I love the $ 10 off $ 10 coupons they send! There’s always something I need each season as far as clothing so why not save $ 10 each time. Sometimes the lines are long which can be a bother when you’re short on time, but the coupons definitely keep me coming back. My friend and I have the JCP rewards, but we don’t think their program is as good as their competitor’s rewards program.

Horrible experience today. Subpar photographer (luckily my daughter is cute no matter what!) however I was very displeased with the woman checking me out. First off she was sick (which I can understand however she wasn’t apologetic or even tried to not cough on me!) and coughed everywhere. She was rude, short with me and kept walking away without an explanation. Won’t be returning!

4 stars for the merchandise and prices. 0 stars for the checkout lines. i think you could possibly read an entire novel while waiting in line. Returns, exchanges and purchases all done at same registers. Four registers at most places, but never more than two cashiers at a time. sometimes you can meet some nice people in line, since you certainly have the time.
