After the screen on my Samsung s4 died for the second time, after I had gotten new phone in mail 4 days ago, I went to this store on my way to vacation in Idylwild. Roman was absolutely no help! He would not trouble shoot to see if the battery was causing the problem and he told me to call Samsung to tell them about the issue, then he advised me that once I get the new Samsung s4 in the mail, to sell it on eBay and get another phone. It is clear that Roman has no confidence in the products that he sells for Verizon Wireless! Thanks for nothing!
