Not super impressed, I am a first time Dry cleaning user and went in to see if I could get a few shirts cleaned and pressed. I was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to get both done (Had to have one just pressed for a meeting the next day).
The owner made a big deal about a spot on one of the shirts and so I asked him if he could dry clean that one and just press the other, he wouldn’t do it, too much work to write two tickets he said. Finally I just asked to get both pressed. I came back 4 hours later and the shirts weren’t even done well. One of the shirts entire arm was creased in multiple spots and had to be ironed at home.
If I’m paying to have someone press my shirts, I don’t think I should have to redo it when I get home

Jerry and his family run a good operation. I have been a customer for several years, and have been very happy with their customer service. If you are looking for a dry cleaner you can count on to take care of your valuable garments, Peter Pan Cleaners is my recommendation.

I have been taking my dry cleaning to Peter Pan Cleaners for at least 4 years. It was recommended to me by a family member when I moved here. Jerry and his family do a great job. My clothes are clean and smell fresh, rather than of chemicals, due to the natural process. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

I have been using Peter Pan Cleaners for years and continue to use them even though I no longer work around the corner. The owner and his family are always friendly, they know be my name, and their prices are fair. I’ve never been disappointed with their dry-​cleaning service and I’ve also used them several times to do alterations. Highly recommend.

I don’t live in Santa Rosa, but my work is in the area so it’s easy for me take my clothes to this cleaners. My clothes always comes out beautifully and it looks so professional. I also really like how I can park my car right in front of the cleaners instead of trying to find parking somewhere else.

I sincerely hope what ever is making the gentleman at the counter so unhappy resolves itself soon. In the meantime, I’ll take my business elsewhere. And thankful for the other reviews confirming its not personal, he’s just perpetually stuck in a bad mood.

Went in to get my uniforms laundered and pressed. The guy at the counter said I have to get it dry cleaned. I told him why should I get it dry cleaned when it’s not wool. He started to argue with me and basically being an A-​hole! Ok no problem, I’ll take my business elsewhere, like across the street!

This family owned business goes above and beyond what other cleaners do. I have had some very challenging stains and would have lost favorite clothing items if not for the dedication and high level of customer care I’ve received from them. Personally and professionally, they are the best in Santa Rosa. I’m so lucky I found them.

Great family business. They do what you expect of a dry cleaner business — shirts are clean. I’ve also have them do some minor repairs — prices are good. They use environmentally friendly cleaning agents. They reuse the hangers when you bring them back in. Parking is easy, just pull right up in front of the door. The owner knows you by name and often has your shirts ready before you hit the counter.

What can one say about a cleaning business?
They claim to use only environmentally friendly bio-​degradable cleaning agents. They clean and iron my shirts and they look good.
Dry-​cleaned items are clean. No damage has ever been noted. The owner and his family are friendly and efficient.
