My mom ended up finding some type of wire in her food a couple months ago. Like from a sponge or something. Gross

Portion size was good, brown rice was cooked to perfection. Broccoli and beef was soggy and thick gravy like sauce was salty and unappealing. Salt and Pepper chicken had a hefty thick batter. Not what we wanted but was edible overall.

Their green beans are like crack and I’m addicted. Someone call for help I need an intervention.

I called this restaurant to order quick Chinese food to go. I had to preface my order with an apology and warn the person on the phone that I was going to make some special requests. I asked the kind female staff on the phone if they can cook the food we order in a clean pan due to my son’s severe food allergies to nuts and seafood. Then I explained that we like our food on the healthy side, so please use less oil and salt. And. to please not drench the garlic chicken with too much sauce… In other words, my family and I are the epitome of a restaurant’s worst headache. We are THOSE customers! Expecting a bit of an attitude on the other line, maybe even get hung up on, yelled at, or at least hear a sigh loud enough to sense rolling of the eyes, I received nothing but understanding, patience, and a pleasant attitude. Something typically not expected! For that alone, they deserve five stars. The food was not overly oily, salty, or drenched with sauce. For the price, the food was pretty good. We ordered fried rice, chow mein, five star chicken, garlic chicken, and Mongolian beef. I would absolutely come here again. Good customer service goes a long way!

Ok, I gotta update my review cause they just totally messed up my order that I put through Eat 24 and instead of coming back and delivering what I ordered, they tell me to come back in the future and I’ll get that item for free. WTF?! That’s not good customer service at all and that sucks because I’m a regular and they don’t even realize it.

Have been trying to find a good Chinese food place near my workplace area. So glad we found this spot. The salt & pepper fish and vege fried rice is just the way I like it. I will definitely be using them again.

They made an error on an online (pick up) order and did not want to correct it and drop off the order. My family and I requested 1 order of orange chicken and 1 order of chow mien. what we received was two orders of orange chicken and no chow mien. We phoned the establishment and instead of apologizing and correcting their error, they got upset and stated that the orange chicken was more expensive than the chow mien. True, but we did not want 2 orders of orange chicken. EFF this place… The sad part is our kids love this place. SORRY KIDS!!!

My review is for the customer service. I did an online order and had my husband pick it up. He dropped off the order to me and it was wrong. Instead of chow-​mein I got 2 orders of orange chicken. I called to complain and a woman who said her name is Sarah (if that’s even her name) picked up the phone. I asked for the manager who she said is Lily but is unavailable. I told her what was wrong and she first said she didn’t have drivers and my husband would have to drive back and bring the chicken to exchange for the chow mien. I said he couldn’t go back she said well they are short drivers and the chicken costs more than the chow mien. I said I didn’t care about the price, I don’t want 2 orders of chicken. I told her if I’m driving there again I should get the chicken then as a token of apology to compensate my time and my gas for THEIR error! She said she didn’t have the power to give free food. Tell me what’s going to happen to this extra chicken??? Do you seriously intend to re-​sell it, it should go to the garbage. Right??? I told her I was dissatisfied with the service she offered to deliver it but it would take a while and insisted on the trade-​chicken for chow mien… Really? Then I said I would call back and complain to Lily and write a review and she said go ahead I can’t shut you up and hung up on me. She was rude. I won’t be ordering from here again. And Lily, the manager you should talk to her about making sure the customer is happy. A happy customer will return and it means more money for you.

Experienced bad customer service. They got the order wrong and wanted us to drive back to the rest as well as give back the food that we had mistakenly gotten. Even though they were going to throw it away anyways because it would be wrong if they served that food again. Food is still good though. I just thought that if it were me I wouldn’t make the customer drive back to the establishment. I would have delivered it especially since delivery is free but the lady refused to deliver the food because she wanted me to exchange the other item that I had mistakenly got

Get the pork buns and silver chicken. Fantastic flavor, cheap. Delivery was quick and nice.

This is my favorite place to eat! Never disappoints! I’ve been eating here since I was a kid this is my go to spot!

The Good
— Quick service (Takes less than 15 min. even during lunch hours)
— Can order online
— Offer cheapest lunch special in the area
— Can deliver (must be over $ 15 though)
The Bad
— Worst Chinese food in the area (rice taste like wax, low food quality etc… the list goes on)
— Bad service (or rather not much service at all)
— No credit Card under $ 10
— Parking can be a problem during peak hours
Don’t expect too much. Only go if you are in the area and in a hurry. Even then, I would recommend the Mexican place next door first.

Great place for a quick lunch delicious menu items and specials and great prices.

I found my new favorite Chinese restaurant! The food order was quick & most importantly it was CORRECT! The restaurant was very clean & organized. The wait staff was super nice and prepared my food within 10 minutes… probably 7 minutes!
There was a television to keep me entertained while I waited, and I was even asked if I’d like the remote control while I waited for my dinner lol. Next time I’ll try their delivery service. Yup, that’s correct… they have a delivery service! After trying several different Chinese places, this one is definitely the best –hands down!

basically the only Chinese spot my mom and I hit up! chicken pan fried noodles nom nom nom nom! Potstickers (pork) large and yummy. chicken w/​snowpeas or kung pao chicken are also regulars for us! Love the food. :)

It’s really not worth my time to review this place, BUT I will do so only to point the obvious — bad food, and service much worse.
Why you ask: I ordered for veg Singapore style curry noodles. They served it with beef and chicken and shrimp. The string beans were soggy, and the box was loaded with oil and soy sauce.
Last but not least, for these two items, I paid $ 17.95!!! Sooooo not worth it!

Poor service! Food was bland but then again you get what you pay for. Waitress didn’t ask for refill but she really got her nerve to ask for a tip. I crossed out tip and just added the price for my food. I told waitress her tip is on the table. Which I left her with $ 0.00.

We ordered delivery from Golden Wok. It took 2 hours to arrive. The food arrived cold. There was no rice and the mushu pork arrived without mushus. The food wasn’t very good, but we were more angry that we waited a long time and half the order wasn’t there.

Inflation sucks. This is One of the last few chinese place with lunch special under $ 6. Good portion and expected taste. Also very quiet and clean. Lunch special served on weekends.

Ordered delivery online at dinner time on a Saturday night, it took exactly 60 minutes to get here, which I expected. Food was moderately warm still.
I ordered 5 taste chicken (medium hot), shrimp fried rice and hot and sour soup.
The chicken was good, but like someone else said, soggy — not even a little crispy. The flavor was nice though — though I would order it spicier next time.
The shrimp fried rice was underwhelming flavor wise. Good sized shrimp but the rice was missing something. Huge helping!
Hot and sour soup was good, and arrived very hot — temperature wise.
Delivery driver was pleasant too. I’ll order from here again.
