Wendy’s

Wendys at gas station, don’t expect that much. The stuff is very unfriendly but the food is ok. The dining section is next to a store so it’s kinda weird and not cozy. If you starving and wanna get a delicious burger this place will suffice but if you have a buddy to talk to I wouldn’t rs comes it.

Ironically, my review is based on the service too.
While I don’t expect Gary Danko white glove service, I do expect you not to be a total bih.
Its 6:45am. I am in the drive through.
Me: can I get a large iced coffee?
Her: what flavor?
Me: regular?
Her: sir. We don’t have regular. We have vanilla, caramel or mocha.
Me: uh. Vanilla? Can I also add a shot of espresso?
Her: this is Wendy’s, not Starbucks.
Me: that’s not what I asked, but okay? Can I also get a large hot coffee?
Her: WE ONLY HAVE ONE SIZE, MEDIUM.
Me. Dude. Whatever. Medium.
Her: pull up.
This bish. While I understand you aren’t Starbucks, McDonalds and even fkn Taco Bell offers more than one size coffee and even can add shots of espresso. No need for the tude… I don’t work there, I don’t know your menu!
Once I get to the window, she just grabbed the card and wouldn’t look at me nor did give cream and sugar for my coffee (or offer).
I get it, its early and you work at Wendy’s but you literally have ONE JOB: not to be an asshole.
It’s sad, really, because Wendy’s is decent for a quick bite.
Should’ve gone to Starbucks.

The food is always good here however the customer service is not. There is a black woman in in the morning that I believe is the manager she has the worst customer service of them all. She doesn’t make eye contact with you she rushes your order and she just walks away. I hate when I get her in the morning others are much nicer or at least engaging. If it wasn’t for her I would give more stars.

Just because people are white does not mean they do not speak Spanish.
If right before I order a chunky woman states to a coworker, «pinche chagada», that is a bad choice as to how you want the world to see yourself, your culture, your country and most importantly your people.
Hispanic speaking people should have enough pride and self awareness to not make themselves look horrible in public due to a false perception that you speak a secret complex language. Manners and morals folks.
Hopefully the mgt at this establishment holds themselves in a high regard and corrects the disgusting habits of your employees.
I will never go back to this establishment and I urge others to find a more respectable place to do business

My girl and I love Wendy’s but came here and had horrible service not only that but our food was cold and I ordered 2 medium fry and I got 1. Literally everything sucked

If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff is rude! The dining area had flies everywhere. They don’t give frostys with the kids meals like the other Wendy’s do. There was a menu sign that said they offer kid’s meals for $ 1.99 after 4pm but when I was charged more the manager said they no longer offer that. It’s ridiculous that the manager is rude like the staff. Won’t be going there ever again!

I usually order #11 sunrise burger in the morning at this Wendy store 176 Gateway. They had problem recently, I came morning of May 21 at about 9:10am as usual. When I came to my workplace, I noticed they gave me sandwich just with egg, without meat. This was 2^nd time happen to me. When I came back at night to complain, they asked me for receipt. I didn’t often keep receipt for a burger with only 3.26 $. Then they didn’t do anything for me nor a sorry just because I didn’t have receipt !

Part of what I LOVE and ADORE about this Wendy’s is how friendly both the staff and customers are.
Right after my late husband died, just even to chat casually with strangers was an effort.
Their food is rock solid.
And they and their guests are warm and friendly.
Bring a book to ready as a convo starter.

I usually get the strawberry tea, being the tea fanatic that I am… but for some reason, this time it was not that good at all… it tasted old :(I’m just a tad sad

This place is an okay wendy’s conveniently located in a gas station.

