This place is HORRIBLE!!! There customer service is so fake! The moment you walk in and they know you want to buy something they will promise you everything!!! I ordered a Quince ring. I clearly stated that I wanted to make sure the sizing would be done before the day of the 15 if not so I can go somewhere else. Of course they said absolutely it would be back 2 weeks from the day I ordered it. Well it was the day of the 15 a month later and they still had not received my ring!!! I called them the day my ring was supposed to arrive and they said it still hasn’t arrived but it will be here the following day and so on and so on with the same excuse for the next week! I finally had it I spoke to the owner he said to come in and he would give me a replacement, I showed up at the store and the lady there said he wasn’t there that he was at another store if I wanted to I could drive there!!! That sounded ridiculous to me as they were already giving me the run around! Not only that but the next couple of days I would call them and no one answered my calls and they were clearly opened as I called while I was standing outside and watch the guy just silent the phone! It was plain and simple RUDE and DISGUSTING customer service! Finally the day came my ring had still not arrived I had to borrow one from them until the one I ordered came in because they don’t do refunds! I will NEVER again shop here for anything and you should probably not shop here either! They sweet talk you into things just so you buy! Look around before coming to this place, make this your last option!!!
