Panera Bread

Panera is my favorite place to eat when I feel like indulging myself a bit (I’m talking about $$$).
The BBQ Salad with Chicken is so delicious. A whole salad will keep me full, and it also comes with a choice of bread, chips, or an apple (get the apple, you’ll feel better about yourself, trust me). Recently, I tried their corn chowder soup in a bread bowl and it tasted really fresh and home made. I have yet to try their sweets and pastries, but they look so appetizing sitting behind the counter.
Customer service is great! Employees are super nice and you get your food pretty quick. The location of this Panera is nice because it’s in a brand new shopping center, so everything is pretty and clean! They also have these self service ordering machines that makes it quick and easier to find what you want because it shows you pictures.
Not only is this place yummy, it’s a good place to study and work quietly because they have a lot of room to work. Only downside about Panera is that it is a little bit on the expensive side, but when you’re hungry, you’re hungry! Will be coming back forever :)

I have always been a fan of Panera Bread, and i have also seen their prices go to the roof. Their food is good, that’s a no brainier. But the fact that you end up paying 16 $ for HALF salad and HALF a sandwich + small drink + 0.99 cents pastry is insane. On top of that, they have become greedy. The piece of side baguette keeps on shrinking, so does the sandwich and the meat inside.
But hey. The food is good. But I wont be going as much as I used to.
The pastries are great in the morning. They only cook one batch!
I used to be their weekly customer, but now id rather just make my turkey avocado panini at home, save the 16 $.

My favorite bread place! I have been a lifelong LeBoulangere shopper with my family but I have become addicted to the bread and sandwiches here! It has a nice atmosphere but also can become very busy which is obviously and indication of the fact they do things well here. They have a great selection of not just pastries but also meals of various kinds and generally pretty healthy. They have just started with kiosks for ordering so even when busy they get people’s orders in! My favorite is the Turkey and avacado BLT along with a large Green Tea iced tea! Love this place!

This is for the staff. I usually go to Panera and study. Due to the ordering at your own table with the app I always order later.
As I was there studying for 30 min. I had quite a few staff come by looking at me why am I not a customer yet. The manger had walked by and said out loud not directly to me but the comment was,” these people here studying??” Like it was a bad thing. It’s not busy here. So I finally ordered.
The reason why I give one star was first I got hovered. Then they turned up the A/​C. It was so cold in there that they made me leave. I was only there for 1 hour, never coming back here.

Got the chicken panini and as I was eating it, I noticed that a part of my chicken was still pink. I went to the counter and brought this to their attention and was told that all their chicken was like this. It looked raw and uncooked. A little skeptical about that if you ask me.

Can never go wrong with this place if you want decent healthy food this is the place to be. Great salads soups bagels & pastries

Great customer service. Really clean & a nice area. Can’t remember the girl’s name, but she was great helping with our takeout order as well as the additional order we out in after since the service was so great!

Service is great ! Everyone is friendly. Fast. Great seating areas! The manager and overall staff here is very welcoming and fast.

Of course, Panera Bread has some great coffee, tea and the variety of things to eat are all really good as well.
It’s a nice place, brand new. And the service is super quick here. O definitely love that about this location.
Yes it is a bit pricey but then it’s worth it I the end. Has also been a good location and setting to hold meetings all the while enjoying a good cup of coffee.

I moved near to this store last February, and initially was appalled by the service, and almost swore off coming here altogether.
I believe they must have changed their management team, because they became VERY attentive and focused on customer satisfaction. I honestly only ever come in for breakfast, but the morning staff has been *excellent* for quite some time now.
The manager Maria is an absolute pleasure! She is bright, friendly, and no matter how packed and busy the store is, she always helps you with a big smile, a playful spirit, and careful attention to your needs as a customer. If everyone followed her example, we’d have a much happier world.
The manager Angel is also excellent. She is quick and on point, and absolutely is there to make sure you are taken care of.
Even some of the staff which had been around in the beginning when the service was poor are very friendly and helpful now. Kudos to whoever turned this place around and made the customer service here top notch!

Staff need training specially the manager on duty. If you you see your staff having problem finding an order you should take time and help him instead of walking away and making excuses! Not happy with the service.

