Can’t say I enjoy the food at McDonalds. In and Out has much better burgers. The only reason I visit this location is the fruit & maple oatmeal. It has a few slices of apple and it’s not too sweet. It’s a decent size for $ 2.49.

They clearly seem to be manipulating their morning order fulfillment times to keep corporate off their backs to the detriment of the customer experience. 1) Waited in line(only one open register) for 47 minutes one morning starting at around 7:30am before being able to order. 2) My food was ready 1.5 minutes after placing my order. Both of these details should be equally disturbing.

I stopped by in the lobby(at night) right before heading to SFO. I placed my order and the worker there just says, «What was your order?» I was completely dumbfounded. I was loud and clear the first time; fine, let me say it again for you. The next customer was ordering and it was this older man and, in my opinion, she was a bit rude. He wanted only a cheeseburger and said, «you want a meal? Just get a meal.» Her tone was undermining him and she didn’t even explain to him that it would give him fries and a drink until he asked why he would want it as a meal. I am not impressed with her performance at this establishment, unfortunately, I couldn’t remember her name. *Also, this my fault for not checking my receipt, but it advertised that a McDouble and a McChicken mix and match would be $ 2.69, yet I was rung up for each individually. That ended up costing more. ALWAYS check to make sure you’re paying for what it says AS advertised!!!

First Mcdonalds ever that have denied selling just a toy without the happy meal. Cashier either didn’t understand or had no clue when asked multiple times. Or maybe they think they are an elitist mcdonalds where in order to get more business for their food you must order a happy meal for the $ 2 toy.

I went here McDonald’s ordered kids meal with cheese burger no meat in receipt n wrapper of burger said no meat but yet there was meat n trusting McDonald’s when in both receipt n wrapper didn’t say meat so I just gave it my child n of course she ate it by the time I reached where I was going then turned n looked at my child she’s 4 she doesn’t no yet about haram or halal being Muslim we r very strict with meat products so we don’t eat meat until sacrificed but anyway called talked to manager n manager was like what u want me to do so I left my number with her to give to the boss i still haven’t received a call from the boss m really pissed off At least for people who doesn’t eat meat they should have somethings more in kids menu as fish sticks or fish sandwich

Parked and while I was walking to the door the most putrid smell, like urine, sweat… I thought to myself«please do not smell like this inside». Thank goodness, it didn’t otherwise I would have left. I saw a family, a mom and two kids eating as I approached and looked at the menu to make an order. Ordered takeout, mcflurry. While waiting, the mom returned an apple pie saying«we didn’t order this». A good 3−4minutes passed while I was deciding on what to order. What happens next blew my mind and will make me to NEVER to come here again. The cashier puts the pie back in the apple pie dispenser without checking it or even consider throwing it away for sanitary reasons. 10÷15÷1517:55, please check your video camera. The manager let him put it back too and didn’t throw it away. Got my order and opened the door to leave, and there was ketchup on the push lever(I’m glad I missed that ketchup by 6inches)… Followed by that putrid smell of…(Look to my left) a homeless man… Explains that smell… Sanitation:F A BIGFAT F!

Shindo took my order down. Half way through, she excused herself and helped another customer. I am NOT ok with that. That was rude. and disrespectful. The wait for my food was about 10 minutes and they weren’t even a full resturant. I will NOT be coming back.

Went there really late lists night. Basically their system was down. And this woman in the picture told me to hang on there for a sec. I was waiting there for about 5 – 8 mins and I nicely tried talk to her but she wouldn’t explain anything but kept ask me to hang there. So I drove to the window saw her looking at the security camera monitor and laughing at us there with her co worker. I understand system error happens all the time. But u don’t just hang people there and laugh at them. I don’t normally give people mid finger but I did last night. F U bitch!

STAYAWAYFROMTHIS McDONALD’S!!! Can’t say I have very high expectations for any fast food joint, but I only expect that my order is correct from the get-go. So we go there at the suggestion of my wife, and I have to say that before this experience, we had never had problems here. But this morning, everything seemed to go wrong from the start. My two younger kids were already grumpy and hungry, so all I wanted to do was get our food and sit down. Well, when we found a table and sat down, I expected my order to be all there. My breakfast sandwich wasn’t there. So I went back to the register and asked for my burger. I have to give credit to the girl who helped me for being apologetic(don’t know how sincere though). So I get my sandwich. Upon getting back to our table, I realize that our hash browns aren’t there! Already irked beyond my mind, I go back again and this time get the attention of the cashier, who has that same girl help me again. This time, she looks at my receipt and mumbles something about my order. I ask her, «Doesn’t my order come with hash browns?» She looks at the order again, mumbles something and finally gets my browns. Can’t stress this enough that fast food should be fast, and not only that but also correct. We’re not there to argue about what’s there and what’s not. We avoided another McD’s for that very reason, and now unfortunately we have to say that we will be avoiding this one for a while.

