Pizza Hut

Ordered a couple pizzas last night online after 45 mins received a phone call saying they were out of mushrooms so I gave them an alternative and 15 mins later our pizzas arrived with the dough still raw. With so many other choices for pizza I won’t ever order from them again.

Very disappointing. Ordered online — saw my name and order on the screen when I arrived on time, but pizza wasn’t there. Manager laughed it off. I had to wait for the pizza to be made and cooked. Manager was having her friends in — all of them just walked into the kitchen. Hygiene questionable. Low standards. Saw a very slobby looking guy put cheese on a pizza without washing his hands.

I damn well wish I could give them ZERO stars… A.) their location sucks! B.) Their food seems to be consistently awful! C.) The management are ASSHOLES and refuse to admit fault for ANYTHING!!! First time… I ordered my pizza and extras ($ 30 worth of food) for my family. I waited and waited and waited for it to arrive only to call them an hour and a half after I ordered it to ask where my food is. The guy told me they are busy so my pizza has been sitting on the warmer for over an hour and they would deliver it soon. I, clearly not willing to eat pizza that has been sitting on a warmer for over an hour and then sitting in a car for another God knows how long told them not to deliver it now. By this point, it is already 9:00 pm and my kids need to go to bed. They delivered the pizza around 10 pm and I refused to answer the door. Who wouldn’t??? Well, today I have decided to leave this review because they are really even worse than that. Today My dad got home with the pizza for us and my kids. He walked in. I opened the box and low and behold, inside the box is a completely raw stretchy dough pan pizza that looks thin crust because it was RAW!!! He took the pizza back to Pizza Hut to get another one and they offered no apologies and simply stated, «Well, sometimes the pan pizza doesn’t cook all the way through.» What a dipshit! So, they gave us a hand tossed pizza instead. I don’t even want to eat the thing out of the assumption that they have probably spit in it. Pizza Hut, you’d do well to find out the truth about your locations. They suck!!!

So… I know its boring ol’ Pizza Hut and they shouldn’t get too many stars, but any place that can deliver to my «MIDDLE OF NOWHERE» home at least gets a nod.
I usually expect any delivery place to get here 15 minutes after what they project. This time, they got to my house as I expected and they called not knowing which house was mine, which is understandable especially at night.
The prices aren’t so bad. Right now they have a 20 buck, party box that has two pizzas, 8 wings, and some breadsticks. Its not AS BAD as people say. But then again, its NO GOURMET pizza.
3 stars, just cus’ there were no complaints getting to my house! And right now, with a fresh knee surgery, delivery’s my way to go.

Awful.

Pizza was very salty, with practically no flavor. This used to be the best of the national companies.
