Cool design. Out door seating. Sta monica. My complain is the lady was so stingy with tissue napkin.

By far the best Starbucks in this mall or in this area hahaha.
Got my drink super fast which was great as I was in a hurry for a meeting in OC, no waiting around in a long line! Friendly service! There’s a barista guy there with awesome pins that is always so nice, really made my day.
Miss those days of amazing costumer service, especially in LA … Definitely a one-​of-​a-​kind experience, the barista in the register also helped me pick my drink I wanted as I frequently find myself overwhelmed by all the options they offer. (Got the green tea latte with coconut milk!) great suggestion and nice easy caffeine fix for the commute without the shakiness expresso gives also since I’m lactose intolerant (nice save guy! Didn’t even know that was an option)
Wish this Starbucks was in OC near my office! Definitely my go to place for coffee when I’m in this area, worth the walk.

Ordered a caffe vanilla frappé. The cashier had a very bad attitude. Barista gave me my order which they got wrong. Gave me vanilla bean frappé instead. The barista gave me a little attitude. Overall experience. Don’t come here.

I called in an order on the app, and when i got there, they didnt have the sandwich at all. They gave me the run around and said they never even got my order. When i showed them my phone, they suddenly recalled it, but then the guy said, «yeah, how am i supposed to remember that sh*t?! It was like a half hour ago!» It was not even 10 minutes ago. They were extremely unhelpful and rude and i eventually just took a refund and left. I work at the bloomingdales that it is next to and i now understand why all of my coworkers and customers are constantly complaining about the service there and the attitude of the workers.

STOP! Don’t bother waiting in line or ordering online… the walk down the promenade to the Starbucks off 3^rd and Santa Monica is worth it. The drinks are mediocre and the guy making the drinks was on the phone the whole time. The taste is never accurate or the same… don’t you follow recipes? Sadly it wasn’t my first time but thought I’d give it another try… I thought wrong.