I don’t usually write a review for a fast food because you can’t expect much however this place seriously. Been here so many times and each and every time they screw up the order. How do u get extra cheese to no cheese and an Oreo mc flurry to Oreo frappé? Do they even have Oreo frappé? Instead of getting the order correct they force you to get the wrong order. Worst service ever. They should just change the whole crew and have a crew that knows what they are doing. How is it a fast food place when you wait forever for the food to come and when it does come it isn’t what you ordered.

This review isn’t about the food. It’s fast food, don’t expect to have your mind blow. No, this review is about incompetence. This review is about how when I went to grab a quick breakfast yesterday(7⁄19) I was told something so ridiculous that I had to follow up with a manager, only to be told the same thing again. «I’m sorry, sir, but we’re completely out of ketchup.» You read that right. I was told that this McDonald’s was COMPLETELYOUTOFKETCHUP! I mean… REALLY??? At first I though it was an employee being lazy and not wanting to go in the storage room for more ketchup, so I asked for a manager. She came over looking like she’d already been yelled at for this very reason. I asked her and she confirmed, no ketchup. What more could I do… I just drove off muttering to myself about how unbelievable this was. Get your shit together, management. If you can’t do 1 simple thing and keep enough ketchup in stock then maybe you shouldn’t be in charge.

Was in a rush to get some food before meeting up with some friends. Since it was close and convenient, went through the drive thru on a Friday evening. Not too many cars in front of me(just 2), but took forever to get to the window. Once I got to the window, I had to wait another 15 minutes, while they kept telling me just 1 more minute. I didn’t even bother checking my order, since I was now late spending over 30 mins in drive thru. I asked for ketchup before leaving the window, but they insisted that there was ketchup inside the bag.(There was no ketchup) My 20 piece chicken nuggets were actually only 16 nuggets… wtf I asked for BBQ sauce and Sweet & Sour, and they put in 1BBQ sauce. Worst Mc D’s experience ever. Should’ve checked the Unilocal reviews before coming here… this place has consistent slow service and incorrect orders. You’ve been warned…

Do not come here late at night unless you want to kill half an hour waiting in the drive thru lane. They only let one car through at a time, and everyone else gas to wait until that person has paid and gotten their food before the next car is allowed to order. The only reason the line ever moves is that people get tired of sitting here and just leave.

This is the most poorly run McDonalds around, no holds barred. It’s a great location. Just north of the airport and near airport parking so that I can get a snack before I do the 45 minute drive home. They reached a new low last night. I arrived at the store at 10:08 last night and decided to go to the counter instead of waiting in the drive-through line. The hours listed on the door said that the counter/dining area was open until midnight. Both doors were locked and there was no sign, even hand-written, on the door. A knock on the door got eye contact with the staff and nothing from that. Incredible lack of communication. And pity the poor person who expected to make a «pit stop» or use wifi with a snack before their trip home(another person was at the door with that situation). So much for customer care. I’m «not loving it» there, as they don’t even seem to care. This was my second incident at this store. Six months ago, when the counter was open, they were losing orders and it took 10 minutes to get a cheesburger. I hope that the manager, or McDonalds management, reads this and takes action.

I was a customer at mcdonald and buying a cup of coffee 7:15pm to 7:45pm and later when i about to ask a refill the cashier said i was here this morning. and i said how can you prove it that i was here this morning, and why dont you playback the cctv and see my self if im here this morning. and she was talk back to meand with the guy name miguel can you believed it 2 employees talk back to the customer instead appology my god .i used to work at mcdonald our motto never talkback to the customers and make them happy and come again. without customers how can you get income without customers, we got income from the cutomers thats why were working. those 2 employees no respect and miguel depend the lady maite talkback both of them. Please manager teach them to be nice to your customers.

Can’t believe I’m writing a review for McDonald’s, but this is the nicest one I’ve seen around the area! It is pretty tiny compared to other locations, but this one is very clean! No flies or bugs fluttering around. I like that they have self-serve drinks. That way, I can mix my sweet and unsweet tea for the perfect combo. Service is a bit slow for walk-in, but food was piping hot when I received it, which is somewhat rare. Maybe I just went on a good day. Quite terrible that this McDonald’s is located so close to work. Bye bye money and hello calories!
