Placed order for chicken strips, I was told it would take approx 7 mins for strips to be ready. Parked out front and waited 12 mins. I had to get off to remind them. Employee did not apologize for delay. I had asked for potatoe wedges, instead of mashed potatoes. Had wrong kind of potatoes. Had to wait for exchange, again never said anything. I don’t think they care. I am so disappointed. With so many options to eat in the area, makes me think twice before going back.

Great customer service here at KFC. Jerry was working the drive-​thru and there were a lot of cars in line before us, but we did not wait long. Jerry was quickly taking the payment and giving us our food. The crispy chicken and the biscuits tasted great. Thanks again for your fast service and we’ll definitely be back.

i been there twice and both times i got diarrhea from eating there!!! i wonder how they got an «A» on health inspection. I’m afraid of going back to that restaurant
