This is about the one locates next to the C gates. So one, the line took a ridiculously long time. Yes I understand a customer rush but this was was unreal. 20 minutes for three people, just to get their order and cash them out. Two, she asked for my drink three times(16 oz triple shot gingerbread frap. Seems confusing but when you’re writing it down and hearing it three times its not that hard). When I finally got it, it was a freaking gingerbread latte. Im cometely aware of how obnoxious I sound right now, but I’ve been up since the crack of dawn, and I have a late flight. I just want to enjoy my drink and stay awake long enough to board. I didn’t have them fix it because i had already been waiting for too long and due to a medical issue I just wanted to go sit down. Super frustrating. There was no rush, I wasn’t mean or rude, and they still couldn’t get it right. If any management is looking at this, I was there at about 8PM on Friday November 27th. There was a woman on the register and a man making drinks. Please have better service for future customers.

Price normal even though it’s an airport. I feel better paying the normal price here as coffee is cheap. Soy is only vanilla and they dont tell you. Hate flavors, and they changed it, but did not tell me it was less money. Know the difference between the franchise and the licence to sell. This is not a franchise our a real store, thus why it’s cheaper?

NOT A REALSTARBUCKS. THISISALSO A LICENSEDSTORE, NOT A FRANCHISE. YOURGOLDMEMBERCARDMEANSNOTHING. WATERISFREEONLYWITHPURCHASE. Otherwise it is…$ 0.33 for the cup! But it was relatively fast. There is max five tables(small round tables only big enough for 1.5 people) for seating but the lighting is a bit dark. I do appreciate the little things. I LOVE the attention to detail. Even the employee’s hijab matched the Starbucks green perfectly. So I think that is a nice touch. It adds to the theme and cohesion of the business. Don’t worry, they still have ALL of that fabulous Starbucks merchandise. I am dripping in sarcasm. But, I must admit those ‘You Are Here’ cups are great last minute gifts and they are freakin’ adorbz. I bought two, someone shoot me. Three stars to another PSEUDOSTARBUCKS. I know it’s not the fault of the employees. Is this some infrastructure/political thing? People cannot have franchises in airports? This requires some serious Googling and free time and guess what… layovers are perfect for this. Let the Googling commence. Sigh. What does a girl on a layover have to do to get free refills?

If I can rate this –5 I will. They have one filipino bartender/cashier, she is always destined to work at the Starbucks before you enter the security check point around midnight 12am-2am?. So I do not recommend anyone to go on that Starbucks. She has no customer service skill at all. I will add her name here when I see her again. She never smile and she is very rude. I know it is stressful to work but please do not pass your bad vibe to your costumers. She has an attitude even if she doesn’t talk.

A really long line all the time, but effective and efficient baristas. These folks are unflappable.

If this is the Starbucks by the N gates then it’s the worst one I have ever been to… Very slow service, they look like they were in a daze and they barely seemed to understand what I was saying was speaking right to them.

Coffee is great. Service is ok for the airport. Wanted to pick up a WSU cup for a friend and nothing but Husky gear. Fail Alaska. #GoCougs

What can one say? It’s Starbucks. I generally get great service with a smile but this one screwed me. In my rush to catch a flight I stopped by to get a nice warm cheese danish, my favorite. Instead, I got a cold, pasty, tough pastry the likes of vending machine food that I discovered on the train to the terminal. I was so longing for the comfort of the warm and flaky SB danish. Pooh!

So I have to say that I rate airports based on whether they have a Starbucks or not. As a result, the Sea-Tac airport gets 5 stars. I am reviewing all the Starbucks in the main terminal because I can’t seem to figure out which is which on Unilocal. We have bought coffee at every Starbucks store in the airport and even though, at any one time, each may not always serve the best Starbucks coffee drink, any coffee is going to taste acceptable, especially because one is trapped in an airport. I have always found that the coffee here in the airport is good. The wait can be long, especially in the morning hours but because so many people appreciate Starbucks, it is the price one pays for fame. They usually have a good stock of food items and airports seem to be the only place where Starbucks sells a cinnamon raisin bagel. I am so glad they do as they taste fantastic and are a really good value for your money. Also, you can take one on the plane with you and watch your fellow travelers pay $ 6 to $ 9 for some food that doesn’t taste half as good as your less-than $ 2 bagel(or maybe you are on a flight that only serves a less-than-half-ounce bag of pretzels and so you are the only person eating). If you pair your food with your favorite coffee concoction, you can board your plane and enjoy your flight with a relaxing Starbucks sensation.

