For a $ 5 pizza, it’s pretty good to get the pepperoni pizza! It’s not a gourmet pizza but no need to wait for one because it’s always ready. Forget service, staff are brooding male teenagers. They don’t have any customer service skills! Not one even cracks a smile! But heck, it’s cheap junk food! Parking is ok.

I ordered the Stuffed Crust and waited 20mins to receive a box with 2⁄3 pizza. Disappointed from this location. The cashier lady said that the only thing she can do is remake it herself but i didn’t wanted to waste another 20 mins there, so I got my money back and left the store hungry

My first time at this location, and I am extremely disappointed. We waited 30 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. I understand that they were busy but they ended up giving us the same pizza and breadsticks that were sitting there when we first arrived. After a wait time of 30 minutes that is highly unacceptable. Also, at no point did any of the workers seem even the slightest bit empathetic to the wait time.

Two chances yesterday to make a sale. Lunch, I encountered two customers waiting and no hot and ready pizzas. Turned around and left. Went to Wendy’s. Same day, 5:45pm. Walk in, 10 minute wait for hot and ready. Got a meeting at 6pm. Turned around and left. Not sure when they think that pizza should be available for sale. The two warmers run empty. Canyon Country, Newhall, and Valencia all run better. Knock, knock. Who’s there? Not pizza.

Ok so pizza here is convenient and quick. Not the best but when you’re in a rush it’ll do. Now the bad part. Someone needs to wake the youth up in this city. They are so lucky to even have a job. They move way too slow, didn’t have their inventory ready per their menu, and lied to a lady and told her they were out of napkins when you could see the order sitting in the corner with napkins in it. Also the front counter was filthy. It had drips of who knows what all over the front of it and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Hey franchise owner get your act together and/​or have your manager step it up.

The pizza is hot but almost NEVER ready… seriously, you make average pizza. The reason I buy it is because it’s supposed to be ready.
A month later and the same thing…5:30 on a Friday night… MAYBE think it’ll be busy??? Time to ditch this one and go to the one on Copper Hill. Little further but they seem to have their act together. And how about you employees actually act like the care, not shuffle around like oafs.

My wife and I stopped by to order a couple of large pizzas, and for extra toppings we asked for ground beef as one of our choices. Even though it was clearly listed on the board behind her, the woman behind the counter insisted it was not a topping option. After my wife continued to ask why not? This woman insisted it just wasn’t, I stepped in and just said forget it, though there was never a plausible explanation why. We haven’t been back since.

Great place! The pizza actually looks like the pizza on the commercial and my family always loves it. Fast service. If their hot and ready isn’t ready it’s only about a 2 minute wait at most (but most the time pizza is ready to go.). Great service and great pizza.

I really like little Caesars pizza, especially when time is short & I need a quick meal for the kids. Where else can you get a good, hot pizza for $ 5 ready immediately? No where really. The rest of the prices for the other pizzas are also fairly priced.

This is the best Little Caesars! The pizza is always fresh and yummy. I love picking it up when we have lots of people over, or need a quick snack/​dinner. I have even called ahead to order, because I needed a ton of pizzas and they were very nice and the pizzas were ready when I got there.

3rd time this pace let’s customers wait over 20 mins for «hot and ready» pizza! Never coming back again! Franchise is completely lost! Order delivery it’s a complete waste of time. Bearded guy at the counter is completely lost in customer service and is rude and obnoxious to it’s customers! DONT GO HERE!

I must’ve visited this little ceaser’s at the WRONG time of day because unlike lots of reviews for this specific establishment… this one was HORRIBLE.
I showed up at 11:45a for a pizza for lunch before picking up my toddler from preschool & NOTHING but ONE cheese pizza was «hot & ready». I was thinking, really? doesn’t it take only 7 – 9 minutes to make pizza? they open at 11am!
I saw pizzas ready in the racks but when the girl working saw me look at them confused she said they were all for call in orders. hello!!!, then shouldn’t there be MORE pizzas in the oven to accommodate your «hot & ready» business? ridiculous.
honestly, they looked like they were standing around to me. I would’ve rather made the drive to the one near our house off soledad & white’s cyn. their pizza is always hot, AND READY!!! they’re also always very polite.

Great for when the kids hangout. Two pizzas for $ 10 is a great deal. If you can get to it while it’s still hot, you’re gonna enjoy it. They have them ready-​made so you can pay and bolt out the door.
Not the best pizza but good when you just wanna have a little snack for the kids.
