My girlfriend bought me a shirt here but unfortunately it was faded and I went back right before they closed to exchange it and the other same shirt was faded too. Mayra was apologetic and was very helpful on trying to get the best looking shirt for me and upgraded me to a better quality one. Thank you for your service Mayra.

I will never step foot in this store again. The lady in the store acts like a high pressure car sales person. I walk in to take a look in this store because I haven’t been here. The clothes looked interesting enough for me to walk in. I was immediately greeted by a lady. I let her know that I was just taking a look at dress shirts. She showed me the wall of dress shirts and was just watching me as I was looking. Within less in five seconds the next thing I heard was «this is on sale and I can get it for you.» This real nice but she probably had no idea what color I like or was looking for. Then she asks what color I’m looking for. I mention green and points to a green shirt. I then say that I was looking for a different green shirt. Her response is «what store did I see the shirt?» Then pulls a completely different shirt from the wall and says that this other shirt is also a good looking shirt and it was for sale. I ask her to just let me look. She lets me look and just stands next to me staring. The she proceeds to run her mouth about other shirts and sales a few seconds later. Luckily another customer walks in and I take that opportunity to make a mad dash to the door.
To sum up this experience, let me draw you a picture. Think of yourself going to the bathroom. You walk to the urinal and try to handle your business. Then another guy walks next to you and does his business while striking up a conversation about your day and looking at your package.

They are very helpful & having very good suits better quality then other stores even they do alteration

Reasons I give this place a three is because of the staff.
1.I did not appreciate being stared at for five minutes when my husband and I clearly need some help.
2. You have a customer get off the cell phone and assist me.
3. Do not cut me off when I am asking questions about the suit.
4. When I ask for the price tell me their is a tailoring fee before I’m about to swipe my card.
5. Act like you appreciate my business.
6. Do not blame your customer for damage to the suit when they wore it for obly 5 minutes.
My husband needed a special suit, and for the price it will do. Now I pray they tailored it correctly. Needless to say I probably will not come back here again.

I walk in here with my wife hoping someone would help us right away, but no one did. 5 minutes later someone came up to us and ask if we need help.
1. They blame be for making the dress pants dirty.
2. I feel like they pressure me into buying the suit.
3. There card machine broke so we got to go to a different store to pay for the suit.
4. They didn’t walk me to the fitting room so I can try on the suit. They make it seem like I know where its at.
I don’t think I will ever come here again.

PROS: Friendly, helpful service. Cheap prices. Nice looking suits. Tailor-​fit
CONS: I only have one con, but it really, really pissed me off. I told the guy working there what I wanted, and he told me that he would tailor-​fit my pants for 10 dollars. The next day, I went there and everything seemed fine, but I made the mistake of not trying everything on first. When I got home, I was getting ready to go to my event when I noticed that he GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZED PANTS. Very, very unprofessional. It ruined my night, because the pant size he gave me was 6 above what I wanted. If it wasn’t for this mishap, I would’ve given this place a whopping 5-​stars. So, yeah the service is nice and all, but what’s the point of that if they can’t even give you what you went there for in the first place — THE CORRECT SUIT.

This spot is great for the money. They will dress you in casual wear to business to club scene. Its a small shop, but it has a lot to offer — the people there are nice, and the lady will tailor your outfit (for a fee), how can you go wrong with that.
Its right next to Macy’s in Eastridge, and its a great spot for it even though its small. For instance, I went into Macy’s at Eastridge (Both of them) looking for a specific type of jacket. Of course they didn’t have it, but Epic did.
Now I’m not a guy who knows much about suits or professional clothing, but I definitely dig the selection of styles they got going on in there AAANNNDDD THEY HAVE STUFF THAT FITS ME!!! (Lemme preface that — im 6’4″ 245lbs) so my dimensions aren’t what I typically find browsing Macy’s… I could go to Big and Tall, but the prices are ehhh, and the last time I went in, a salesperson wouldnt leave me alone. ANYWAY, that’s not the case here — they are helpful without being overbearing. I’m not giving this place 5 stars b/​c their dressing room is small and the only have 1, but it gets the job done.
Even if its just to price it, you should definitely check this place out BEFORE you go into a bigger retail store. You might find something you like. I cannot comment on the women’s selections or even if they have one — sorry.
This where I run when I need some VERY VERY last minute outfits for special occasions. You should definitely check this place out.
