Service service service!!! Didn’t mind the 30 minute wait, that is understandable for a good place. The food was great. Service on the other hand was terrible. Took 10 minutes for waitress to come by and take drink order and another 10 to come back. Kept forgetting to bring a straw for our kids child drink, Never came by for refills, forgot wife’s order, her food came out 20 minutes after everyone’s else’s food came out. She didn’t take responsibility for it either, just said kitchen was slow. We will not be coming back to this place.

Every time I have been to this particular Egg and I location I have been impressed. The customer service is outstanding & they never make you feel like our request is too large. The staff truly makes dining out for breakfast and an early lunch an enjoyable experience.

One of my favorite breakfast spots! I come by with my fiancé when we have time to enjoy breakfast. It’s always great service when I come by, the food is awesome!

My favorite breakfast place! I recommend their Parisian Eggs Benedict! Delicious! The coffee is pretty good.

This was our first visit to Egg & I and we were excited to try it, being fairly new to the area. I ordered the Parisian Benedict and was disappointed when I broke into the egg only to find out that the yolk was hard boiled. That defeats the purpose of an Eggs Benedict. My daughter’s Kiki plate came with toast and no butter. Dry as can be. I’m hoping that the cooking staff was just overwhelmed since it was very busy with a wait time of about 15 – 20 minutes. The wait staff was just so-so. Took our order, brought our food, gave our check. The end. So I’m giving it a 2 star and maybe if or when we try it again it won’t be so mediocre. All in all a very disappointing first experience.

We went to this location because it was close & our 1st visit was great. Crystal our waitress was amazing. And so was the food. Unfortunately we went back today & it was really bad. The manager — Joe Gonzales needs to reexamine his hires: I ordered the avocado toast and it came out all black because the avocado was over ripe even expired possibly. They agreed to replace it. Then they brought my eggs without to toast saying it would only be a moment. Of course it wasn’t. So they replaced the untouched eggs when they brought out the new avocado toast. The eggs were hard as a rock! It was like seriously — can you guys get anything right? The manager came over & said oh I’m sorry I’ll fix that — again another 5 minutes. On top of that we placed a order to go & they left out part of the order.. So I cannot in good faith recommend this location. The management didn’t even offer to comp anything either. Clearly the management of this place is going to be the end of this establishment. If you go — realize you’ve been warned & are ready to roll the dice!

Wonderful service at this location, Vicki was our server and she was an exceptional waitress! The food was good as well, my husband ordered the Parisian breakfast which was delightful. I ordered the raisin French toast, and it was decent, not that great. But the great service and relaxed atmosphere made this visit to the various Egg and I’s the best we’ve had yet!

It’s Sazon was the BEST! A bit pricey for Breakfast compared to Denny’s or Mia’s Breakfast & maybe it was the $ 3+ beverages but food rather filling. Great Service — our Server was the only Hispanic male!

Loved it here! The food is excellent! It’s not your typical meat and potatoes place. You will appreciate the variety. The Egg accommodates various diets and is definitely family friendly. It also has a meeting room, free wifi, and military discounts. Will be coming back!

First time there. I’ve been wanting to go for a while to try something new. It was nothing too special which disappointed me. The service was excellent and I will go back. I would like to try their Reuben for lunch.(That will be the ultimate test.) I had an omelette and my wife had eggs, toast and turkey sausage. I’m not a fan of turkey bacon but the sausage as a healthy choice was amazing. The omelette was good but it was flat as a pancake and the interior«stuffing» of ham, onion, cheese and so forth was in such small tidbits that it had little flavor connecting one part to the other. The iced tea was great. The manager came over and gave us a card that when you open it the next time we go, we may get something as small as a cup of coffee or some other prize. A very nice gesture.

Place reminded ihop and denny’s. 10am and place is packed, not sure if it is because it is Saturday or this is normal. Server was friendly and polite. It took about 25 mins for food. Food was absolutely delicious; however, price is a little high for it. 10 $ for hiker Benedict.

I love Egg and I, and this one is great. Servers are always super friendly, and the food is great. I am a super fan of the eggs benidict, and love all the varities available! Coffee and tea is always fresh, and the juices are delicious! When we eat ther, I never feel rushed to leave, even when they are super busy. Always enjoy eating there!

Poor service. Food took forever to be served and when finally arrived it was cold. On top of food being served cold. They brought out each plate one by one?!

Popped in for breakfast on Saturday 13 Feb. Hostess sat me quickly at a table but there was a very cold AC blowing down on me so I moved to a booth. Waiter brought my hot tea. The table was dirty from prior guest and had coffee cup on it. He took cup but did not wipe table. When tea bag had steeped I had to ask for a spoon and a napkin. Waiter took order. When he brought my plate there was no butter for my biscuit. There was no garnish of any kind on the plate. Maybe it was his first day? Maybe he was having a bad day? The corned beef hash was good. The biscuit was meh. He did check on me. The other wait staff seemed much more into their job. I never was offered water.

I’ve gone to a couple of Egg and I restaurants and every time I’ve gone, the food has been really good. Everything comes out hot and fresh. I’d recommend anyone to come eat here.

Had to give blood the other morning so I had to fast. Gave 14 vial’s of blood and was dizzy. I was told to get orange juice and food immediately so the closest place was The Egg & I. We sat down and were shocked at the prices, way over priced breakfast. The egg’s and bacon were alright but the English Muffin was so over buttered it ran down your hand and the home fries were tasteless. The coffee tasted burnt but I will say that the orange juice was delicious. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is better than IHOP which gives it at least 4 stars, I had the apple pancake which I didn’t like too much but everything else was good and yummy, I would go here again to enjoy all the options! I appreciate the food and service

Food took a little long to come out. The staff was nice. Their biscuits and gravy are terrible. Burnt hard biscuits and the gravy is pretty tasteless. Not a fan of the French Toast either. The crab cake eggs benedict were not bad, and the chicken cordon bleu breakfast was pretty good. Pretty much mediocre.