My usual drink rarely tastes like my caramel macchiato here. I’m not sure why, but I suspect that the shots aren’t dumped on the top but made from the machine that just drops in the espresso. But, it is coffee and satisfies that need. On another note, the cinnamon raisin bagel is fresh(at least in the morning) and tastes awesome midway through my flight! If time isn’t an issue, I recommend skipping this Starbucks and heading down to the center area(which isn’t that far away) where the other Starbucks is better and seating is ample, the floor to ceiling windows are awesome to watch the planes, and the overall experience is just better.

I’m a regular and I was shocked to hear they want 33c for a cup of water. The charge is not for the water, but for the cup. Hmm, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Our barrista was hilarious making jokes and singing out people’s drinks. She made the wait enjoyable

Airport Starbucks need to make sure they are fast while still providing great service and serving quality coffee. There was a long line to order but it went by very quickly. Once I ordered, I didn’t wait long for my coffee. Most importantly, my coffee was perfect!

Possibly the worst bagel I have ever eaten, and I threw away most of it. Nasty.

The is probably the best Starbucks located inside an airport I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing and they actually have the scanner if you use a preloaded card. I still can’t figure out why other locations still require you to read the entire card number when they could just get some scanners. I got a Frap and it came out perfectly. Not overly sweet and not watered down with just enough ice. I would expect no less from any Starbucks in Seattle. Got my drink in about a minute just to make it to board with my group. Thanks!

It is a given that one of the first things this Starbuck’s fan did when he stepped off the plane and onto Washington state soil was to pay a visit to Starbuck’s. A couple of hundred feet into the Sea Tac International Airport ticketing/baggage claim hangar, stands a Starbuck’s. The only problem is there are too many Starbuck’s fans forming a long line in the vicnity of a congested area where a bottleneck forms for the security check point. The Starbuck’s line moved kind of slow. On my visit, the culprit of the slow line could of been that one blender was working. Once I picked up the coffee frapucino, it was useless trying to get an available table which left me to drink the Frapucino on a bench outside on a nice day. The weakness of this Starbucks is that the demand exceeds the limited space at this airport Starbucks. This Starbuck’s fan appreciates a couple of aspects of this location. The prices on Frapucinos at least are competitive to the average Starbuck’s. From experience using airports, I have seen that the spaces at baggage claims and ticketing is a food desert. Chicago Midway comes to mind. So having a Starbuck’s and Seattle’s Best is a positive for Sea Tac International. This Starbuck’s fan’s verdict is it is a good location on account of the fact that it is a convenience for Sea Tac International Airport travellers outside the security check point. It could benefit from an expansion to handle this demand. The 2013 Unilocal 200 Challenge. Review 113.

This airport Starbucks is located in the center of the atrium in SeaTac giving the hometown coffee retailer a premium spot. They feature all of the usual Starbucks drinks, baked goods and food to go. Generally, this location is fast and the baristas do a better job than many airport Starbucks. I have seen reviews stating this location does not take Starbucks cards, and perhaps this changed in Dec. 2012 as they did accept my card. Lot’s of good seating and free wifi!

Waited in line only to be told no Stabucks cards accepted at this location. They have new terminals installed and can’t accept any Stabucks cards, or the App. Another Gold card member asked ‘even for us Golds’ and the answer was ‘YUP’ so the entire line left except for one person. No sign, no warning until you were at the counter. I turned around and saw this place called Dilettante(in Central Terminal) and gladly gave them my business. Best Mocha I’ve had. Instead of offering everyone coffees on the house Starbucks just lost my loyalty and maybe someone else’s.

Very busy but they are quick and accurate at fulfilling orders. One time ages ago one of our party dropped his newly made latte and they helped us clean up & replaced it for free. Not a big ding to their bottom line but that extra gesture was really appreciated.