Usually I stop in here later at night. For some reason, their is always a grip of vagabonds/​welfare looking people, sitting in the seating area, & they are not patronizing the business. Looks like a Greyhound bus terminal waiting area. A shoe shine man would fit in perfectly. This isn’t a regular Wendy’s. Its inside a gas station. The seating area is a small tiny little space. Its situated between the Wendys and the gas station cashier. The bathroom is on the other side of the cashier. Tonight I thought I would do a review because I asked the employee for a junior cheeseburger with no vegetables and he insisted that the sauces were vegetables, so the burger would only be coming with cheese and meat. His name was Felipe. He also put about four ice cubes in my 32 ounce soda. When I asked him for more ice he dumped the whole soda out and filled the cup all the way to the top with ice. So it was one extreme to the other. The few times that I have been here I always ask them to make it fresh. They insist that it’s going to be fresh and 30 seconds later, they’re handing me a bag of food. How is it fresh if you’re handing it to me in 30 seconds? It’s not fresh. The son of a bitches will not make a fresh sandwich for you.

Breakdown: Fast food joint serving up your favorite Wendy’s items.
Prices: Items range from $.99 to about $ 7.
The place: It looks decent. Kinda has a run down feel to it, but it doesn’t look dirty or anything. The place is connected to a gas station and Starbucks. There’s a couple of tables to enjoy your food. There’s also a drive-​thru if you want to order your food from your car.
Fast food: Meh. Took about 5 minutes to grab my 6 piece nuggets and fries (this was via the inside). It’s about the same time when I ordered the same or similar stuff when I order from the drive-​thru. Of course, times may vary (people ahead of you, how many items you order, etc.).
Taste of Heaven: More like a taste of hot oil and fried goodness. Hey, this isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but if I had to flip on my ‘let’s get fat’ switch, then I wouldn’t mind eating here.
The verdict: I think it’s the only fast food joint in the area. For what it is, it’ll do. Besides, Wendy’s is a decent alternative to other fast food joints that serve doo doo. Speaking of doo doo, try the frosty =)
Side note: Since this Wendy’s is connected to a gas station and Starbucks, make your next visit a 5 star affair by grabbing a triple baconator at Wendy’s, some chips at the gas station, and a grande chocolate latte double expresso w/​whipped cream. Yes… a meal fit for a king.

The food was good but the guy who took my order charged me for what I asked for and forgot to give me my frosty. So I’m waiting and waiting for my order, he gives me my order and I walk out looking at my receipt knowing I forgot something run back in and say «Excuse me you charged me for my frosty and I never got it,» he tried to tell me he didn’t charge me for it and if he did he wouldn’t have forgotten to get it for me. And he didn’t even look at my receipt when I told him I didn’t get my frosty. I literally had to hold out my receipt in front of his face so he could grab it and read it. I was very unhappy with his attitude and his service

Love the Fries & Nuggets!

It’s a Wendy’s. Go get a burger and drive away with it and don’t expect fine dining.
Four stars for burgers because I like Wendy’s burgers.

Never frozen, great taste — thank you very much.
Had the pleasure of trying a spicy chicken sandwich and that was great. The chicken peeled away on each bite, super succulent.
Why does fast food have to be so unhealthy?!

I almost never get fast food. And even then, it’s typically In-​N-​Out. However, I had been craving a Frosty from Wendy’s for almost a month. During our lunch break on a Sunday, my coworker and I made a trip to Wendy’s for a Frosty fix. I ordered a small Frosty, small fries, and a 4-​piece spicy chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce. The Frosty was good. I think I might have over-​hyped it in my head. The fries were decent — room temperature and lacking in flavor, but a good texture. The spicy chicken nuggets were not spicy and overall disappointing, especially when I know McDonald’s has much better fries and chicken nuggets.
Service-​wise, it was fast and I did get food, so I guess it lived up to its category. Will I be back? Likely not.

If you’re looking to dine surrounded by big rig trucks, truck drivers, gas pumps, and and gas shop that sells oil, wind shield cleaner and other odds and ends then this is the Wendy’s for you! On top of the «rather majestic – not, surroundings, my soggy fries, cold nuggets and ice berg lettuce salad didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth, nor did my unattractive setting around me.
Come dine here if you’re looking at giving up Fast Food for a lengthy amount of time. This Wendy’s will do just the trick! Next time I fill up it’ll likely be my car tank and not my stomach. You’ve been warned.

I’ve only gotten take out here, but wendy’s chicken nuggets you are so good & under $ 2! Don’t ever change!
