Round Table Pizza

I’m a Round Table fan, but my experience with this location was sub-​par. 125 minutes for delivery and when I called twice to check on what was going on they were very abrupt and said «she’ll be there when she can, we have no way of contacting her.» I’m sure this was a lie, but if it wasn’t that’s pretty unsafe. Anyway, the pizza I ordered was as stiff as cardboard by the time it arrived. Total bust.

It’s round table! Prices are reasonable, they recently remodeled I want to say within the last year or so maybe two? But it’s very nice inside. Salad bar here has great choices, very clean. There is a code though to use the restrooms so if your dining in, make sure you get the code!

I love Round Table but this location is garbage. The manager is so rude. I placed an order for delivery and asked if they are able to deliver to-​go beverages. The girl who took my order said yes but the manager in the background said «no tell them we don’t do that». I ordered mild boneless buffalo wings and when they were delivered all I got was dry chicken with no sauce. I called back to get my order corrected and the same girl answered the phone. I told her my order was incorrect and she responds «your wings weren’t sauced were they?». I tell her no and ask if I can get my correct order. She tells me there aren’t any drivers available and then the manager takes the phone from her and says «how can I help you, we have no drivers available we’re closed». They wanted to send me a coupon in the mail. What a great manager… keep your coupon because you suck. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Marlow instead.

Ordered curbside pick up today. Got there a few minutes early and needed to use the restroom. Went inside, waited my turn and asked politely for the code. Was answered with attitude «are you a customer?» I answered a nice yes and she hesitantly told me the code while making a disbelieving face.
The food was fine but service was lacking. In fact, after my pick up time we had to go in and get our order. They were not ready with our food for over 25 minutes after our pick up. The order we went in to get eventually was not complete and required a third trip in to finish everything. Including walking back to the car to get the receipt signed. Curbside was a joke and I’ll get my pizza elsewhere in the future or be willing to feel like I’m an imposition and come in before I am hungry so I can wait double the time before my food arrives.
Called the manager– made to feel incompetent and the situation was not rectified.
Food would get more than a star but service was negative stars.

Great service and everyone’s super nice, food came quick and was amazing. I will come again.

It is very hard to find a good salad buffet in Sonoma County for whatever reason, the other around Tables have HORRIBLE salad bars! Their ranch tastes like straight up vinegar, not this location! They make amazing ranch and homemade sauces, their lunch all you can eat pizza buffet is to die for! It’s at a great price too, staff is always friendly and helpful! I love eating here, just wish the lunch buffet had a better selection of pizza then I would give 5 stars!

Superior customer service from RICH all should act as he has.. I had an issue with a take out chicken wings and RICH took care of my problem and than some. I rarely come across service like this and I know service seeing as I have been a waitress for 18 years. I will continue on at gurneville road round table thx to him. JOB WELL DONE.

Round Table is the favorite pizza place for our team lunches. Excellent crust, sauce, options and their drivers are professional and nice!

Terrible service and management wasn’t helpful, pizza was horrible cheese tasted old, sizes are smaller and salad bar was not like the others worst roundtable pizza around. don’t eat here.

Let me start by saying that I generally love Round Table Pizza. The whole reason you go to a chain pizza is that you know what to expect, or at least you hope thats the case!
The place is newly remodeled, this was the first time I was in there. Its fine, what you would expect from any place. Nothing special that sets it apart from any other place.
Ordered a small pizza (pan crust) and an order of 3 twists with pizza sauce to dip.
Wait was a bit longer than I expected, maybe they had a lot of delivery orders as it was not that crowded in the dining area.
Twists came out first. They were as expected, great as usual. They have these wire trays that I have never seen before, they hold the basket of twists with two small outer rings to hold the dipping sauce. It came with one very small container (with lid) of pizza sauce. It was not adequate for the 3 twists, so I went back up to ask for a second one.
No one is at the front counter, as I stand there I note that one of the workers has just delivered my pizza and he comes back up to the counter and I ask him for a container of pizza sauce. He looks at me like hes confused, and asks «did you pay for it?» I say yes, I ordered twists and you just delivered my pizza to the table. He then proceeds to tell me that it already came with a container of pizza sauce. I say I know, but it was not enough for the 3 breadsticks and I normally like to have enough to dip the deep dish crust in also. He says that they charge for extra sauce, its .83 cents if I want another one!
Are you kidding me? I have never, EVER been asked to pay for an tiny container of pizza sauce EVER. Its not gold sauce, its pizza sauce for the love of god! You guys mix it up by the gallons! I would tend to wager that more goes down the drain when you rinse the giant spatulas that you have in one of those little containers! Besides the fact that every other Round Table has come with a few to start, they are normally larger to begin with. Round Table prices are nothing great to begin with, so its ridiculous to charge for pizza sauce.
To add insult to injury, one of the other people in our group that day had seen my twists and decided to order some of his own. His order of three twists came with TWO small containers of ranch dressing. I guess ranch is free, and you have to pay for pizza sauce!
Lots of other Round Tables, no need to go back to this one again. I will however call around and see if the person who owns this one owns any of the others in the area so I can avoid those also.

