I’ve been here a few times before and it wasn’t the best service but it also wasn’t horrible. So I decided to try it again. Not happy. I took my boyfriends 2 year old here for breakfast this morning. After a few minutes of waiting for a table we were seated, given menus, and given a high chair. We quickly decided what we wanted and shut our menus. After 15 minutes of waiting and not even being asked if we wanted drinks, my boyfriends son started getting impatient, loud, and cranky. So instead of waiting however long until we got helped and disturbing the other customers(who also weren’t being taken care of well), we decided to leave. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

I was waiting for my car to be serviced so I walked over to Denny’s. I haven’t been in a long time because I don’t live near it and because there is so many other great breakfast spots around. I just wanted to give props to Patricia and the other girl working the front. It was very busy and they were definitely on the ball. I went to a very expensive breakfast place over the weekend and while the food was great the waitress barely paid any attention to us. So kudos to the Denny’s waitstaff for great service and the chicken fried steak skillet was very good and smoking hot because of the skillet!

Typical run-of-the-mill Denny’s menu. Not good, not bad. The service here is very very slow. Kitchen is slow, waiters are slow. The restaurant is quite old and could be renovated. There are several broken bar seats and there are TV mounts — but no TVs. The floor is super dirty.

As soon as i entered server handed over silverware and menu and asked us to sit on any open table .Can you believe that next thing she can ask to take our own plates? Next thing another server came and said you need to wait even though there was open tables. We just left as a customer i will rank this place as worst service in santarosa.

Really horrible service, it took a while for our party of 7 to get seated even though it was early morning and not busy at all. This Denny’s did not have strawberries in stock and they gave my cousin rotten blueberries which they exchanged for grapes instead, which some were rotten, no whipped cream for our hot chocolates were in stock as well. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service here and that is why I decided to post this review. People should know that this isn’t a great place to get good service, might as well go to Jack In The Box next door. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, the men’s urinal was leaking water. It also took forever as well to get the check, since we were a party of 7, the waitress put a mandatory 15% tip on the receipt and honestly we wouldn’t tip $ 9.60 for horrible service

Worst, dirtiest Denny’s…ever! Go to another store. Bathrooms are disgusting and not cleaned. Floors are supposed to be what color? I’d at least fire the manager and get a new team on board… the whole dining experience was awful.
