Starbucks

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. I love each and every person who works at this Starbucks. They are so kind and go out of their way to make sure you love your drink and that it is perfect. The customer service is amazing and it is the fastest drive through I have ever been to at a Starbucks. Love it!

Where is the adult supervision? Filthy tables (inside). Had to ask someone to clean the tables. The team member behind the counter looked at us like we were crazy. Finally a team member came out with a dish rag but went outside to wipe the tables where nobody was sitting. We ended up cleaning our own table.

I love Starbucks and enjoy meeting up with friends here for good coffee. This location is very cute, a tiny slow, sometimes lacking items: but my issue is the parking lot. It is way too small and I usually have to park on a gravel side street a block away where new construction is going on. Not a big deal unless it’s raining and mucky out (a few days ago). Also, sometimes if you’re lucky to get a spot, the drive-​thru is so crazy, you get blocked in (similar to a Chik-​Fil-​A). Still will come here because I love my caramel macchiato: o) yummmm.

I’m so happy there is a Starbucks close to my home. I will say the staff is a bit slow and I don’t think they always follow the directions on the side of the cups. It is faster to go inside to get a beverage in the morning than the drive thru. It’s not the best Starbucks but I’m grateful it’s there.

Just recently Starbucks opened very close to my school. Its always crowded and they still do the best quality drinks! Starbucks has a multitude of Teas, Coffees, Frapuccino’s, and special holiday drinks. Have you ever actually see a Starbucks Commercial? I didn’t think so. Starbucks is a world famous coffee shop even without any commercials. What most people love is their free wifi! Just sit and drink your coffee while scrolling tumblr?!;)That sounds quite amazing.

Excited to see a Starbucks open close to my neighborhood! Yay! It’s a little hard to get in and out of but that’s ok. I wish the parking lot was a little bigger too but I always seem to find a spot ;) So far every time I have placed an order they have gotten it right. They are a little slow at some time but I like to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are having a bad day or something. I know that customer service can be rough especially in Stone Oak so it’s nice to see a smile on bad days. My son loves the pastries they have and they go pretty quick. It’s a smaller store so don’t expect much stock. I’ve gone through the drive-​thru, walked in, and order via app and they all came out in a timely matter. My mother and I also met the GM one day when purchasing their Verisimo 600 when it was on sale and she is so sweet! Pls don’t give her a hard time. She donates a lot to charity/​others in need. =) I know she tries her best to run around to other stores and trade for supplies when this store runs out on a daily basis so don’t think she’s not trying to run her business rt. She’s trying her best and that’s all we can thank her for! ;)

Every time we come here they are out of the specials or out of the basic brewed coffee… this time the excuse was we have to boil the water… done with this location, worse Starbucks in San Antonio

I was here at the drive through 11÷9÷15 around 230. They didn’t have coffee. Seriously, a coffee shop… didn’t… have… coffee. They offered to brew a fresh batch in five minutes. However, I went to the drive through because I didn’t have the time. I called the shift manager to complain. Mind you, not rudely, just really to point out that a coffee shop should be able to sell coffee. Apparently, it is common practice for them to not brew that much after 1200. But then, they really should at least a little available for drive through. I’m not going to boycott them. (After all, this is Starbucks coffee we’re talking about). And I’ll probably go back again. And I know my opinions matter very little in the day to day operations of a Starbucks. But I will sleep a little better tonight knowing that at sometime in the future, this post will annoy at least one employee there.

Do not come to this Starbuck during early morning hours. They only have one employee to take care of charging you and prepping your order. Had 1 car on the DT in front of me this morning, who had already ordered when I got here and it took me 15mins to have my coffee ready. Oh, and the employee who works the morning shift has a huge straight face on. If it weren’t because it is located 2 mins from my place on my way to work, I would not come back.

Appreciate that you opened in this area. It is very convenient for me since you’re now the closest to where I’m living. I noticed you low carb breakfast options too! Love it!!!

Couldn’t wait for it to open!!! Even with the lines it’s worth it !!! Hey what can I say it’s Starbucks !! All their items are good !

When I realized they were building a Starbucks I was excited because its down the street from my house and on my way to work. It seems like all of the Starbucks on my way to work are on the wrong side of the highway or have a DT line that is 14 cars deep. I stopped by on my way to work the second day they were open. The DT line was about two cars deep (not bad at all). I sat in line for about 15 minutes before I got my iced tea and I was almost late for work. There were about 5 people working the DT so im not sure why it took so long but everyone was really nice. Maybe the people in front of me ordered for the whole office or something. Needless to say I really don’t want to have to get up early just to go to Starbucks so ill probably just make my own tea.

Grand opening! This location just opened with a drive thru. I went there today and the service was great. Will be back.
