Twin Peaks

It started good. The place is nice and clean. The bad is that, the waitress stole my credit card information, and passed to, likely, an accomplice. I use this card often, but never ever handle to anyone to pay. I used the chip to pay. Thus, the waitress in this restaurant was the only person to take the card. I suspected something was wrong when she walked to the back with my card, rather than just making the transaction in the station in front of use, where she did all other transaction for other patrons. Sure enough, Chase called me the next morning, telling me that someone had to purchase $ 1000 worth of stuff from a Best Buy, and also used to pay something in a place called Aruba Hotel. Thanks to Chase’s anti-​fraud system, those transactions got blocked.
To put salt in the injury, I see that what the restaurant finally charged to my credit card is $ 24 more than what my receipt states — including the tip! So, I’m contacting Chase, again. I will NEVER go to that place again! Rats!

Food was ok but the service was terrible. Waitress was too busy talking to all the other waitress staff. Manager was too busy flirting with his staff to care that the food took to long to get out and that the service was sub par. Oh well I tried it will pass next time. Pretty sad it wasn’t even that crowded.

Twin Peaks is one of my favorite restaurants but this specific location has now delivered 3 meals, in a row, incorrectly. The music is so loud the servers can’t hear an order and by the time I get the correct order my party is already done eating. We come here because is closer to home and my boyfriend loves it but I can’t help but dread it now. I really wish customer service would come first here

Mediocre everything. Easily one of the worst places I’ve ever been

Food was OK, service was atrocious. I’m a pretty patient and understanding customer but this was unacceptable.
Waitress had a poor attitude from start to finish. Spent lots of time complaining about being really busy, didn’t know what they had on tap, complained about the tables she was assigned because of how they were laid out, and either can’t do math or shorted us change to ensure part of her tip.
Hopefully she gets a life tip and pursues her happiness in a different occupation. This clearly isn’t her forte.

When I travel the globe one of my favorite hott spots is Twin Peaks and it’s ice cold beers. The food was great here but our waitress «Paige» sure was the best, always making sure my beer was full and my food was ready. So if your ever in this area and want a cold beer and watch some sports this is the place to be for sure!!! #twinpeaksparknorth

Great place to watch a game.

Best location in San Antonio plane and simple. If you want to eat at twin peaks this is the one. They have good drinks.

I get it. I’m a dude, so I understand the appeal of this place, but I really don’t think I can go back. Have been to two now and they are both pretty bad. I am over the whole super-​flirtatious-​to-​get-​a-​good-​tip staff. I know, I know — if I don’t like that, this is not the place to go. Sometimes you cave when that’s where everybody wants to go, but I think I have to start passing on this place.
They advertise that their beer is served at «29 degrees» as if that’s a good thing… If your beer is so bad that you have to freeze people’s taste buds off so they can’t taste it, that’s a problem… Which leads me to my first complaint — my ONLY request was to have my beer served in a room temp pint glass… So, of course, it came in a giant ½″ thick beer mug which had been in the deep freezer all afternoon and took about 10 min to thaw out.
The sautéed veggies were way over cooked and super salty. The meatloaf was alright, but only one puny slice. Definitely not enough to fill you up. I gave them 1 star each for decent layout/​cleanliness/​space, and numerous TV’s to watch games. Other than that, I would recommend avoiding this place.

We came in to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the food is rushed out of the kitchen even though we told our server we weren’t in a hurry and specifically said we wanted it hot.
Of course the burger, fries, mashed potatoes and sirloin steak came out slightly above room temperature.
We returned the fries which were replaced with smoking hot ones.
It’s too bad they don’t serve them that way the first time. We hate to complain, but hate worse paying for substandard food.
All the food was tasty just not served at the proper temperatures.
The kitchen staff needs to be retrained.
We had similar problems at their I10 location, and even though they are great about replacing items, we had preferred they do it right the first time.
Please Don’t waste food and my time…
Jasmine, our server couldn’t have been more attentive. She must of checked on us 7 – 8 times.

That’s saying a lot considering I eat out everyday and sometimes twice a day.

The food is delicious here and their drinks are great!!! I love the wings and chicken tenders. The girls here are always so up beat. The only thing I don’t like is the wait time. Aside from that I love this place!

Great food, great service, and a great experience. Shelbie, Ava, Gabby, and Eryka were so attentive and made sure all of the food came out on time and we always had refills before we asked for them. I would definitely come back to This location. Twin peaks trumps Hooters any day!

