This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. To be honest this is the worst run establishment of any type. I’ve called in orders only to be told do you really want to order, it’s an hour and a half. Same response when I visit in person. So now I order online and they lost that order. I called the number on the receipt. By the looks of all the bad reviews the owner must not really care. I love Wingstop but the next closest is 5 miles away when this one is walking distance to my house. Go elsewhere or order online with a call to confirm your order is confirmed.

I ordered 30 wings from this store. When my wide went to pick up the wings, they handed her a bag with only 15 wings and charged her for 30 wings. My house is 20 mins away from this store we could not go back. When I called the store to let them know about this, the guy(Abraham) told me that the manager is gone and she is the only one who could give the refund back. He promised me that would call back next morning but never did. Be aware of this store as they don’t seem to have good reviews. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible at all.

Dont order from here unless you like rude and grumpy old men showing up at your door with cold pizza with your incorrect order!

I hate leaving bad feedback but this place desperately needs management to address operations and customer service. Went here a couple weeks ago and they were not busy maybe a few customers in the restaurant but they were very dirty trash on the ground and the tables. The door was propped open for some reason and it was pretty cold outside. The employees were friendly but they weren’t well trained and could even ring up a combo order for us. We had to go back and get a refund for part of our order. The older employees really should have been on the register or at least helping out their struggling newbie. Food was okay needed more sauce on pretty much all of our boneless wings. Hopefully they improve it has the right location to be successful. I will probably try them in a few months to see if they are any better.

Allow me to preface with this: I made a Unilocal account to leave positive feedback for businesses that I truly enjoy frequenting or that blow me away with exceptional service. Unfortunately, I am incredibly disheartened by this Wingstop location. It is the closest to me, which is why I’ve continued to come here even though every visit serves to reinforce, and even lower my already rock-bottom opinion of this franchise location. Every, and I mean every, time that I’ve come to this location, there has been at least one aspect of my order wrong. Couple that with the fact that average wait-time for my order is 25+ minutes, I’m not usually a happy camper. I’ve worked for a ‘wing’ restaurant before(not Wingstop), and I know that frying wings to the correct temperature takes time; I am not an impatient person… but, if after 30 minutes, you can’t get a 30 piece order right, there is something wrong with your staff. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me… most likely my 6th or higher visit to this establishment, and I will not be returning. I ordered a 30 pack of wings and 4 tenders. When I arrived home, after waiting over a half hour, I found that 15 of the wings were unaccounted for. When I called the restaurant, I was informed that if I brought my receipt back TOMORROW, they could give me the missing wings then because they had no more wings. While in the restaurant waiting, at least three customers came in, placed orders, received their orders, and left within 10 minutes. Where were the wings that I ordered before all of them? Who knows. The next and last visit to this location, will be to get a refund for my order, because I have no use for tonight’s wings, tomorrow.

Let me be upfront and clear about the problem with this location: the owner is terrible at managing and staffing. Ever since they opened, the place has been a mess simply because he can’t hire the right/enough people. I’ve been to pretty much every one in the south Bay Area, and this is the only one I’ve ever had issues with. The only reasons I’ll go to this location are it’s walking distance from my house, or I’m already at the shopping center. The first couple weeks after they opened, he seemed to be hovering over everyone’s shoulders and directing them in a less-than-helpful manner. That first batch of staff was god awful(unconcerned with customers, messed up orders, place was never clean/stocked) and seemed to be gone within a few months. It was not uncommon for the place to be OVERstaffed at that time, with workers just loitering about in the kitchen. Ever since then, he has kept the place consistently understaffed(Friday/Saturday nights with 3 people working) and it really shows with how stressed they are. Just today there were only two people working(cashier and cook), and it took over 20 minutes for an order of tenders. I witnessed other customers complaining loudly about how long it was taking, despite the obvious fact that they were working as quick as possible. To the cashier’s credit she said she had just started(why is she working unsupervised?), and was nothing but courteous and apologetic to those waiting. If he can’t afford to hire more staff, then why is he not there? Previously, the manager actually limited hours to close at 10pm(when all other WS are open until midnight) which means they stopped taking phone orders at 9pm and counter orders at 930pm. The WS website and Unilocal both say open until midnight, and I don’t know if that’s changed back, but they didn’t change when the hours did before. On a couple of occasions they have even been«out of fries», something that we were not told over the phone and found out in person when we showed up 30 minutes later to pick up our order, and were almost charged full price for. I’ve never actually had an order come out wrong, just inaccurate. I always order 5pc tenders combo, sauced, chicken and fries well done, with an extra ranch. It’s not uncommon for the food to not be well done(almost barely cooked sometimes), but I always get the flavor I ask for(sometimes on the side instead of sauced). I’ve seen how a location changed after a switch in management(Coleman and Hollenbeck for example) and it’s plainly obvious that this guy is NOT the right fit.

