Every time I come my drink is made wrong, as a former partner I expect my drink to be made to standard and without an attitude, this location doesn’t do that. Baristas are rude and snooty when I ask politely for my drink to be re made. And cup is no where near full enough.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house but I’d rather go further. I have the Starbucks app im a gold member. In several occasions that I put in orders on the app, they are not ready plus the workers there tell me that its easier to go thru drive thru because I delay them. I don’t understand why there is an app if they are going to complain. They tend to always mess up my order, so I no longer go to this location

Great coffee but the change in the Tom Mozz panini is a move in the wrong direction. I can taste is the sickeningly sweet balsamic vinegar and it makes the sandwich soggy.
Very disappointed as the old sandwich was perfect.

If I could put zero stars I would, we went to order inside and they forgot our drinks we brought it to their attention after waiting 30 mins. Then another 10 mins to get our drinks, they still gave other ppl that were coming in their drinks before ours. Ridiculous! Horrible service

I used to visit this store regularly, but lately I have been taking the extra 5 – 10 mins to go to the one off of Esplanade.
The same uncomfortable experience happened to me twice here, by the same girl. She has tattoos black hair and a shaved head and an attitude to match! Both times I came in she was just barking away at others and practically SHOVED the drink at me in an extremely rude matter all because I asked for less sweetener in my tea!
This was just the first experience. The second I went through drive through and I was talking to one of my favorite employees and once again rudely pushes through her to give me my stuff and cuts me and her off and says «ok thanks bye» in an EXTREMELY rude tone. I also felt rushed when ordering my drinks as well! !!
Such a horribly rude place to go I have never been treated like that at a Starbucks before Never going back

I go here regularly. They are clean, quick and friendly. They make a great mocha Frapuccino! They are very concerned about their image. Once they thought I waited too long for my drink (which I didn’t) and insisted I have the drink at no charge. I saw a sign there that if a person isn’t 100% happy with their drink just give it back and they will make it right. Once I did get a different kind of drink then I ordered, and they had no problems about getting it right and getting it back to me quickly. I have no qualms with customer service and they work with a sense of urgency, a great place.

This is my store! I want to say thank you Jill for putting up with me and my difficult drink! My Venti Java chip with a double shot 4 xtra pumps of white mocha extra ice and i have my own cup!!! Even if i am near another starbucks i do not bother and always take my business here. The newbs have a hard time sometimes getting it right but i would not go anywhere else you all got me thru my masters program with my fav drink… thanks guys!

Went here on mothers day, it was packed, but they still managed to get my order correct, which is great! The cashier was friendly even on a busy day. I got 4 venti frappes, one of them being free, and only paid $ 8. Overall, good service!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Venti Caramel Macchiato with three fingers deep of caramel sauce on the bottom. I couldn’t even drink it — absolutely foul. Won’t be back.

Ordered a Venti Iced Tea Lemonade Sweetebed with light ice. The person who took my order was Phoenix he was very friendly and thorough. However, Dyian the person who made my drink appeared to NOT be in a very good mood. Especially when I asked if she could use the shaker to filter out 2 of the 3 scoops of ice she put in my drink. She grabbed my cup in a manner that wasn’t quite snatching but ure came close poured out my drink and remade it with less ice. She handed me my drink (never once looking at me) and mumbled have a nice day. My second drink had light ice but was unsweetened and had no lemonade. Instead of dealing with her attitude I went to Phoenix and he remade my drink the right way. I am a woman so I feel bad saying this but I will blame Dyian moodiness on her being pregnant and rate my overall visit as a 3. With hopes of my next visit being more pleasant

I loved this Starbucks! I was on a rescue transport for a shelter Dobie and stopped here. Service was pretty spot on. I though they had my drink wrong but I was actually ordering it wrong all along and no one was correcting me. They let me know the difference of drinks and now I’ll always get the right drink.

They give me free drinks and venti size too, the wifi is fast and the girls always greet you with a smile and say «hello, welcome to starbucks.» I enjoy this location the drive thru is full most of the time and so is the inside. Busy but still keel up pretty good with all their customers.

Just visited this Starbucks a couple of minutes ago. The young man working the drive thru was really nice. Ordered a trenta black tea lemonade with no ice and a passion tea lemonade with ice. When I get my order the black tea lemonade is ¾ full. The young man tells me his manager made it but he was obviously disturbed as well. At least give the customer the option of paying an additional amount for «no ice» but don’t short them out.

Allow yourself at least 20 mins even if you’re the only person in the drive thru.
I appreciate the fact that the coffee is made correctly and taste delicious. The customer service has been lacking lately. One evening I pulled up and the guy was saying «Welcome to Del Taco how can I help you?» I get it that people think jokes are funny, but I take customer service seriously. The laughing and joking was unprofessional. I thought at first it was a mistake until I sat in line the usual 15– 20 mins (keep in mind I was the first car in the line) and he played the same joke on all the cars in the line behind me. Maybe if he spent that same amount of energy and dedication to working on his speed and customer service, people wouldn’t be completely frustrated and posting reviews like this. Just a thought.
