Ordered a bacon cheeseburger to go. Get home and guess what — no patty in the burger. I called the manager, and she tells me that she cannot refund an order that was done in store. My two options are laughable: 1. I can get a free meal next time I come in or 2. Come in and get a refund. So basically I have to make a 20 minute round trip to either get the order I was supposed to receive or a refund of my money. Seriously, they need to get their act together.

My husband ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms, fries, shake and a soda to go. The order was over $ 20. When he got home and took a bite of his burger he noticed something was missing — the burger. The burger was missing! I called and spoke to the manager and told her everything he ordered and stated the burger was missing from the bacon cheeseburger — she said we would get a refund. I told her my husband was hungry and wanted his burger. I told her he wants what he ordered, a bacon cheeseburger and started telling her what he wanted inside the burger. Listening skills were also lacking because the manager asked me if he wanted bacon?! I guess indicating a bacon cheeseburger was not clear enough that he wanted bacon! There was no sincerity in the apology. There was no offer of a refund for making the drive to the establishment twice. McDonalds is across the street from this place in Westborough. We could have gotten more for our money there and the quality just as good if not better at McDonalds. I will not be going back and recommend others to cross the street to McDonald’s — it is not as if either place makes gourmet burgers so you may as well save money or get more value for your money by going to McDonalds where you at least get a burger when you order a burger and not just bread. The staff is friendlier too.

$ 25. For 2 burgers.(1reg, 1sm) 2 small fries, 1 vanilla shake. I think this is overpriced for a burger you can’t get cooked your way. Yes the fries were generous and we could have done with one, but we wanted to try the cajun. Oh and when I asked if we could get it cooked medium rare. The girl replied they only have rare, she didn’t understand my comment that rare is uncooked. its nice they have all the extras included in price but that just covers the sub-par pattie.

Ugh I was craving a burger and fries so coming down westborough it was either McDonald’s or five guys. And McDonald’s is not an option for me. And after eating five guys. Won’t be an option for me either! I was so disappointed with both the soggy burnt fries and the burger smaller than McDonald’s burgers.

The place is a good burger joint. I like the layers of fresh lettuce wrap without the bun. Unlike other burger joints only wrap their burgers with one thin leaf. All condiments are free, but their regular burger is a double burger and if you want a single you must order a small.

ALWAYSCHECKYOURORDERBEFORELEAVINGORBITINGINYOURBURGER! This location seriously needs to train your employees on how to do their job. You have a simple job. Read what’s on the receipt and make it. While I was waiting or my order, some guy came up to ask where’s the bacon he ordered on his burger. They apologized and wrapped his bacon in foil for him to put in his burger. At that point I should’ve noted to check my food before leaving but honestly I just wanted my food and to go home. So they call my order after what seemed like the longest 15 — 20mins of my life. Bro, I understand that you don’t make the fries til I get there to «guarantee freshness» but that shit was still soggy when I got it. I grabbed my food and dipped. Got home and they forgot my bacon and grilled mushrooms Seriously how hard is it to get good food after a long ass day around here?!?

Good fries. Lots of soda choices. Expensive. Should be a $$$. I’d rather go to carls jr. or in n out and big mouth burgers for burgers and fries that are also good.

Ugh. not a happy camper here. Visited here last night and it was empty. Order a bacon burger with jalapeño peppers and the hamburger only had a bun, patty and jalapeño peppers! I told them very politely that there must’ve have been some mistake and they offer to correct it by hand giving me the rest of the condiments. So essentially, I had to remake the hamburger myself at the table! WTH? I can understand if the place was busy, but the other two associates were basically just standing there. FIVEGUYS, just FYI. your hamburgers are good with everything on it, but without the condiments, the meat was dry and the bacon was even drier! So giving a customer just that, is probably not a good idea.

5 stars for customer service! I made an online order and paid twice. I let the employee know when I picked up my order. I checked my email a couple of hours later and they’ve already notified me about the adjustment. Thank you for taking care of it right away. The burgers were great!

I’ve been dreaming about a hamburger, Thinking about it day and night. A juicy beef patty and cheese all over, Lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, in one bite. Hamburger dreaming, hamburger dreaming, The smells of grilled onions fills the air. Hamburger dreaming, hamburger dreaming, Sizzle sizzle the sound of my patty hits my ear. I’ve been dreaming about a hamburger, Its bun toasted lightly brown. Give me a cheese burger with all the works, I’m about to go to town.

Been here a few times. The good thing is that the food comes out quickly and is cooked fresh, but the quality isn’t that great for the price. For around the same price, you can go over to the deli in the same plaza and get a pretty good cheeseburger with bacon. Most burgers are at least $ 5 and doesn’t come with any fries or drink, so you have to order them separately. I think in-and-out might be a better option for burgers. Another good thing is that they provide free peanuts! Eat away while waiting :)

Not too packed a spot in a very easy location to stop at right off 280. Good service and fresh food. Even if there was 3 gals and 4 guys working!

Remember that time President Obama bought his favorite, Five Guys, for his interns? That’s always what runs through my mind when I see one of these. Interestingly enough, I don’t partake of the free peanuts. I don’t eat the burgers here either. Burgers are my favorite but not here. I like the kosher hot dogs. The hot dogs are good despite being seared vs steamed because they will put whatever toppings you want with said hot dog! Bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeño…just say whatever toppings you want and they will make it happen! They can also add bacon to any milkshake for a small fee if you are into that kind of thing. My girls love Five Guys for burgers, shakes, and fries. I like the hotdogs, the late hours, parking, friendly employees, and the clean space. Make it work.

