Bought two shirts and was given a free undershirt. They did not have my size so I went back two days later and they had my size in stock. Had receipt and the manager refused to let me exchange. Will not be buying from them again.

Love this place! The clothes are a bit hit or miss but for the most part, I like it! The staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is great if you’re at 3rd Street Promenade. This place is closing soon but I hope they open an actual store in or around Santa Monica asap!

I would not suggest coming here during the weekend if you can help it. Too many people in small pop-up can feel a little claustrophobic. However, the service here was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cute clothes, lame salespeople. The people working at this pop-up store don’t know very much at all about the inventory, availability in other stores, colors, sizes, styles or really anything. But they do chirp irritatingly around you trying to get a commission when you figure things out for yourself. Worse, the store doesn’t have a phone, so you can’t call ahead to find out what’s in stock. Skip it and go to Beverly Center.

I had posted a negative review about a month ago and my negative review has been deleted. I wonder how much Uniqlo paid to have it deleted. My complaint was that on their chinos and jeans there is a warning that the dye used to make the pants may rub off on light colored furniture and light colored car seats. Why would Uniqlo make clothing where this can happen ! One buys a $ 40 pair of jeans only to have the jeans ruin a $ 500 piece of furniture when the dye rubs off !

I love Uniqlo and have only shopped in the NYC locations. I wasn’t expecting the LA stores to be open yet on visit to LA but I walked by and saw the big pop up store sign hanging so i literally sped walked to the store. The selection is limited and pretty much of a teaser on what’s to come. I got a pair of pants and a button up. It was a nice surprise before my flight back to Seattle.

Pop up uniqlo! Wow. What makes them so different is their material. They’ve got magical stuff! Super warm down jackets that are insanely light and can fit in a tiny bag, very light tshirts that actually have the technology to keep you warm, to tshirts that are called airism and it keeps you sweat free. There are also tshirt colabs with pharrel too.

Check out the pop up before it’s gone. Here until September and then bye bye. Selection is limited but the prices are great and free alterations on pants over $ 20. Sales staff is helpful and attentive. Only downside is that there are only 2 dressing rooms so the wait can be a bit long.
