Marcia Holmgren is a gem at the Sofa Interiors store in Santa Clarita. She assisted me in choosing the perfect fabric in my price range. There was a back order with my first choice and she tirelessly looked once again to satisfy me. The couch was scheduled to arrive on April 22^nd and it was delivered today, 10 days early! Who gets a custom made couch early? The couch is gorgeous. Fabric perfect. It was manufactured in Pasadena to the customer’s specifications. The craftsmanship of the couch is outstanding. It was such a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable, competent and hardworking sales person. My experience with Sofa Interiors exceeded my expectation.

We recently had 2 bar stools reupholstered at Sofa Interiors in Santa Clarita. The stools are on a wood frame and have back and seat cushions. We selected a perfect fabric that was soft and comfortable. Marcia told us we could choose a medium firm cushion or go with a firmer cushion. She told us the firmer cushion would be more durable so we made the decision to go with the firmer seat cushions. I also asked that the seat cushions be made 1 «deeper from the original cushions. When they were completed and we brought them home, they were too firm and too high. I would advise when adding additional height to a seat cushion it changes the dynamics of the seat and I would not recommend doing it. I was unhappy with the comfort of the bar stools. We called Marcia and she contacted their factory and negotiated with them to take them back to be reupholstered once again. They agreed to replace the seat cushions with medium foam and make the seats 1» lower. I am sure it was not such an easy task as they had to take them all apart and preserve the new fabric. I did have to pay a reasonable charge to make these corrections. I also asked them to touch up the scratches and worn areas on both wooden bases of the stools which they did and the wood looks like new. We were very pleased with Marcia and the staff at Sofa Interiors for their cooperation and professionalism. When we got them back the second time they were perfect. I would highly recommend them because they will do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. Marcia is amazing to work with. Thank you Marcia.

We purchased two wonderful sofas and had two recliners re-​upholstered. The workmanship and quality are second to none.
After going through all of the options, we got the exact look and comfort level we wanted for a price that was very acceptable.
Also, working with Marcia was a real pleasure.

I created a couch with the assistance of the Marcia and it turned out great! I was there many times working out the design and feel. It was work, however, a couch should be an investment because you will keep it for years and sit on it daily. I got what I wanted and they were very nice working through this.
Yes, there was an issue. When I got the couch, the cushions seemed a little to soft. As was explained to me, the fabric has an effect on the feel of the cushion and mine made it softer than the model. Marcia referred me to Scott, the boss at the home store. He said bring it in and we will check it out. I brought it over and after a discussion and sampling, I changed the cushion. No price change. Three business days later they called saying the cushions are ready. I tested them when I picked them up and they were very comfortable. I was quite satisfied. I thanked him and will continue to do business with them. Then I went to brewery across the street and continued my enjoyment.

We had a large sofa made at SI and we were very excited! Very nice peolple. Unfortunately, after spending a lot of money for what we thought was a special piece, we had to spend another third to redo the pillow casings, because the «down» was coming through. The down is actually feathers, so they have not stopped coming through to the surface of the sofa! It looks like we have a chicken coop, the way we pick up feathers on a daily basis. All and all, we spent a lot of money and did not get a quality product.

This place is a joke. They have furniture that is several decades old and the service is nonexistent. I would have never found this place if it wasn’t for GPS. Seriously, if I didn’t know better I would say this place is a front for some kind of shady business, it’s just not realistic for them to stay in business with a selection that is from a scale 1 to 10 would be –5.

Went into Sofa Interiors looking for a Sofa and instead found the most beautiful chaise.
I have not seen a piece like this in any other furniture store and I’ve been to many these past few weeks.
There are literally thousands of fabrics and materials to choose from and the sales person Marcia is really helpful and really nice. Chaise was delivered today and looks better than I had expected.
And one other thing that is awesome… this furniture is not only made in the USA but right here locally… where else can you find that???

The staff is great and very helpful, a real pleasure to work with. We ordered custom sizes and we didn’t get anything close to the sizes we ordered. Every model on their floor has a 36 inch depth with a 21 inch seating area. I wanted 38 inch depth and 23 inches minimum in the seating area. Beware, they have a +/​-​1.5 inch allowance in their contract. Because of this we told Tracy we wanted a minimum 23 inch seat allowance. What did we get? 21 inches, just like every floor sample. Sad that I spent so much money to be so disappointed. They don’t do custom sizing. Wished we would have gone down to the Glendale store to measure before making final payment.

We bought our couch from here and had a great experience. I believe the lady that helped us was Marsha and she was great! We didn’t feel like we were being up sold or pressured to buy. She was very helpful by moving furniture around to see how it would look with different angles. We will be back here again!
