Just stopped by this Jersey Mikes because this is my favorite sandwich place. Got a giant tuna and they barely put any tuna and I had a feeling it was because the tub didn’t have enough in it and they didn’t feel like going to get a new one. I asked for more tuna and of course they had to go in the back to get more. Then they charged me an extra 2.50. I will never go to this Jersey Mikes again I thought this chain prided themselves on big true subs with lots of meat and vegetables. I think this one has lazy employees and their product suffers for it.

Temperature in the store was in the 50’s when the outside temp was 61. Everyone in our group was too cold and uncomfortable to finish our food. We were forced to leave. The 2 young teenage boys operating the place did little or nothing to address our clearly stated discomfort. They were focused on closing for the night.
Even my giant meatball and cheese sub was served barely warm. It was just okay – typical food service meatballs, a little cheese and bland, canned sauce. Four out of five of our group will not return.

The guys in this store are always so nice, except for the owner. I have probably gone in here once a week for the past year and gotten the sub in a tub, and the guys always cut it for me. The other day I went in and the store owner says «we don’t like to do that» in regards to cutting the meat making it more of a salad. So he made me feel really uncomfortable and awkward but said but we can do it, we just don’t like to do it. Well so much for doing what the customer requests. It’s not like I’m asking for a free upgrade of more meat or something. And I realize it’s more work for the guys in there, so I always leave a tip. Anyhow. Love the food, love the other employees, but we will no longer return to this store because of the store owner and his purist ridiculousness. Hope it was worth losing a weekly, if not more, customer. Which really stinks since it’s close but I refuse to support a business that doesn’t believe in customer service.

I really like this location. The staff is very friendly and the sandwiches are consistently good. The Philly cheese is a personal favorite and in my opinion is one of the best Philly sandwiches in town.

Excellent Italian sub, the red pepper relish Mikes way is the best. The cheesesteaks are good and the buffalo chicken with Frank’s Red Hot sauce is good too.
The meatball sub is great too, so good my 18 month old asks for meatballs all the time now.
Friendly service and the line usually isn’t that bad. I recommend this place for an easy lunch or dinner.

As far as fast subs go, Jersey Mike’s is near the top. As long as the bread is fresh (most of the time it is, but every once in a while you get yesterday’s leftover) then your going to enjoy your sandwich. The giant size is perfect for splitting, and everything is sliced fresh! The Italian seasoning when you get it «Mike’s way» makes it taste great, and if your into spicy, get the red sauce, not sure what it’s called, but it’s great. The only thing that’s annoying is the employees ask too many questions… how’s your day? What are you doing after this? What’s your favorite movie? Still not annoying enough to not go though!

If you like the pepper relish grilled into your cheesesteak, then don’t go to the Gandy Jersey Mikes. All the other ones in town will spice up your cheesesteak by folding in the pepper relish on the grill… it’s a great sandwich… but the owner of the Gandy location won’t allow employees to make it that way. Disappointing customer service straight from the owner!

I am increasing my review from 4.0 to 5.0 stars because I really love Jersey Mikes! Tonight was my first time using the online ordering. For those of you who have not used it before, it does require a credit card. Still, you can easily select your toppings, add comments for the crew, save to your favorites and even a spot to enter promotions for discounts! Wow!
Tonight I was literally in a local fast food establishments drive thru ordering dinner for my son. While waiting, I simply ordered my two subs and I received my confirmation email with my pickup time. I pulled up, walked inside and my sandwiches were waiting. :) all I did was bring my credit card inside and sign away. So simple and so quick! The sandwiches were completed exactly as ordered! I really can’t stress enough how nice it is to have another alternative in the area. The bread is super fresh, the meat and cheese sliced to order… Thanks again, Jersey Mikes! You will absolutely see me again!

As far as national chain sub shops go Jersey Mike’s is probably my favorite. The veggies are fresh, the bread is freshly baked, and the meats are sliced as they’re put on your sandwich. It’s the kind of quality you would find at your local neighborhood deli, with the convenience and consistency that a large chain provides. I highly recommend their Italian sub, Mike’s Way (lettuce, tomato, onions, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar).
This location just opened and I’ve already been there a few times. There were a couple employees who seemed a little clueless, but it’s obvious they just started and are still training. Most of the employees here are very friendly, talkative, and efficient in their work.
So in summary, the food is great, the staff is great, the location is prime, and it’s clean. What more do you want?

I rarely get to grab lunch outside of my school but yesterday I had the chance. The restaurant was packed and all of the employees were friendly and very attentive. They took my order in the back of the line and remembered mine and others correctly. The staff seemed enthusiastic and some were singing along to music on the radio. I really enjoyed the upbeat feel I got here and the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs. Although they were busy, I got my turkey sub quickly.
I enjoyed the regular turkey and provolone sub mikes way (minus onions ans tomatoes). It was delicious and plenty to fill me up. The meat, cheese and veggies were fresh.
I will definitely be coming back.