Absolutely the worst Wingstop ive ever been to. They never have ur order ready when they say they will. If you order on through the app, they wont honor the time they need to have it done by. If u come into the restaurant u usually wait almost 30 mins before your order comes out. I have no idea why they change their fryer oil before they open, this is a responsibility that needs to be done at closing. Ive worked in a deli before and the oil needed to be changed in the evening! I really hope the company fices this location.

Simply put, this place is a joke. Just read the reviews. I’d write a review, but my blood pressure would read in the biblical numbers. This place should be renamed«Wait Stop» I tried this location 4 times! Ok,… my fault,.I should have leaned after the first visit.

I always come here for any of my chicken cravings because it definitely satisfies me. And having to wait quite a while is what I expect because I understand that they do cook the food fresh to order. Chicken has actually gotten bigger because I remember it being very tiny with very little meat. The flavor is covered all over and I really have no problem with the quality of the food. Keep in mind though that this location is usually out of things, a couple of times I’ve gone that they have been out of celery and ranch. I’m pretty patient with all workers and understand any issues that could easily be resolved because I also work with customer service and know how feisty some customers can get with us. Although you can really notice sometimes with this place that they are understaffed and do get overwhelmed, if you are looking into getting something really quick I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you order ahead of time through the app. Only big issue I had was in my latest visit. They got my boyfriend’s order wrong so he went up and told an associate and they were happy to fix the order for him. They informed him that we would have to wait another 13 – 15 minutes for the new batch, we were ok with that. At this time that we asked for the fix, they were also having that afternoon rush. As we were waiting there for our order, ready to leave, everyone else was getting their orders. My boyfriend went up and asked about ours because it’s been almost 20 minutes now, the associate went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that the cook had used the batch she put in for us for another order. The place was beginning to get packed so I didn’t want to wait any longer. They were kind enough to give us a full refund for his order and we left. I was a little annoyed that we weren’t taken as a priority because they made a mistake and we came way before the rush but I get it, things get busy and mistakes happen when people are under pressure. Associates here are always kind and have never gotten rude with us. I give 3 stars because although the food is good, they tend to have little mishaps here and there that take up more time.

30 mins wait for just a regular fries and there were 5 workers standing around doing each order. I don’t understand how this place operates. One main guy was busy on the phone then the chain of orders stopped working. If I can give place a negative star i would!