Garbage. Definitely the last time I ever waste my $$ here. Ordered online & was instructed to pick up pizza after 25 min (I Iive 3 min away). So I arrived after 30 min just to be safe, & HAD TO WAIT AN ADDL 23 MINUTES for my solo med pizza to be done! To top it off, once it was done it took one employee (out of the 7 I saw pretending to look busy) another 6 minutes just to grab it, call out my name & hand it to me. I was waiting patiently while watching the tv, but everytime I looked over to see if it was ready it felt as if they knew I was waiting & were purposely taking their sweet time. It was pretty obvious they do not care about their job, nor customer service, & it’s just not a good game to play with the customer, esp one that used to be a regular & has tipped them many times before. The last few times the service has been getting worse & worse & worse. So I’ll never return & surely won’t recommend it to anybody I know. Guess it’s NY Pie from now on…

Two Medium Pizzas, delivered. $ 48. That is ridiculous. I can get fancy artisinal brick oven pizzas for less. When I got the total I was floored. However, my party specifically asked for Round Table.
The pizzas were decent, but not $ 24 each decent. Never going back.

This is an ideal location for group meetings-​gatherings. The staff were extremely attentive, thoughtful and clearly experienced. The location just off the 101 was perfect. Cindy and Kiernan were a pleasure to work with, the remodeling was a definite success. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable.

Very poor, especially compared to other Round Tables in the area. VERY skimpy on toppings. Pizza was cooked on top but not on the bottom. New décor is sterile and unappealing. Radio (KOIT) playing overhead with mostly chatter and commercials. Many tables were not cleared from previous guests and none were cleaned when we left. Salad bar was OK but they don’t offer bread sticks like other RTs.
Choose any if the other local RTs like Marlow or Stony Point — either are way better.

Awful!
I ordered a personal pizza with original crust. It took 30 minutes to make and they gave me a thin-​crust pizza and it was burnt, and it tasted so bad I couldn’t finish a whole piece. There was no where to sit inside, and their salad bar was horrible. Their lettuce tasted old and they don’t have a very good selection like the other Round Tables in the area.
Never going to this location again.

It’s an entirely new Round Table! The remodel truly surprised me. I came on a very sport-​team-​filled night and the staff was harried, but friendly. All families on the team got their orders and they were accurate. The salad bar was pretty disheveled but I attribute that to 50 people, many with salad bar orders, showing up at once.

My experience was night and day from the others here.
We ordered a pizza for pickup and showed up to get it and they had accidentally made me a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese.
They made us a new pizza and fast tracked it so it would not take as long. They gave us the pepperoni pizza for free with it which made it a much better experience than just having to wait. This is what customer service should always look like. They screwed up and they handled it and they were friendly. I don’t mind an occasional mess up (people make mistakes) when it’s handled like this manager handled it.

Ordered pizza for delivery online and waited for an hour and a half before calling to find out what was going on. The girl on the phone put me on hold and then came back on to tell me the driver was out and should be there shortly. I mistakenly tipped on the card and should have checked the reviews first. 15 mins after the phone call and still waiting… Hungry kids and angry customer. Spend your money somewhere else.
