Fresh Breakfast all day long, fast service.
What else can I expect from Mc Donald’s?

It’s a McDonald’s, not dining at its finest. Decent service.

Mcdonald’s coffee is the same here as most locations. (1)

The cashier was nice but this petite lady with full make up and dyed hair who’s maybe a supervisor was arrogant, I went to the counter to get a refill, I smiled at her, she just looked at me and walked away, so disappointing, if not for my son who loves McDonald’s I will not go to this branch because the customer service sucks!

Fast and friendly service for an establishment inside a busy mall, except for one grouchy sup. Don’t know why people form only one line when there are several staff taking orders.

This McDonald’s is located inside east ridge mall and is pretty fast. It does get crowded pretty quick on the weekends but overall cheap food prices every time!

My sister-​in-​law and I stopped at the McDonald’s for a cup of coffee, after walking around East Ridge. We ordered two a senior decaf coffees. There was very little left in the pot. Server pour what was left into two cups and added water. If we had not caught it, we would have had a very watered down cup of coffee. I asked her about it, and she said she was making a pot. Prior, she had not asked me if we wanted to wait for the brewing coffee. Not until we said we’d wait for the fresh pot, did she even attempt to prepare our coffee as requested. If we hadn’t said anything, we’d have gotten to light brown watered down cups of nasty coffee. No apology, just, «Oh you want to wait?» Then she followed the order.
We often walk in East Ridge, and will continue to stop at McDonald’s, but will keep a close on the servers.

McDonald’s is okay. Some of the workers can be pretty rude.
Going inside is faster and they won’t mess up the order.
One thing I don’t like about about drive thru is that they don’t hear right to take my orders. They mess up my order couple of times.
Don’t forget to check your order before you leave.

For that familiar quick and fattening bite to eat, welcome to the food court McDonald’s at Eastridge Mall. Ironically, I would consider this a Mickey D’s Lite, since there are some items, like the Egg McMuffin missing from the menu. Lines are lengthy most of the time I’ve visited, but the staff there are relatively efficient at what they do. All in all, if you’re pressed for time, it’ll make due — however, there are other places available offering a little more substance in terms of edible delights.