Even when food is GOOD… Don’t sponsor this place. This is not a rant, this is a 3time bad experience. Yes, I’m stubborn like hell. I was thinking 3 is a charm but it end up being 3 is a disaster. First time, walk into the place, no line, placed my order and 30 minutes after it I got my 10 wings and fries. Like, really? 30 minutes for a 8 minute deep fried thing? Second time, two people in line before me… I made my order and after me came a couple. I waited for about 40 minutes and noticed that the couple after me was eating already. When I went to ask my food was standing there in the counter getting cold because«sir I called your name once about 15 minutes ago» She called Roberto and my name is Fernando. I don’t know how from Fernando she thought she heard Roberto when asked my name at placing the order. NOAPOLOGIES, NOOFFERINGOFDOING A NEWORDER, NODISCOUNT, NOTHING!!! 3rd time, yes third time, tres!, 3– yes I don’t learn… This time I tried to play the system. I placed the order online to prevent the long waiting time. Smart huh! NOT!!! I placed my order at 7:15PM. Arrived at the place at 8PM and after paying I was told… Your order will be ready in 5 more minutes… 20 minutes passed an nothing. I asked the cashier for a refund and she called the«manager». The«manager» came, voided my credit card transaction and did an about-face and started walking back to the kitchen. Yes just like that. I called her to come back because I wanted to explain to her why I was asking for a refund. It’s obvious right? If I placed my order online and came to pickup 45 minutes later it means I don’t want to wait. Right??? Her reaction was… She looked for my ticket and told me. «Sir I served this order 30 minutes ago» She looked around and there was a brown bag in one of the kitchen tables. She reached for it and said.“this is the order, it’s not my fault, it was ready when you arrived. Again It wasn’t my fault. «and she did again the about-face and walked back into the kitchen. Yes just like that. NOSORRY, NOCOURTESYFOOD, NONOTHING!!! It was just simply… NOTMYFAULT. REALLY??? After that, I filled up the survey that shows up on the email after placing the order with the same info I’m sharing here. I also tweet the company and the response was… NOTHING, NADA, FINITO, CAPUT! The staff here needs training in Customer care and customer service. They need more staff and a REALMANAGER. Again… DON’T SPONSORTHISOVERPRICED, UNDERSTAFFEDANDUNMANAGEABLEPLACE!!!

I went here yesterday(4÷13÷2016) and this Wingstop is wack, go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead for everything this place is lacking: beer, atmosphere, good food, and quality customer service. When I walked into this store the music was so loud I had to yell to talk to my friend(I’m not exaggerating). The girl at the register was very nice, but I could tell she was just catering to what I wanted to hear, I asked about the garlic parmesan wings and she said«those are my favorite» so I ordered them… HOTGARBAGE. By far the worst wings I’ve ever had. I also ordered the cajun wings which used to be my favorite when I used to go to another Wingstop location. Those were also hot garbage… Avoid this place at all costs. My friend ordered the 5 boneless wings lemon pepper and 5 classic hot, he ate 2 of each flavor and threw the rest away, he said the chicken just tasted worse with each bite… The soda machine as amazing… Mixing flavors… How great, wait I don’t drink soda. Also the bathroom it is absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place. Buffalo wild wings is 2 exits up 85 N.

Not enough sauce on the wings I eat wings twice a week but ‘d never go to this place again

Wish I checked Unilocal before going. Rating totally matches my experience. Went last week and food took 15 minutes, would think frys could come out quicker but didn’t want to be rude and say something. Fast forward to today. Hey let’s plan ahead and order online so we don’t wait. Ordered at 6pm, order confirmed as ready by 6:20pm. Get there at 6:25pm after stopping at target. Was told it would be 10 more minutes! Why because apparently they are short staffed but I already paid so I was stuck. Food comes out at 6:35pm and not apology from manager or nothing. 35 minutes for fried to go food is way too long. I think they had 4 people too. Cashier, two cooks and the manager hiding in back. Will never go back here again. Too bad too because wifey loves wings and it’s close to home. Oh yeah and they out of vanilla in the Coke machine!

If I could give this place zero stars. What’s the purpose of online/call in orders if you’re expected to wait 40 minutes before you pick up the order. Then you have to wait an additional 10 minutes? That’s just crazyness! No manager present of course. Pretty surprising that the owner doesn’t care how the place is ran. Especially when it’s in a new plaza with lots of customers looking for food.

