I had a quick stop off here in my way back home to Maui and the barista working was absolutely awesome. I actually considered trying to call corporate to tell them to give this girl a raise but I did not know her name. Not only did she explain the different chocolates and caramels to me. She made me the most delicious mocha ever! She also offered to wash my babies bottle and fill it with warm water. Then she gave my baby a little dollop of whipped cream for the plane. Best customer service ever! I am now a huge fan of these chocolates and prefer them over Seattle chocolates any day.

I stopped by this coffee stand before my flight headed out of Seattle heading to Denver. The baristas here were very friendly. I ordered a dark chocolate mocha and it was hot and perfect! I enjoyed this stand because it had practically no line when we got there(unlike Starbucks in the airport). Its a great place to stop by for a quick caffeine boost before flying. What stood out to me about this place is that they had music bumping! They were really getting into it and it made it a fun experience to stop by early and listen to some good tunes. I would definitely recommend people stop by here before flights, I’m sure I will!

This was a lovely spot for a happy hour on a rainy Seattle evening. The bubbly was great and the pork sliders were delicious. Great food, good prices. And the dessert was worth breaking the diet for!

I always get a chai with chocolate, which is amazing. The caramel mocha is also very good. The scone was a little dry, but flavor was good.

As a chocolate lover I was happy to see that Dilettante has several options for hot chocolate depending on what is your favorite chocolate. I went with the dark chocolate which was delicious. The best part was that there was no wait as everyone was busy lining up for Starbucks!

I ordered a dark mocha. It was extremely hot, and I had to let it cool down. However, It was so amazing. I love Seattle’s airport(if it’s possible to love airports) and this coffee place is great! I will continue to fly through Seattle because I haven’t had any issues with connections, yet. As well as I will continue to skip Starbucks and go here. The coffee tasted better than what I was expecting! Yum yum!

If you are in Sea-Tac and need a mocha, this place is hands down the best. I always try to stop here on my way out to the light rail to pick up a mocha. Never had one that let me down and keeps you warm when you step outside. Better than the rest of the coffee places in the airport.

It’s always a delight to taste the decadent cacao based drinks, chocolates and pastries, and it only proves the point that«we never miss what we don’t know» unless we try something other than Starbucks. I got a box of the dark chocolate truffles with caramel centers, very smooth and just right sweetness.

Your truffles are awful! For a place that prides themselves on chocolate, you have totally missed the mark. The chocolate tasted cheap, old, and tainted, as if full of chemicals. Your coffee is also mediocre and your service is crazy slow. It’s an AIRPORT coffee shop. 2 barristas standing there chatting away while customers wait to be served. And your round kiosk is ridiculous. Customers are easily ignored, missed, or confused on where to stand for help.

I’m a fan. I come here EVERY time I’m at the SeaTac airport. It never lets me down. Great tasty coffee, never LONG lines, and great prices. I like to get a little truffle or two for the ride 2 for .45cents. Can’t beat that! The Mexican mocha looks amazing, plus I love cinnamon in my coffee anyways :) Enjoy

So much better than Starbucks, that’s for sure! When I used to work at the airport, I would always stop by for their milk hot chocolate. Soooo good! Exactly how hot chocolate should taste. I loved how they always remembered my order when I was a regular! Tall milk hot chocolate and a salted milk chocolate caramel :) the employees there are so sweet! Next time I’m at the airport, I’ll definitely stop by!

Fresh brewed coffee at a reasonable price! Definitely support them over the Starbucks right down the way. I didn’t try any of their fancy espresso drinks but the dark chocolate mocha sounds good. It is near the exit to baggage claim. No frills coffee.

It’s extra dark! I usually like my hot chocolate semi sweet so I love that I get all these choices! Perfect before a flight

Love dilettante chocolates… Picked up some chocolates and a dark chocolate mocha at the N gate location. Also got some biscotti. They have the same usual drinks as any other coffee shop… But with a specialty in chocolates… I love their pearls… Small pearl shaped pcs of chocolate. Their pastries, also delicious. Coffee drinks are also good. Two locations in the seatac airport, one in Kent station, as well as in Seattle. Service here at N gate was quick and friendly.

If you are a chocolate lover especially dark then you must go here. Skip Starbucks across the way. Good pastries too

I was trying to decide between here or Seattle’s coffee shop before getting back on my flight back home. This place had a pretty intriguing looking menu considering they have many different options for hot chocolate! Im not the hugest fan of hot chocolate do ended up going for a medium white hot chocolate. My drink was very warm, creamy, and delicious. It tasted just like a melted white hot chocolate bar. I’m pretty sure this drink was just made with white chocolate syrup. I will probabaly try the milk hot chocolate or Mexican hot chocolate next time.

I don’t know why more people don’t buy their coffee here. Usually Starbucks has a looooong line while Dilettante doesn’t have much of a line. Seeing the line at Starbucks, I decided that I would try Dilettante for the first time. The service was fast and friendly and I was very pleased with my drink.

This dark chocolate mocha and bagel tasted sooooo good going down. Unfortunately, it left me with an upset stomach all day and that’s pretty brutal when you’re on a plane. I think what it comes down to is this: these mochas are super rich and if you don’t drink much drinking chocolate-type drinks, you may also find it a little much.

They have all the fine things that Dilettante is known for. Chocolate, pastries, high quality chocolate sauces to make decadent mochas. Plus the line is rarely as insane as that other chain coffee place in the terminal. Their customer service could be better. Seriously.
