This pappa murphys location stinks. We have been going here for a few months and getting the 5 meat stuffed at first is was really good and now it seems they are getting very skimpy on the ingredients. Then we went just a few days ago and we ordered a pizza with no onions or no tomatoes and it was a chicken stuffed and to come to find out when we got home and cooked it it had tomatoes in it. So that sucked since our family does not tolerate tomatoes. So that pizza was wasted. We called the store so they said we could get another pizza another day. So all in good but when we went back it was a hassle they had to call the supervisor and then they jipped us again buy giving us the smaller size when we had originally gotten the family size. The customer service here is not good. The lady that runs the cashier register always seems annoyed especially when you use your Ebt card. She always forgets to take off coupons and just seems very rude about it. The other pappa murphys has a salad card and they won’t honor it at this store. I think that is really poor customer service especially if they are a franchise. The salads are barely edible we got a salad a few weeks ago and the lettuce underneath was very wilty. Well I guess enough complaining. My family and I will never be going back to this place they just lost a good customer that was in at least twice a week to buy pizzas. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be telling others about the lack of customer service.

The pizza is passable, but the gap between this and a baked pizza has grown smaller since I first started buying Papa Murphy. They are more consistent than any other chain in town, but the pricing is irritating. $ 15 for a two topping pie that I still have to bake seems a bit out of touch when there’s a Pizza Centro across the street. Over there the same size in cheese is also $ 15, and specialties are $ 22. Skeleton crew+ no natural gas bill= fresh baked pizza price? It doesn’t add up. The best I can figure is that they make sales with EBT users or the Bed, Bath, Beyond coupon model works on pizza as well. Be sure to check your junk mail before you stop by.

Delicious freshly-prepared take & bake pizzas. The answer to Papa Murphy’s success is fresh ingredients; pizza freshly prepared; a variety of pizza selection for every foodie as well as some consideration for certain dietary concerns; and owners who obviously take pride in their franchise. Every Papa Murphy’s I’ve visited(numerous locations in Oregon, California, and New Mexico) has held the same standards in food quality and service. My local Papa Murphy’s on Zafarano in Santa Fe, NM is extra nice because the employees are very sweet — they’re always quick to smile, and quick to ensure that you are getting what you ordered. Quality product supported by quality customer service wins every time. You will not be disappointed.

There’s a second Papa Murphy’s in Santa Fe, this one is on Zafarano across from Lowe’s. We stopped in there this week to test their pizza, which everyone ought to know by now requires baking at home, a clever idea that has its beauty(I actually read a review on this site for the other Santa Fe Papa Murphy’s in which someone complained that he had to bake it himself). The pizza preparer did a fine job of assembling the pizza right before our eyes. We chose three ingredients, and it was not expensive. The best part was baking it at home 24 hours later. Despite the disposable pan at the bottom that goes right into the oven with our pie, the crust comes out crispy(each pizza comes with an instruction sheet, and it says that if you want a crispier crust, to remove the pan for the last few minutes of baking, but we didn’t have to; it was already crispy the way we like it). We liked the vibe of this Papa Murphy’s Take & Bake Pizza, and will return, as we appreciate local businesses with good attitudes – and by the way, the young man who made our pizza described his boss, who wasn’t there at the time, as a wonderful woman. It’s a clean place, too, and keeps its restroom locked for patrons’ use. We ordered the regular crust for our first try, and next time we will sample the thin one. We are favorably impressed with this little take-out shop, which also offers nice-looking salads, already prepared – I think I saw an Italian version and a chicken Caesar. Also, for the real degenerates among us, there are little buckets of cookie-dough available(yes, we bought one)!