The cashier took over 20 minutes to get my order right. Almost every customer after me also had to redo their orders.
The food is ok, not great. This place always has the air conditioning system on high even when it is cold outside.
Half of the workers here do it speak English. This is why my order still came out wrong.
The good news is the workers are friendly and trying hard to do their jobs.

I enjoy the location of this Panera itself. There’s lots of space for parking close to it and it’s near several other establishments. It’s always kept very clean here and the setting had never been to crowded when I’m here. The food has always been «on point» and prepared rather quickly. They have Free WiFi so that’s always a plus.
I think an opportunity for this specific location would be customer service though. I have never received bad service here but most of the time the cashiers seem very bored and nonchalant or they are taking to one another. So technically nothing wrong there just not as enthusiastic as other Panera I have been to.
Overall I’d recommend this place for studying or relaxing with a nice book. The atmosphere is really calm and it’s easy to just settle down and get some work done. Would have been 5 stars if workers were a little happier.

I ordered the bbq chicken flatbread to go, and I was really shocked at how small it was. The flatbread was placed inside a small container. It looked more like a snack than an actual meal. I wasn’t sure if I was given a half order or a full order, too.
The flatbread tasted ok. I wish there were more pieces of chicken inside the flatbread. There was also a small amount of veggies. Since there was very little filling, I could only taste the bread with every bite.
Overall, I would not recommend the flatbread at Panera. The sandwiches are definitely better.

Love this new location.
There isn’t many deli options around where I live other than togos and subway.
My daughter and i love to sneak in here and have lunches whenever possible.
The food is always fresh and the service is good. Never a disappointment!

I do not have a choice! This is not the first time they messed up on Rapid Pick-​up orders. I have to say, I hoped to have a different experience every time i walk in this establishment. Disgruntled employees and dirty looks are getting old. They do not greet and smile at you when you come in. They make you feel like…“What do you want?”. They have a sense of entitlement for someone who needs a job. Do not assume that I do not understand you when you are speaking in another language. This area is evolving into a young urban professionals community, it is no longer the gang bangers community. Live with it!
Here it is Panera Administration… do not allow your employees to veer off from your «Customer Service» policies! Although, this location is one of a kind, I expected more improvement in the future. If this quality of customer service continues then I can say that the «Jack In The Box» on Bernal has better service that you do!

This is a great location. As with any Panera Bread, you can expect to find lots of pastries sandwiches salads and soup. I haven’t been in a Panera bread for some time and was pleased with the layout of this location. It is very roomy with seating to accommodate a wide variety of party sizes. There’s also outdoor seating for about 30 people configured as four-​tops. It is roomy with entrances on both sides of the building. The service is exceptionally friendly and competent and their cook staff does a great job cranking out an excellent variety of food. I recently discovered that there’s four different flavors of ice tea so I will sometimes run the gamut while reading a book.
I tried your new quinoa bowl and I think I found a new favorite.

This is a brand new Panera Bread not far from where I live. It’s consistent, delicious and had a really large seating area. Parking can be a bit annoying, but not bad.
I have only had good experiences here so far and I hope they keep up the good work. It’s great to have this in the neighborhood.
Best part: accepts Pay. Also, you can order online and have it ready when you get there!

So happy to have a Panera nearby!!!
Came here for lunch today and it was as good as Panera gets. When we arrived there was a line of 3 customers and as soon as the manager saw that there was a line forming he jumped on one of the empty registers to help out. Our was taken within minutes. I ordered a half greek salad w/​avocado instead of chicken and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.
The seating area is spacious with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. We chose to sit indoors as it was too hot to sit outside. Once seated our order came within minutes and everything was delicious and fresh.
Panera did not disappoint so rest assured I will be back!

New panera in town! Plenty of seatings! And of course great food!
Came here for the first time with my roomie to study! I love this new place! The tables and chairs are brand new and it’s so pretty! Usually panera is so crowded and there’s no room to sit but you won’t have that trouble here! There are plenty of seats inside and outside as well!
Order the egg white, avocado and spinach bagel for breakfast and you won’t complain!
