If you enjoy crispy, fried food you need to try Long John’s. Locations are scarce and few so imagine my delight when I noticed there was one near my new apt. I didn’t dine in, but the drive thru experience was smooth. Man working the window advised me to get French fries because they were out of fresh rice. Although I wanted rice, I appreciated his honesty as I know many other fast food workers would have just sold me the old rice. The combo platter was huge and well worth the price.

This review is not rating quality seafood, I grew up within 15 miles of a fishing harbor, and will go elsewhere for quality seafood. I am rating a fast food restaurant.
Unique, in that these are scarce, still maintain recipes that are a familiar taste. Relatively clean to the age of the bldg. One thing noticed that was questionable, Soda lids were about 36″ from floor, seemed odd.
Food hit the spot, and everyone who was leaving while I was there enjoyed ringing the bell of approval on the way out the door, including myself.

I had a horrible personal experience, and refuse to eat at such location again. I went for lunch with my mother on a Sunday. The first thing I notice was the employee in the back who was eating with his mouth open while preparing the food! I also notice the restaurant was a absolute mess. I couldn’t even eat my meal without the thought. The costumer services was fairly decent. All I’m saying is just take one step inside and take a look around before you decide to spend on a meal here.

My wife and I drive across town to go to this LJS restaurant simply because it is better than the several other LJS restaurants in the area. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious, and the staff is always friendly. BTW, we really like the new onion rings… very good addition to the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, even if you have to go out of your way to get there.
