It’s sad that there’s not an option of giving this place less than an one star. The front desk woman was rude for one and two when I had purchased my frame which was very expensive Ray Bans, they did not tell me it was a final sale. As I went back to return them, I didn’t even take them out of the case so they were in the same condition they had been when I originally purchased them. Yes it was my fault for the impulse purchase but when I came back to return them she had the nerve to put their pamphlet in my face scribbled with nonsense of the frames being final sale and another employee chiming in saying«store policy» rudely. While the receipt had written in black and white that frames could be returned if the frames did not have prescription lens, and I had bought them with no prescription lens. Talk about great customer service

The front desk receptionist jacqueline was very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help me find the right pair of glasses and even priced them all out for me. She was wonderful. I wasn’t thrilled with the doctor– he strolled in 15min after my appointment time. And He wasn’t very pleasant at all.