3 times so far. This place has run out of wings and needs time to defrost more. Really? Three times? One time, ordered garlic parm classic wings… no garlic= bland. Ok… I am done trying to give this place a chance. Run out of ranch dressing too often. Service needs more finesse. We are running out of wing establishments near by now. The one on Bascom & Camden is TERRIBLE! I wrote a bad review on that one… from the survey on their receipt by the way. No response, no care.(Sigh)

What’s not to love about Wings? I’ve tried the Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub. All very delish. Original Hot is not really that hot. But, tasty. I do however find it weird that there are no trash cans on the customer side of the counter. They have the trash on the employees side. I find that weird. We asked the employee and she told us «It’s like your coming over to our house to eat, so, we take care of the mess when your done». I said«Oh okay» «Sounds good to me». It’s just different. But, good in a way. I don’t want to touch a garbage can if I don’t have to.

This is the first time I’ve been to this Wingstop location. The service is slow but the cashier was nice enough to offer us a free drink. I read the reviews and most has rated this place with 1 star. Anyways, I usually order the classic(10) wings with a choice of 2 flavors(ATOMIC and Hickory Smoked BBQ). I love my ATOMIC, but this time I didn’t really feel the heat. The sauce was not hot at all in comparison to the Wingstop at Curtner. The sauce was not HOT, but I could no longer wait. I was already hangry enough that I didn’t care anymore… I ordered seasoned fries as well and it was fresh, so in the end I was satisfied.

Got the late-night munchies? Well this isn’t the place for you. Time: 11:08pm Showed up to this location greeted with lit neon lights saying«Open to Midnight.» With the door wide open, I walked in to the empty counter to decide what flavors would suite my munchies for the. After around 3 minutes I was ready to order only to be greeted by the employee with«Sorry we are closed.» Puzzled I asked are they not open to midnight like it was stated on the hours of operation sign and written on the large neon lights? He said«Yeah we need to fix that, we are closed.» TL&DR; Wasn’t opened until the posted time. Don’t trust them.

I typically don’t like to review restaurants until I eat the food, but I feel that my experience here warrants a review, and here’s why: Note: I understand that we visited here on Superbowl Sunday. We expected to wait a bit for our wings(15piece to go). I also understand that this was the opening weekend for this location. Here’s where they could have won back our service: 1) When we ordered, they made no mention at all of having an excessively long wait. This wasn’t a «superbowl» wait, this was Space Mountain at Disneyland on a Saturday afternoon wait. If they had mentioned this, we would have just come back another time. 2) After we ordered, and stood to wait, the«manager»(I use quotes because I am not entirely sure he was a manager), came out to the ground and said, «I’m sorry folks for the wait, we are new and trying to get everything out as fast as we can.» First mistake: Why would you open a location on Superbowl Sunday with an entire staff of new employees?! Seems a little irresponsible to me. Especially at a wing place. Either wait until next weekend, or have seasoned employees working the new location. 3) After we waited for about 20 minutes, I asked around how long people were waiting. When I heard over 45 minutes, we decided to get a refund and just come back another time. When I asked for a refund, the cashier had NOIDEA how to process one. I watched as she and the«manager» attempted to figure it out. When they couldn’t, the«manager» said to as he thrust my receipt into my hands«Just wait a minute.» After ten minutes, when he had not returned(and there are now about five others attempting to get a refund), I asked another cashier for help. She said under her breath that the«manager» had no idea what he was doing, and got another man to help us. This man also took at least ten minutes to actually process my refund(that was $ 12). It was ridiculous. Another customer that I had spoken to, was attempting to get a refund as well. He had placed an online order at 11:00am, told to pick up at 2:00pm. It was now 2:30 and they were telling him it would be another 25 minutes. That is completely unacceptable. All of these could have been easily avoided. As we were standing there trying to get our refund, they were STILL not notifying new orders that it would be an hour wait. If you don’t have any idea how to process refunds, you should probably start being up front with customers from the beginning. All of this, and the«manager» still couldn’t even hand out free cups for a free soda for waiting, or possibly some other sort of incentive for the fact that this«fast food» was taking over an hour. Not to mention, they had over 10 employees working in about a three foot hallway. No wonder it was taking so long. If, for some reason, we ever decide to try this place again, I will fully update my review based on the food. But for now, until they have a better staff, I would steer clear.
