturday I guess folks dont wanna spend money on a good burger theses days.

I absolutely love five guys. Burgers are delish and filling and it was nice clean place close to my moms house. The reason I don’t give no five star is because they took a little long it was smaller then the others ive been to and the terror of it all was… Are you ready? They shorted us on cajun fries. Everyone knows 5guys are known for filling up the bag with those finger licking fries to the point me and my dude always share. This time though they only gave us a cup full! Ahhhhhhhh the horror!!! I felt cheated there for they get three stars. Other then that its an A in my book.

One of the best burgers I have had in Tampa. The portions are HUGE! Don’t be fooled by the «little» burger. It’s plenty. I accidentally ordered the bigger burger once and could barely finish half of it. The French fries are a little disappointing… limp and greasy. I normally ask for the cashier to cook mine extra crispy. Again, the French frie portion is huge (about half a brown lunch bag portion). I can easily share the small fries with two or three people.
The things that set 5 Guys apart from other burger joints: their collection of awesomely bad 80s music, the sacks of dry peanuts, the vinegar to douse your french fries in, and of course: the all-​beef burgers!

I stop here for lunch one day…
The parking lot is kind of small when all the businesses in full swing…
The ling was long which is normal at lunch…
It moved fast though…
Everyone was nice…
My food was great and fresh…
I love there burgers even though my diet doesn’t…
Tight parking lot but another good Five Guys…