This Five Guys is really good. The portions are enormous, and my burger is always perfect. If I’m going to eat a burger, I’m probably getting it from here. This location even has milk shakes!

Uh oh. Came in after placing an order online and proceeded to the counter to pick up my order. There were probably 10 people max inside the place so I don’t think it was too busy to get some service. I noticed the guy at the register on the phone so I patiently waited. I also observed that there was a second young lady wearing a gray shirt unlike the rest of the cooks that were wearing red which lead me to believe she a also runs a register when the place is busy. She was wrapping up a burger and after about 5 minutes of me standing there with no help yet, I watched one of the cooks nudge her and say something to her that made her look my direction. She looked back at the cook and shrugged as if to say he can wait for the guy on the phone to be done and then he will be helped. And that is exactly what happened. I was finally helped out and the guy says my name over the loud speaker saying I was there to pick up my meal and it still took another 7 mins or so after that until everything was bagged up and I was out of there. Typically I wouldn’t be bothered by this but for me to place the order online and specify a pick up time that was 30 minutes prior to me heading in to pick it up and still having to wait almost 15 minutes is for the birds… Not saying I won’t come back here but they should work on the customer service and timeliness at this particular location.

For someone who’s been trying to reduce the intake of animal protein, gluten, dairy & sugar since 2011 for a healthier lifestyle, this girl sometimes just needs to indulge in the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries. Haha! At first, I was hesitant to get the bacon cheeseburger because of the 1000+mg of salt & spoonfuls of sugar listed in the nutritional facts! I know, I know don’t eat here if you’re trying to watch your salt & sugar intake, but as I mentioned, I needed a burger(it’s been awhile!). So, when I saw that I could order a bunless burger, it gave me some wiggle room to add grilled mushrooms &BBQ sauce, plus a side of their Little Fries. Boy was I satisfied without much guilt or fullness! The burger was grilled just right IMHO. It was juicy with the right seasonings, the grilled mushrooms tasted fresh & the BBQ sauce was a nice touch(as I would expect, since BBQ sauce tends to be high in sugar! LOL!). Seriously, it was nice that they didn’t douse it with BBQ sauce. The serving of Little Fries was just right. In fact, the size was probably still big enough for two(again, this is based on someone who just wanted to enjoy the flavors & not necessarily overindulge). I love how the natural cut fries had a nice, golden crisp to it. The salt was just right. Maybe they’ve been reading some of the Unilocal complaints of it being too soggy or too salty because I truly enjoyed the fries without ketchup! I deducted 1 star because there were tables that needed to be wiped down & the floor needed to be swept of shells from their free peanuts. I was neutral on the service at order counter & pickup counter. no surprise for a burger joint. Overall, this place satisfied my bacon cheeseburger craving & would come back when the craving arises again!

I don’t eat beef, but I finally had a chance to try Five Guys. Hubby ordered the Bacon all the way($ 7.49) & said he liked In & Out better. He thought it was just an average burger. Grilled Cheese($ 3.89) — I ordered the grilled cheese and it’s definitely better than In & Outs. I liked that the bun was grilled and the cheese was nicely melted. Fries($ 3.49) — A bit too salty for my taste. We both enjoyed the soda machine as they offer a variety of different flavors for Coke, Sprite, etc. I’d return for the grilled cheese.

The 5 Guys must have been relatives to Jimmy Carter, the Peanut farmer. 5 Guys is like In-N-Out meets Jimmy Carter. The Burgers and Fries you pay for. You can snack on free peanuts in the shell while you wait for your custom made to order burger. They have stacks of bags of ingredients(like potatoes) on the floor. And there is a white board announcing where the potatoes came from. Today, it was a farmer in Washington. Not sure if it was Pasco or Walla Walla. The ordering menu as you walk in has Burgers and Dogs, etc. I ordered a Burger. The cashier yelled out«2 Patties» to the largely Latino staff behind him.(If this was In-N-Out, would it be mostly Caucasians? Seems my observation. How does that work with hiring laws? The other ethnics groups are at Jack, King and Ronalds.) Anyway, the point is, a «Burger» is a double patty burger! If you want a single patty burger, you have to look at the menu for the Junior size, or whatever they call it. There are listed on the menu board what an «everything» is, which includes most everything and grilled onions. AKA Animal style at I-N-O? IF you want more than everything, the next line on the menu shows you all the extras you can add. I had a drink and fries, too. They have those new All-in-one soda machines here. 2 of them. I waited about 5 — 10 minutes for my order, which was over $ 10. This is why Smartphones were invented. Waiting on fast food, and looking busy at a bar alone. Burger was good. Fries were natural cut, a bit greasy. Drink was low syrup, heavy bubbles. I didn’t try the Peanuts, and I love Peanuts, but I was in a hurry. Next time President Carter, I promise. Maybe a lot of them, before shelling out $ 11 for 5 Guys Burgers and Fries.

Five Guys Burgers charges more for their hot dog than for their hamburgers(4.29 vs 4.19). thought ony burgermeister did that. eats: kosher hot dog(4.29) –juicy, tasty, had tomato, mustard, i guess –better than average, caspar’s better. take outs: –great service –free peanuts best part of eats. –wasn’t that busy sunday afternoon.
