I have been here twice and both times I have been left waiting when there are many employees available. The chicken tasted old and over cooked. I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future.

Worst service ever. They were rushing when there wasn’t anyone at 8:30pm and they forgot my onion rings and sauce for the eggrolls. Never going there again.

If I could give negative I would. My burger was a mess and they only filled my large order of fries halfway. The service was terrible he a like he didn’t care about anything and was unresponsive and rude. Feel like I wasted my money

This location is really close to me, my usual go-​to was on Saturn/​Coronado Ave.
It has a 24 hour drive thru and the store hours notate that they are also open on holidays, which is very convenient. It’s clean on the inside and I have always received prompt and accurate service.
It is sort of random to find it in the same parking lot as Northgate, and there are a lot of Jack in the Box locations in close proximity, I almost didn’t understand the reason to put that there. It would have been nicer if there was a Wendy’s or Arby’s there instead, since there aren’t that many of those restaurants close by. Am I right?!

Love that there’s a closer jack in the box to me now. Drive thru is open 24 hrs just like the majority of others. The employees are nice, haven’t messed up my order yet :)
