First, I called the UPS store on Zafarano today to make sure the fingerprinting machine was working. Kid on the phone said it was working as far as he knew. I went to the same UPS store an hour later. The door was open, but there was no one in the store. Young male UPS store worker with walks in from outside, asks if he can help me. Me: «I’d like to get some fingerprinting done.» UPS store worker: «Oh, did they send you over from the other store?» Me: «No, but I called earlier.» UPS worker: «If you talked to me, I didn’t know if it was working or not.» He walked a few feet over to the machine, and said, «It’s not working, because this green light isn’t on.» Me: Too bad you couldn’t have looked at the machine when I called.“ UPS worker: «I know, right?» Wow. The land of mañana strikes again. Thank for wasting my time by being lazy, kid.

Had to drop off a package for shipping and this was the first UPS store we found. I haven’t had much experience with this store because from the time I walked in to the time I had my receipt and was on my way it took about 60 seconds. Which is exactly what I want from a UPS store.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service with this store. Had delivery problems which they were unable or unwilling to help solve due to a mistake when the information for delivery was printed at the store. The label was correct but, unbeknownst to me, a signature requirement prohibited the delivery as stated on the label. The package will be returned to me and then sent again via FedEx. I will never do business with them again.
