Not only do they take ALL of your old unwanted crap, but the people there are super happy to do so. We pulled up with a truck full of things. Three gentlemen came out to meet us immediately. They cheerfully pulled everything out of the truck and into their bin. We’ve been back several times to donate more items.

I agree with everything Venus said, except for the part about the store being well organized. It’s a mess. Especially the«home» section. That is partly attributed, I’m sure, to the broken and absolute crappy items(like Venus said) that sit there on the shelves – never to be sold. Get a new manager, or else have the one there get it all straightened up! And stop charging so much for broken items and stained designer apparel.

I brought my daughter in as she is 13 and constantly growing out of her pants. Just looking for some jeans and simple shirts. We walked away with a pair of perfectly good jeans and a tank top for 7 bucks and change. I will surely be back!

What a disappointment! I was excited to check out the new Goodwill Store on Soledad, and was shocked at the prices they are trying to get. When did Goodwill’s start charging so much for old, broken crap? I love digging for treasures, but none of their stuff was worth even half of what they were asking for it. A tiny little basket for $ 4? A broken martini glass(just one) for $ 3? Liquid would just pour out the cracked glass, but someone at Goodwill thought this was still worth $ 3? I don’t get it, at all. Who is doing their pricing? A dirty broken snowman with no nose for $ 6? Really? WTF? So many of the items they were selling, I could easily find a brand new equivalent for at the Dollar Store or Big Lots for LESS than what they were asking. So, sadly, I will not be back. The only good thing I can say for the store is that it was big, well lit and organized. Also, the staff seemed friendly and said hello to everyone walking through the store. But, If you are looking for good priced bargains, don’t waste your time going here.

You get to help people through a non-profit, clear your closets of stuff you haven’t touched in 10 years, and receive tax deductions in the process. It’s a win-win-win!
