Domino’s Pizza

Had delivered wrong pizza and delivered cheese pizza instead. I called back and let them know. I have them the option of crediting me but they instead offered to deliver a free pizza the next day (today). Just called and there was no note of this and they said there was no manager to access the system because this happened yesterday. They said manager won’t get there till 5 or 6.

Bad customer service, Never wash thier hands before makes your pizza and never wear gloves. We will never ever buy to this place again. I will give this place a negative 1 star.

Why many bad reviews about this place? I don’t know! Placed my order today after work. No time to cook. Got there about 35mins later. Pizza n wings are ready… still hot. Paid at the shop… done n done. No fancy! Its Domino’s. Nothing to complaint about.

This place need to be investigated my son odered a pizza with his credit card and didn’t have enough for a tip so the driver calls back 30 mins later telling my son he ran out of gas and owes him money and threatened him saying every bad word possible we have called corporate headquarters and are looking into the place and when we call the restaurant to complain they put us on hold for 45 mins called on another phone then they hung up on us, the place is dangerous to order from and needs to be shut down

The pizza is good, but the service it is getting bad every time when i call they have me waiting so long to take my order that i always end up going to the store

I ordered at 6:15. Approximate delivery time was 30 – 50 minutes. It is now 7:27 and they are still not here. Worst service ever!!! To top it off I called multiple times with no answer. Horrible service. Never again.

I love the delivery its fast my pizza was still fiering hot when i got it. almost burn my tounge lol
but its perfect and the delivery guys (emman and francis) are awesome cool pips!!! Keep up the good work guys!

First off this location says they open at 10:30, but its more like 11. both my wife and I tried calling location between 1030 – 1045 and each time we were hung up on. I was finally able to reach someone to place a order for a pick up. In the process of placing the order, I was hung up on twice. The first time after placing the order and the second time after finishing the order. Its seems like all they want to do is just take the order and not let you finish to make sure everything is correct. If you sign says that you open at a certain time then you should open at that time, not hang up on people until you decide that you are ready to help them.

Never had a problem with their online ordering. Always quick and convenient.
The parking lot can be messy sometimes because for some reason, it’s really full when I go.
Other than that, the food is just mediocere junk food but good in a pinch.

I’ve ordered online from this location several times and haven’t really had any major issues until last night.
I called the store after the tracker said my food had arrived, but uh, it hadn’t. The girl said it would be there in about 10 minutes. They actually showed up about 30 minutes later. Started with the pasta primavera (good), thin crust pizza was next (cold & crust was soggy), cinnastix were last. The first thing I noticed was that they forgot the icing dips. The one that comes with it, plus the additional one I ordered. My husband asked if we had anything else to use as a dipping sauce or if I could make one (we didn’t & I didn’t have any ingredients to make any). He decides to eat it anyway. He tears a piece off, takes a bite & calls me over to taste it. I come over & tear off a piece, but before I could even try it, I notice a distinct buttery garlic smell. These dipsh*ts made our cinnastix with the dough I’m assuming they use for bread bites, or whatever they’re called. What the ever loving f*ck, Domino’s?! I called them up a second time & told them the issue. The same girl who answered before asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I did, duh. I’m on hold for a couple minutes, homegirl gets back on the line & says her manager is on break & asks if I’d like to have free cinnastix with my next order. Next order?! Because I’ll be ordering from you guys again?! No, but thanks!
After reading several poor reviews, how the eff are ya’ll still open for business???

I ordered a medium Hawaiian pan online and when it got here it was a disaster. When I opened it up it was completely smashed and at least half of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I did my best to scrape the cheese off and put it back on the pizza to eat it that way. Then I noticed the awful cutting job. I’ve never seen such an unevenly cut pizza be delivered. I’m actually surprised they sent that out to a customer in such bad shape. Some of the slices looked like squares.
The worst part is that whoever made it acted like toppings were costing them money from their own paycheck, super stingy. I literally counted the pineapple and there were less than 10 pieces on an entire medium pizza. I would never order from here again. What a waste of $ 20! Get it together

Worst dominos pizza place to order from! I ordered many times from them thinking they just made a honest mistakes… nope…not untill this last order when it says the person left at 11:23 and food never came!!! i want my money back from the food I didn’t get!!! They always get my order wrong and food comes to is cold! Paid for 2luter of sodas many times and still no soda with my orders !!! Never again I will order from this place !

Terrible service. Ordered online and didn’t get my large pepperoni pizza until an hour and a half later. You would think that pepperoni pizzas were quick to make, but I literally finished the movie I put on to eat my pizza to before my pizza came. I tried calling the store to ask where my pizza was and there was no answer, twice! To top it all off, I live 3 minutes away. I guess I could’ve picked it up, but I was already comfortable at home after work. I mean… isn’t that what delivery is for? Convenience. Anyways, sorry but this location is no good!

Since I don’t have nothing to do during the next 15 minutes (waiting for my Pizzas in the parking lot) I’ll tell you my experience with this Dominos location. They had me in hold for 20 minutes and since it was going to be for pick up I decided to start driving, I was still in hold my whole way there, it took me 10 minutes to get there plus 20 they already had me waiting makes ½ hour, when I got there the kid in the counter ask me if I was picking up so I told him that I was still waiting for him to answer my phone call, he looked at me with a dumb face and all he said was” sorry”, I order my pizzas and still took them 15 to have them ready, so 20+10+15= 45 minutes waisted…

Worst experience I ever had with any Dominos ever. Dominos is actually my favorite pizza. First of all, I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. They gave me a sandwich with chicken and marinara sauce on it. How you get that order wrong, only heaven knows. The ingredients are in the title. Then I try to call to say they messed up my order and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!
I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, also, because they took 1 hour and 15 minutes to deliver my food. The man at the door was nice enough, but that doesn’t make up for this horrible customer experience… ESPECIALLY, I didn’t get what I even ordered only. And the Domino’s Tracker said my food was delivered 20 minutes before it actually got to me.

Worst customer service, worst phone etiquette! This place needs to closed or atleast fire those who doesn’t do their job right. They can’t make the pasta right, no sauce. It’s dry! I called to complain and that stpd Filipina lady started cursing like a crazy person! They need to fire her! I just emailed their district manager and they should fire her for having the worst attitude! Seriously if you hate your job, quit and do something else! Oh btw, in between cursing and yelling, she mentioned she’s been working there for 3 years, I really think it’s time for her to get a new job, don’t you think? Worst phone etiquette,

Poster says: A Large, Three Toppings Pizzas are $ 8.99 each. But when I ordered 10 of them, the gentleman there said they honor large order. What’s the difference???
This place should receive a one star for overall operation and quality of food. I feel I should give them one star, but well… you know everyone deserve a second chance.

Employees and nice and friendly but the food sucks.

Nice and friendly staff. Got a large two topping pizza for $ 7.99. Pretty good deal and the pizza is not that bad! I think dominos is putting garlic butter on their crust to spruce things up a bit. They deliver obviously, but we live only 1 block away so it looks like I’ll be walking to D-​town whenever I need a quick cheap pizza.

To be clear, I am a Dominos fan. I would order pizza every now and then from my local Dominos when I lived in San Diego. Since moving up to the bay, this was my first time ordering pizza.
I came to pick up my pizza about 20 – 25 minutes after ordering it, and it was waiting for me. I came straight home and began to eat, but three slices in, I realized that the temperature of my pizza was cooler than usual. The fourth slice was completely cool. I’ve had carryout pizza so many times and it has never cooled down this fast. Is it so wrong to want to have hot (or warm) pizza? I’m pretty disappointed. It could have used more sausage too — my first slice didn’t have a single piece!
