Cheese and RICE! I was literally the second person in the door at 5:25am. The three baristas looked dead and dead they probably were, I was walking into a morgue. Granted, it’s 5:25am, but maybe they had to work doubles yesterday. Who knows. I order coffee and a breakfast sandwich and have a seat. Barista brings out a luke warm sandwich. Buddy, please put some heat on it. I’m a grown man not a baby that you’re feeding first graduates to! I stayed a little while longer for the music and to write this review, which, you’ll see that I rarely write. I learned something, a smile and salutation go a long way in someone’s experience. Lesson learned.

Good Starbucks experience here. Busy, but they handle the volume with efficient, friendly service. I haven’t done the drive thru, so hard to say how fast or slow it is, but two great visits in the lobby, and I’ll be back again to work, or on the way home. Shout out to Catherine behind the register for turning my day around. :)

Coffee & all their products are great. It is a very busy location. Service is quick & friendly. My only complaint? *they advertise that they are open until 10pm but I have gotten there at 9:30pm & got turned away. *

It’s Starbucks… Tastes like every other Starbucks… If they make it the way you prefer it. This location has terrible customer service and they give you attitude when you order more than one drink… Last time I went, had they guy working behind the register to make my wife’s drink wrong and they both laughed out loud. Filed a complaint with management and hopefully they longer work there. They lost a more than few customers that day since everyone heard it as well. Place does get packed every morning and they have a nice seating area. Good luck with this location.

I have an issue at this specific location of messing up my drink order :/they’re always so nice and just remake it. I know that’s the Starbucks standard but some baristas aren’t that excited to redo a drink because the person ordering messed up. I frequent this one more than any other. I love the manager and baristas I get to see often. *don’t forget to tip your barista!*

What a turn around, last time I was here I was thinking I’ll have to drive halfway cross town to get a decent Starbucks experience. They’ve removed the over abundance of merchandise in favor of a place to sit, it’s still a smaller location but at least they made the most of it. Place was clean, including the men’s room and coffee condiments bar was stocked — save actual milk. Staff was friendly enough but never took a name, minor but still leaves a little room for improvement– I’d give 4.5 stars if that were an option. Came with my mom and she complained it was a little on the chilly side but it was a cool day so she didn’t start out warm. I had the low fat turkey breakfast sandwich, at an advertised 230 calories and one of the lowest priced hot foods, I will have it again — it was tasty and satisfying.

I love Starbucks and go quite frequent but at this location be prepared to wait and pray your order is correct even when the drive thru line is short you still have to wait at least 20 mins to get your order coffee and food is great the baristas are really really slow

I recently started going here since I live on base now. The people who work here are awesome, fast and to the point. Probably one of the fastest starbucks I’ve been too. I’ve only had one drink that didn’t taste right, out of many many fantastic ones. For the amount of people that come here, they push threw the lines as fast as possible. If it takes longer than a couple minutes to order and drink in hand, that’s usually because of just how many people are there… and let me tell you this place gets packed. Not much fun to hang around in because of the crowed. Grumpy techies and grumpy wife’s. But other than that this place is great.

Sign says they close at 10:30pm. They kick people out at 10, saying only their drive thru is open til 10:30. Fix your signage and don’t mess up my study groove. –___–

I have a new found love for Starbucks. I love the blackberry mojito tea lemonade! It is awesome. Made perfect everyone I get it, seems pretty simple enough. I visited this location on a Saturday night after a 14 hr shift, still in uniform just trying to get a refreshing drink. The drive thru was jam packed so I decided I park and go in. The lay out is confusing inside. You don’t really know where to go to order and where to wait for your drink to be out of the way of entering patrons. I waited 20 plus minutes for my drink that is simply poured from a premixed pitcher and syrup and ice are added. I was confused but patient. While I waited, I watched other customers become frustrated but not really saying anything, then I saw the employees bad mouth the customers after they left… On several occasions. I think the worst part was that when I finally got my drink, I always say thank you… And I got no response. The employees could complain about the unpleasant customers, but couldn’t reply a simple«you’re welcome.» Oh well.

The coffee? What can I say, it’s Starbucks. 8 out 10 times they get your order right. Starbucks just needs to expand in this area. The lines are ALWAYS long. I believe it’s the only location in a 10 mile radius. That sounds ridiculous, but people need their coffee and Starbucks is king.

Love my starbucks !! Only reason I didn’t rate a 5 star is because I have had to get several drinks fixed due to inconsistencies.

I’ve been to this location many times during the day, and I have to say the service excels primarily in the morning. It’s always busy here, but I am always through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes around 8am. The service is always friendly and my drink is always made just right. Don’t be deterred by the line, this Starbucks is handling it :-)

It seems like it is faster to go inside than through the drive thru at this location. The drinks are your standard Starbucks drinks. I would just suggest that you go inside if you are in a rush. Don’t get stuck in the drive thru if you have some place to be.

What can I say great coffee. Friendly staff but the drive thru does take a little long maybe it’s because they serve food and what not. But I really do like their coffee. I will return to get my caffeine fix.

Fast Drive Thru service. Location right off the highway and sometimes can get busy depending on the time of day. Friendly and fast service the times I’ve been here. I’ve been trying to taste their darn Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and they are always out! Sigh… hopefully soon before it’s out of season. Download their Iphone app so you can reload your gift card and earn rewards like free syrups and free refills on same day visits. The app also allows you to pay since it records your card info, very handy when you forget your wallet! It will also send you messages with the pick of the week for a free music download.

i really like this Starbucks. Most are compact inside and loud with classical or top 40’s pop music. This place is very clean and well spread out inside. They have at least 5 baristas. i really like this place because they have a breakfast sandwich that is better then McD’s. The drive –Thur is always packed in the early AM, it moves pretty fast though. They have such an awesome variety of sandwiches, parfaits, cookies, and of course coffee, and frappacinos. I love the Green tea latte and the green tea Frappacino. The people givng low reviews have to be those people in the drive-thru line in a hurry and late to work.

Let’s just go with 3 key reasons why this place is not worth your time and/or money. 1) Incompetence: I am in support of trying to train new crew, and for the love of God I hope this was a new crew member and not a normal employee, but if you get the young guy with thick black rimmed glasses taking your order… be ready. This was the worst ordering experience I have ever had at a Starbucks and also feeds into number 2. 2) Timeliness: This guy was pretty slow at taking the order, and then I went to wait for the drinks. This was a pretty interesting experience because I knew the drive-thru line was slammed. So, I wait… and I wait… then I notice something wild. There was 1 person making all the drinks, there was 1 guy taking the orders, there was 1 guy handing the drinks out the window and there was 2 others that seemed to do nothing. Well, 1 of them kept correcting the one guy that was screwing up all the orders and the other was pumping the mocha and things into cups. Well, loooooooong time short, I got my drinks and the one was completely wrong! I threw it in the trash on the way out after just one sip. Overall, I prefer to not waste 4 bucks or so on a coffee drink that is not what I ordered. 3) Customer Service: Well, the problem here is not the customer service, that would be silly, it’s the fact that there wasn’t any. The young man that took the order, seemed lost and wasn’t really friendly or cheery, the barista didn’t say a word when handing me the coffee. BOTTOMLINE — — — — — — – There HAS to be a better solution. Make your own coffee or go to a different Starbucks. I know that this review will not change where most of you go for a cup ‘o joe, but honestly, this place is on my black list. You don’t get to take business for granted, at any time, I don’t care how big your business may be.
