I like Wing Stop. I hate when I get there and am greeted and am expected to order right away. I take my time when I order. Sorry. Please don’t stare at me. Don’t give huff and puff and rolly eyes to me. Give me a minute. Just don’t let a line build up behind me and we’ll be fine.

I love WingStop. I frequent there in fact. Recently my company placed an order for 250 wings for pick up. Once back, we realized that the plate set ups were not included nor did the associate ask if they were needed. The employee picking them up was unaware that you had to ask for plate set ups. None of the wings were labeled in addition to this. When I called in inquire about this, the associate placed the manager on the phone where he proceeded to argue with me about it not being the policy or their responsibility. I shared with him my experiences at other locations and he asked for the exact locations. He then continued to push back as opposed to just saying, «I apologize, how can we fix this?». I work in customer service and understand that at the end of the day, most times the customer just wants to be heard and a resolution. Using the excuse that the location is new and they just had a large order prior where the customer knew to ask, it not the way to develop a positive impression. Overall, I will continue to visit WingStop locations but would recommend that this manager be provided additional training and guidance in customer service. Regardless of the size of the order, a customer is the best form of advertising a company has.