Horrible service from the time you walk in. Went on a game day with 4 people, never did get seated but we saw large 6 – 8 person tables on the patio taken up by single people. Only sit people if their entire party is there. We left after 30 minutes and ate close by watching the game. Once we paid our check at the other place we got a text our table was ready. TOO LATE, it was 3 hours later for a 4 top!
We tried again the next week, two people at lunch. Seated quickly but timed it at 17 minutes to even get a server to come by and take a drink order, the same server who was helping the table in front, behind and beside us. Food was good as always once we were able to order but service is 100% going to keep me from coming back to this location. Location on Dezavala is a million times better service for same food and same prices.

This was my first visit to this location and while the atmosphere is the same as others, the service and the food isn’t up to par.
Upon arrival, we were seated quickly and our waitress was very nice. However, I requested no pico on the pulled pork nachos and she forgot to put it on the order plus, they forgot to put BBQ sauce on them, so it was taken back. The replacement nachos were super skimpy on everything.
The waitress seemed to be preoccupied with one of the customers, and another customer had to come up and interrupt their conversation. We waited awhile for a beer that never materialized, so we asked for the check and left.
I will say, the nachos are one of my favorite items on the menu, just this location isn’t the best.

This last visit was my second here. Wanted to see if visit #1 was an outlier or if this place is legit…
So one would have to assume that they are looking to attract the «Hooter’s» clientele but this place is so much more than a Hooter’s. First off, they just seem to be a cleaner establishment and better run business. But that’s just my first (and second) impression.
As for the food, I’ve only tried a pair of the appetizers, the pulled pork sliders and the blackened chicken quesadillas. Both were good. Much better than the normal fare at the aforementioned competition.
Plenty of television sports programming to enjoy while sitting at the bar. Always a plus for me.
Then, there is the beer. Served frostily out of the tap (s) at a temperature consistently hovering around 26.5 degrees, just the way I like it. Yum!!!
Not quite sure if two visits over the course of almost a year is an accurate dataset, but each visit was good enough to prompt a review so that says somethin’ right?
Keep up the good work peeps!!!

I wanted to try and go some place besides Hooters to drink some beers and watch some sports. I was not impressed at all. The beer selection was not great. Cold but not a lot of choices. The food was just meh. My fries were soggy.
The reason this is two stars is for our great waitress! She was so sweet, accommodating, and quick. She helped us find alternatives for the beer we wanted, helpful with the menu, and all around a great part of the experience. She helped change the tv quickly and always checked in on us. I most likely won’t be back but Jessica (I believe this was her name) deserves all the credit for being such a great waitress.

Servers name Serena, she has an awesome attitude, and made excellent suggestions. She recommended the hangover burger. It was excellent, my friend got the fish tacos and loved them as well. Recommending place to all friends in this area

I’ve been to several Twin Peaks (Vegas, SA, Houston, ect) and surprisingly this one is by far by favorite, due to mainly the massive amounts of TVs. They are HUGE, and they are EVERYWHERE. The size of the place is gigantic, and really well laid out.
We popped in after a Spurs game, to watch the UFC fight and it goes without saying the place was beyond packed! We stood in the back for the longest, in which a super nice guy asked us if we wanted to share his table. (WHEW)
The waitresses I will say were super nice, and really good, especially with the massive amounts of people. Were they the most beautiful girls that I have seen at TP’s. No, definitely not. Most of them had a TON of tattoos (I have nothing against tasteful tatoo’s but some of these looked like prison tattoos) and some looked like they rolled around in Mary Kay, but they were sweet, so whatevs.
The drinks were decently priced, and the food was good, so no complaints there. All in all, a solid place to watch a game, or any sporting event.

Twin Peaks has a for lifer in me. I’m not sure if it’s the 29 degree beer, the pretty girls, flannel or all the wood, but I’m just totally in love with the new Twin Peaks location. The bar is the best of all the TP in town. Love the girls behind the bar. They seem to know their stuff too.
Can’t say much about the outside service or any other spot, because the bar is where all my business happens.
I swear the TV’s are the hugest TV’s in all of San Antonio. Sometimes I feel like they should have a disclaimer when entering to any one with epileptic seizures, because man! There is a lot of TV’s in this place!
Really what’s not to love?

First Visit here. We came about 5pm on a Thursday. It was nice and clean inside. It was pretty nice compared to some similar type restaurant bar. The menu was small but the serving was HUGE.
We ordered the sampler. Which is a great choice for a starter. Then I ordered the Pulled Pork Nachos. I didnt think it was all that. There was little pieces of sweet pulled pork on top of nachos. It was clashing flavors. My husband ordered the fish with steamed veggies which was a great choice. My my kids shared the Pot Roast. That was actually good. They ate everything on their plate.
Service was ok. Average. No big WOW factor. Their outfit were super cute female lumber jack outfits. I love how there was a tv everywhere which was great. We had a table with out own personal TV. I love it.
