Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have been to! Went to the drive-thru, and it took awhile for someone to get on the speaker. Went to the 1st window to pay, and the fucker can’t even put the change in my hand correctly. Half of it missed my hand and falls to the ground. He says«sorry,» and immediately shuts the window! Drove to the 2nd window and waited waay too long for a cheeseburger and small fries. You would think for it taking too long that my food would be piping hot! NOPE! Luke warm! I will stick with driving further down to the Midway location should i crave McDonalds again!

Been going here for years, and it has mostly just been a «usual McDonald’s». But, lately this place just freeken sucks. Messing up orders all the time, can’t understand the person in the drive through, and poor quality food… and that is using McDonald’s standards there, you do the math. Anyway, this place just is really bad lately. Drive further or go somewhere else. This location is going down hill fast.

Just because the drive thru signs are on, doesn’t mean that it’s open! So I stopped by this location’s drive thru because I saw all the lights(inside and outside) were on with employees inside, and two were chilling by the main entrance. As I was waiting to place an order in the drive thru, one of the guys by main entrance yelled out that it’s closed. So I said«the lights are on every where. It looks open!!» He shrugged his shoulders. I’ve been looking through the reviews on here, and it doesn’t even look like the manager cares much about customer service any how. So I don’t know who to call to find out whether it’s really closed, or the employees were just being lazy and taking a long break. No biggie. Moving on to the next food joint. I went here yesterday. They discontinued the chocolate chip frap that I love. Okay. That’s fine. We settle for Oreo shake which caShier said they had. We pay, move to next window for order. The girl states they discontinued Oreo shake. She offers mcflurry instead. How are you gonna tell us there’s Oreo shakes… and there’s not? Get your stuff together. Maybe, he was new. I don’t really know but I am all about service and that service was a total negative!

McDonald’s food is McDonald’s… Service on the other hand… You’re in a customer service position as a lead or manager… if you’re having issues or just not a good day then call in! If I’m going in to your establishment to sit down a enjoy a meal with someone(this case my son) and something isn’t right and we ask you to correct it don’t act like we are bothering you at your home. Keep your teeth sucking, ughs and ugly faces to yourself. I left pissed off and called back and spoke to another manager who wanted to rectify the situation with a free meal. Thank you but I don’t want a free meal what I want and need is better customer service especially from everyone in a Lead or Management position… What are you showing your employees … Its OK to be rude and not have customer service.

Today after waiting in drive through line put my order in for one plain double hamburger for my service dog. When I received order told man at window I was going to check order for accuracy.(At least one out of every three visits to McDonalds order is wrong). Employee looked at me like I was trouble as who would check one double plain burgers for accuracy? I ignored him and his attitude and unwrapped a ONE patty burger not the DOUBLE I paid for and was on my receipt. I could continue but with their who cares attitude I asked for my money back when the Mgr grabbed the single burger from me to bring me a double but was gone for three minutes. I imagined to be gone that long what could possibly be going on. This store is owned by same people who owns Midway store. They don’t seem to care. Is it any wonder why McDonalds is having serious troubles at all their stores.

One star because I can’t give zero. We ordered our food with a manager and he got the order wrong — twice! First time he didn’t include the number 8 we ordered. He finally put the order in and 10 minutes later we got our food. No number 8. Do we went in AGAIN and said hey! You forgot our food! We finally got it. I’m not done yet, folks! We came back to our hotel and we were looking forward to a double cheeseburger with extra cheese we ordered to find that they only included one BUNAND the burger was plain. For this you guys want to get paid $ 15 an hour? Hahahahahahahaaha! Worst McDonalds ever!

Usually not very good service, but tonight was an all time low. I waited fifteen minutes and finally they said it took a long time because they were cooking the egg for my Sausage, Egg, and cheese McMuffin. Now that I’m home, I realized they didn’t even put the egg on there.

I’m really not a big fan of Unilocaling a McDonald’s, but this place takes the cake! Every time I come here there’s always an issue with my order or the milkshake machine going down. Yes I love my milkshakes! I went there today @ 9:55pm and was told the milkshake machine was down. So usually I have to drive three blocks down to get my milkshake at the Jack-in-the-Box. Because theirs always works. When I went up to the window to pay I confirmed as to why the milkshake machine was down. The guy helping me told me he wasn’t sure. Then I asked him what time does the store close because I thought it was 24 hours. He didn’t know what time his store closed. After I paid I drove to the second window. I asked that employee what time the milk machines were turned off? And he said the milk machines were still on and he didn’t know why the drive-through employee told me that. I asked him if they were still 24 hours because the first guy didn’t know. This guy wasn’t sure of the stores hours either. Then I was asked if I can pull off to the side because my nuggets were taking a while to get ready. I asked him how much time is left on the nuggets? He went and checked and came back and said one minute. I said okay I’m going to wait since is only one minute. He just giggled and walked off. This place needs some serious help in customer service related skills. It’s an embarrassment to the McDonald’s franchise.

