Ordered online at 8:00pm and pick up time was 8:19 pm. I came in at 8:30 and my order was not even ready yet. It wasn’t even busy and they were just chatting in the back. It’s already 8:45 and I’m still sitting here for my damn wings. I think the point of ordering online is ready for pick up and not wait. So I finally said something when the other guy that ordered in the register got his wings first. They finally decided to give my wings and good thing I checked the bag first if my order was correct, they didn’t put a ranch so I asked for one. Then this dude told me that it doesn’t come with ranch and I was like even if I ask for it it I can’t ask for one? He was like no it doesn’t come with ranch. This is not the first time I’ve been here. Quit playing games and focus with what you’re suppose to do. ”

Tried Wingstop for the first time and the food wasn’t too bad.
This location is really small. The staff was nice.
The wings were good. We ordered the mango habenero wings and lemon pepper. Both were really yummy.
Minus 1 star because the prices seemed a bit steep for the amount of wings you get.
I will definitely try Wingstop again, but probably a different location.

This is probably my favorite Wingstop location. Make sure you order online or call ahead. The wait always takes forever. Even sometimes when I order ahead, it takes over thirty minutes. I like my wings well done and they always fry it perfectly. When I go to other locations, the wings are soggy. If you like Wingstop come to this location.

I came here STARVING after a long day and ordered 10 lemon pepper wings with a side of fries and carrots/​celery with ranch for a dipping sauce. I ordered to go, and to my surprise when I got home… there were only NINE wings. C’mon…
In short, count your wings before you eat.

I have been coming to this location ever since they opened, I been pleased with the service; the place is clean although a bit small but it’s makes me happy. The last 4 or 5 times that I have ordered wings to go from them my order has been wrong I usually get the Cajun flavor with the Habanero and I’ve gotten the wrong flavor, I’m a bit disappointed because my order wasn’t the one that I had ordered but since I work in the food service industry I know what is like to deal with customers that go back and yell at the cashier for having the wrong order so I decided NOT to complaint about my orders being wrong. I will still be back to that place since I go with my family and friends there all the time. I hope the customer service experience and attention to the to go orders especially gets better.

My go to Wingstop in my area… Had a craving for some wings and swung by to stop those hunger pains dead in their tracks. Ordered my usual 3 flavors, a roll, fries and veggies and took a seat and waited the typical 14 minutes for my name to be called and then it was on!
The service was on point as usual and everything came out hot and tasty. Fries were a tad salty, but that didn’t stop me from tossing them down the hatch. I have an slight addition to their ranch and as the lil’ ol’ lady in the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce commercial says, «I put that sh! t on everything»!

I have already ordered from WINGSTOP multiple times. It just keeps getting better! Its convenient & fast. Typically I order online, and the food is always ready when I get there. A lot of the time, few people from the office orders, then 2 of us will go pick up. One drives, one holds the chow!
The people who work there are very pleasant & friendly. I usually order the Combo Deal with Mix & Match Wings, one side (I usually get the seasoned fresh cut fries or the potato salad) and a dipping sauce, and a 20 oz Coke
The chicken is very yummy. My favorite is the Lemon Pepper, but close second is the Garlic Parmesan. Everyone in my office loves the BBQ.
Just once our order was wrong when we got there but they were so apologetic & quickly fixed the order.
EZ parking. Great customer service. Tasty food!

I wanted to try this wingstop since it has so many good reviews. Now I know why. Even though it is smaller than the Daly City one, they work way faster. And there are never any dirty tables with people’s garbage. We ordered the garlic parmesan and louisiana rub chicken wings well done. We also had fries with ranch. The only thing they don’t have that Daly City has is the fancy soda machine. The wings were delicious and nice and hot. I will be back when I have a craving for their wings.

This was a good idea for dinner. Ordered lemon and pepper chicken wings, parmesan wings, garlic fries and potato salad. The service was good too. I couldn’t decide what to get and how much to get and the cashier didn’tget mad. She had all smiles while waiting for me to order. I’ve never tried the fries before and glad I did. My kids and hubby loved it:)

where to eat on a late monday night? not a lot of choices in the area so Im glad to be able to get my wing fix. Always open to midnight so it was a no brainer. At first it wasnt really crowded but evidently we brough the party. by 11.15 the place was packed. Got a half lemon pepper, half Louisiana combo plus 5 wings to make 20. But they forgot the 5, so we ended up with 15 when we realized hey this is off. Otherwise same consistency and flavor that I can rely on. Just watch out for the Monday party night I guess

Wingstop is my go-​to for when I’m looking for some good wings and a boatload of fries. I prefer this Wingstop to the one near Westlake as the staff is friendlier, there’s less of a wait, and the wings just seem to taste better here!
My only complaint is that it’s pretty small and the tables only seat 4, which means awkward times when I come with a larger group.

This place isn’t good at all. Wings are not fresh and isn’t tasty at all. Fries aren’t tasty either. I asked for curly fries take away, I found he gave us sweet fries instead. There was no forks, no knife, no napkins. And they forgot sauce that I asked. So totally this place doesn’t deserve even one star

I’ve been to many wingstops, but this one in particular has many issues.
The wing size is more like bite sized rather than a normal size. Pretty much paid $ 14 for a child’s meal. The fries on the other hand were pretty good, that was the best part of the meal.
The soda also seemed flat, there’s never a lot of options of flavors.
Overall this wingstop is an outsider compared to all the other ones I’ve been to.

It’s always a hit or miss when you order from here. There’s a bunch of high school kids working here, and you can tell they’re hard workers but the food is either super plain or beyond salty. It’s never consistent, the boneless wings are TINY!
The restaurant is pretty sloppy looking, there’s always something missing from the counter weather it be lids, straws or forks.
