Furniture 2000

They have nice furniture and make it possible to afford. People who worked there were not pushy they let us look around in peace. Would recommend everyone to stop by, they have nice set ups. I dont know about some people but i didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and i did. Would highly recommend.

This place won’t last. My sister and I decided to visit because we saw an ad in the paper. We were each looking to furnish an apartment (two separate apartments, mind you). And if the salesperson didn’t run away when he saw us coming in, he would’ve known this. No hello, how can I help you. NOTHING. How can you make a sale when you run away from your customers, don’t greet them and then just stare at them from across the store. Sucks for them I guess. We would’ve been a very nice sale for them for the day. Guess we’ll be taking our money elsewhere. Our money isn’t good enough for this store apparently. Shame on you.

My favorite furniture store in Santa Rosa! Hilda is amazing! I recently bought a home and needed to furnish it completely. Hilda took the time to sit with me and put together a design plan for my whole house– a week and a half later my home was completely furnished!
Furniture 2000 not only has the best customer service, but has the best selection under one roof.

I went furniture shopping with a friend and was appalled by the saleswoman’s super aggressive selling techniques. i would highly recommend finding another furniture store.

Wish I could give this place a negative rating!!! Bought a dining room table set & slightly less than a month later two (of the four chairs) horizontal leg supports dowels came undone from the legs! I called Hilda and was told there’s no returns or exchanges. Seriously? On an $ 800 purchase you’d think they’d be willing to at least let me bring in the chairs & look at them.
Horrible horrible customer service. They were beyond rude.
If I thought it would help– I’d stand outside with HUGE this place sucks signs.
The old owners were so much better.

If it was possible to give a negative about of stars I would. I am very unhappy with the customer service here and one of the items I received. Too expensive for the quality of items. Very high pressure sales tactics. Very, very, very unhappy!

We had set a tentative delivery date as it took them over a week to get what we ordered. They we’re supposed to call and confirm the delivery date as we were out of town. They showed up at 5:45pm on a Friday evening, without letting us know they were coming. When they they arrived, I said who did you talk to? «Um no one, but we tried calling».
I don’t blame the delivery guys, but I do blame whoever was in charge of scheduling. The delivery should have been confirmed as discussed on the phone.
The room that the items were supposed to go into wasn’t ready. So I asked them for some time to clear it out. He then asked if he can just leave the items without assembling them as agreed. I of course said no you can’t. I’ll update the review if they do a decent job of installation, but as of now I can’t recommend this company.

They have a huge selection of furniture. Very clean place. They have a tons of parking. Hilda has a very good customer service, very nice person. We will buy all our furniture on this store. This store is in Range Ave. Santa Rosa. Definitely highly recommended!

Hilda is the best! We needed a collection of furniture in a budget and she put together a beautiful package. The furniture looks great! We are extremely happy with the furniture and the great customer service. We will be back.

So I went in to complete my order with the company and the sales person was Danny and he absolutely understood my point of view and he worked with me to come to a decision both of us were happy with.
He is a truly good business man and good human being. I didn’t feel taken advantage of… the complete opposite, actually.
He explained to me it is a family run business and they want to gain lifelong, loyal customers… not just one time, one stop shoppers and it shows.
I will be back each and every time I need a new piece of furniture which will be often considering I am just starting my collection.

This is the place to go for Furniture if your in Santa Rosa… The prices are awesome and you can negotiate everything, their selection is huge and they also have more choices and colors of items in catalogues also! I purchased a sofa and love seat there that was priced $ 999 on the tag, after some wheelin and dealin I got them down to $ 699 with free tax and free delivery!!! It was a awesome deal! I was helped by Danny he was a good salesman someone you can talk to and ask questions without feeling ignored. I got a great deal and my furniture was delivered by the date it was promised overall the whole experience there was awesome!!!

Just moved to the area and desperately needed some sofa’s and a nice chair — that all matched. Living in SF everyone uses furniture that’s been at the place since many roomies gone by — but now, embarking on being a real adult here — in my 40’s, guess it’s taken me some time to get here.
I am greeted by Chavez, a nice guy that actually has a sense of style, he’s walking around making sure pillows are in the right place and the place looks tip-​top. We must’ve checked out 12 sofa’s for sitting — I don’t want to sink into the couch, makes it hard to stand up w/​my bad knees.
Chavez gives me some time, checks in and then BAM — he’s ready to deal after I ask one question. This got me excited because it’s a HUGE showroom loaded with good quality stuff. You would DEFinitely not know that from the outside of the store. The area is… not pretty is an extreme underestimate of everything close by — the area looks run down, but you walk into Furniture 2000 and it’s big and beautiful (just like me — so I’m told).
In the end — I buy 2 sofas — nice and firm, and for a small amount he throws in this beautiful dark brown leather reclining chair (think lazy boy), and free delivery. This would’ve cost me $ 2200 and I got it for 1400+ tax!
A phenomenal deal and now my house is furnished. SWEET.