@1831 on April 25, I ordered a 6-piece chicken mcnugget happy meal for my daughter in the drive thru at 1624 Rosecrans St., San Diego CA92106, Store #15396. After leaving, we noticed that the 6-piece mcnugget was missing. I turned around after a block and walked inside to pick up the 6-piece mcnugget. I walked to the counter and noticed an employee«Adan» slouched on one of the seats and asked if he can help me and he stated, «I’m not on the clock». I didn’t mind it at the time, but really? That is some good customer service. He called to another employee(unknown) behind the counter to help me out. I then turned to «Adan» and asked if he was the Manager and he said, «I am not. It’s Miguel.» I pursued to speak to «Miguel», but he smirked and said, «He won’t be in until tomorrow.» Again I couldn’t let the conversation end. I asked«Adan», «Do you think you provided me with great customer service?» He stated, «I’m not on the clock and that’s why I called for someone to help you». All this while laughing and joking to another employee(unknown) eating at a table. At this point I was furious. I told him that I would contact«Miguel» tomorrow to let him know of the incident. «Adan» kept laughing and was saying, «I don’t care, I’m about to quit this joint». He is still laughing with employee at table in front of me. He then says to the employee behind the counter, «Hurry up and get this man his nuggets(laughing)». The employee behind the counter gladly apologized and I thanked him for his service. I turned to «Adan» and told him, «I’m on the clock 24⁄7 being in the Navy! I’m serving your country. You need to learn how to give better customer service.» He kept laughing and smirking at the issue. I left thereafter. I cannot believe that such a franchise as McDonalds could hire such inappropriate people. If that’s not the case, this group of people at this store needs to attend a customer service class. I currently serve my country and I’ve done so for the past 18 years. I’ve done(2) tours to Iraq and a WESTPAC to the Middle East. What your employee demonstrated today was unbecoming to anyone, especially someone who wears the uniform and provides FREE customer service to his country.

I feel ridiculous Unilocal-ing a McD’s, but this is laughable and worth mentioning… We walked in, ordered our food(the manager – according to his name tag), and paid. After the manager handed us our change and touched the cash register, he proceeded to prepare our food! What?! Pretty sure that’s a health code violation right there! I told him that I think it’s gross that he touched the register and money, then our food, and he was like«I wash my hands a lot, they’re clean»! Seriously.

Speak up because they seem to not hear very well. Asked for ketchup and napkins… No napkins. Was it too simple of a request? They were kid’s meals… Also very bad location along a busy street. Don’t even bother if the drive thru is backed up, especially if you like your car in one piece!

This location ALWAYS gets my order wrong, they burn my egg mcmuffins almost every time to the point where I can’t even eat them, AND the people in the windows don’t even talk to you. They take your money(while talking to the customer at the drive thru), and just hand you back your money. Then at the 2nd window they just hand you the food out the window as fast as they can and don’t say anything. The other day I told the girl to have a good day since she obviously wasn’t going to say anything to me, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I’m done going there! After they burned ALL of my families English muffins this morning I can tell you ILLNEVER go back.

McDonald’s oh McDonald’s! As a kid all I wanted was Mickey D’s but now I can’t stand the place. This McDonald’s has definitely changed my outlook and I don’t think I will ever enjoy the food like I once did before. The workers here could care less about the presentation as well as the preparation of your food. On numerous occasions I’ve had cold old fries and watered down sweet teas. Don’t get me started on the prices, just flat out ridiculous! Customer service here is non-existent, no smiles, no nothing. If it wasn’t for my husband and son who enjoys the occasional nuggets and fries, this place would not get any money from me!!!

Really, really rough drive-thru here. This is about the only reason I’d review a McDonald’s, ever. But I feel like people should know if you’re in a hurry, you’re really taking a chance with this one. One bonus though. It’s always hilarious to stop by a McDonald’s Unilocal page and look at the pictures. To think, people actually sat down and carefully staged photos of McDonald’s food! Epic! I wonder if these are the same people who take pictures of the Dairy Queen 5 Buck Lunch and send it out to all their social media followers(of which there are millions, I’m sure).

Okay, every so often, I have to throw in a back to basics McDonald’s review. Nothing says fast food like McDonald’s. I mean, all other fast food establishments owe part of their success to what McDonald’s has done. They revolutionized processed food in a standardized form that anyone can cook. Well, I’m not sure cook is the right word. But no, I won’t take anything away from what they do, because they do it best. This particular McDonald’s came in handy while I was in a course. What’s the one thing every class you take has in common when you are taking it away from home? The answer is, you will stay up late studying and eat like crap. I’m not saying the food here is crap, but, well, at this point, you know what you’re getting when you come here. Me? I love the stuff. It hits the spot in a pinch when nothing else is close by and you need a quick fix. This McDonald’s is quick and friendly and the staff was great. I ate here a few times over a week’s period. Bad Robert, bad. Looking for a McDonald’s? This one gets the job done. The seating inside is kind of limited, but the drive thru is quick. You’re close to the beach and we know how salt water can make one hungry. 3 stars is good for a fast food chain. A-OK.
