What can u say food chain that puts out quality food just plan on waiting cuz they take forever to make it so they push I work hourly to the max

We had take-​out food yesterday afternoon around 6pm. Arrived home and found long nasty hair in my fajita plate pure «nasty». And for the tacos they filled them with barely enough meat to feed a bird. Sad them serving such awful food & very small portions — but not at a cheap price. I guess that’s why they have a daily Happy Hour! If your drunk you can’t tell the difference between good or bad Mexican food. I don’t understand why this seems to be a trend on food chains in the Southside of town — our money is good but the food/​service we get is under-​par with other areas of town. Is it asking to much for food servers to take pride in what they do and if they would serve food like it would be for themselves the quality would improve. Also the Management should take the first blame for this failure. We were regulars at this «TC’s» NO LONGER. You just lost an average of us spending at least 30.00 a week for breakfast or dinner. Add it up

The food is good, but the actual cleanliness of the restaurant sucks.
The restrooms are crap.
And a very nice renovation, if only they would hire actual workers.

Tell me why they bring your food to you now. I kinda like it. Taco cabana is one of those places where you either really like it or really hate it. There are a couple menu items that are always winners. Bean and cheese tacos, personal chicken fajita quesadillas. The drive thru on the other hand is always organized chaos. Don’t go thru the drive thru late at night, you’ll wait forever and then what really grinds my gears, is that they tell you to move forward without getting your food. I hate that because 9 times out of 10 they’ll bring you the wrong order.

We don’t mind Taco Cabana at all but we did notice that every time we eat at this location, our stomachs get upset that night. Interesting! They recently remodeled the drive thru, I don’t think this included the kitchen so maybe they need a thorough cleaning and overhaul!

Paid 17 bucks for 2 tacos and 2 bean and cheese burritos. Then I figure out they double charged me for the burritos. I tell the manager and she asks if I want a refund? No just keep my money… then I ask for onions on the burritos. We’re out. Ok. Put tomatoes on it then… out of those too. Brilliant! This place has good food but Damn awful service. Does anyone speak English anymore? ???

It’s clean and good service. I love this food. I always go there often since its nearing by my home.

Wanted Taco Haven but they closed at 4. (wish someone would update their hours online). We ended up here b/​c short on time. I’d like to smack the girl with her microphone who apparently thinks she is alerting people in china that their orders are ready.
Place is loud and hectic. Food is good, fast, and cheap. Posted pics of our food.
