I ordered the sweet chili shrimp in a bowl. The service was good. The drive thru window person was very friendly and welcoming! Food was tasty

This location needs to shut down their drive thru. First time we went here, it was an hour before closing, they only had 3 dinner entrees available. I guess they could not be bothered with making sure there was enough food till closing. In addition, it took about 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. We went again tonight(thinking the first time was a fluke). Nope. Went through the drive thru, sat there for 10 minutes, without moving an inch. We decide to go inside, maybe it will be faster. Nope. Took just as long. My husband stood there waiting to be acknowledged by Leslie(who is nice but needs to reevaluate her customer service skills.). My husband stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes while she walked back and forth without even so much as a «I’ll be right with you sir». We love Panda Express but will never go back to this location.

Panda Express is the equivalent of fast food restaurants serving Chinese food. I recently came to this location during the thanksgiving holidays and ordered the two entrée plate. I usually order either white rice or noodles with beef and broccoli, and my all time fave orange chicken! Everything was really good, with one exception I had came to the beverage station expecting unsweet tea and they didn’t. How are not gonna have unsweetened tea but have flavored tea?! I had to choose Pepsi instead. The service is fast and friendly but the cleanliness is a different story. Tables were not cleaned and had a hard time trying to find a place to sit. We had to clean our own tables just to sit down.

I try to do a good, bad and overall but this time I overall have nothing good to say. The drive thru was closed for some reason when I arrived so I went inside. The tables and serving areas were dirty and crusty but I was hungry so I was willing to overlook it. I ordered the family meal with 1 of the entrees as shrimp and 2 as orange chicken. They filled the large entrée boxes about ¾ full of chicken which was all they had out and apparently the reason for the portioning(they did’nt want to wait for more to cook) which doesn’t even make sense because they were going to be there anyway and I was the one waiting but regardless as I said we were hungry so I overlooked it. Next they filled the shrimp barely 2⁄3 and now I was done overlooking things because they charge extra for that entrée. I asked about it and the server made a snarky comment that the portion is 24 shrimp. She never counted them and it was about 15.(I am being accurate and literal not exaggerating.) She was simply denying fault, nothing more. I mentioned that it was about 15 shrimp and it doesn’t say anywhere that you get 24 shrimp rather than a large entrée box in the first place and then her maybe boss? walked over and said EDIT: I’m going to remove the part about the way she insulted me. The fact that she did so is enough said. Anyway at this point I obviously asked for a refund and drove to Sonic. I do not deserve that kind of crap and neither does anyone. Stay away.

Don’t go here at night. Not worth getting your whole order wrong and not getting a receipt. They always seen to run out an hour before closing.

Terrible experience. I gave it one because it makes me but shouldn’t give them any stars because we were never waited on. 10 minutes standing there while one helped one customer, the other helped another customer then chatted with him for awhile, the manager who initially said they would be right with us cooked and a fourth employee cleaned the food area and cut pieces of chicken for one of the meals in front of us. All of this instead of helping customers. Oh yea, when we walk towards the door to leave the manager turned around and thanked us.

The problem here is execution. The service isn’t an issue, they are friendly. Execution on ordering, and preparing. Several times I have gone, they are out of the one entrée plate or another. When they don’t have a sign that they are out of something, there is always a wait on rice. The last time I went, they had a catering order and clearly was not prepared for a dinner rush. The catering order was effecting the business of the store. Catering should never effect a stores business, if it does– it’s poorly planned. They were out of several items and I was told it would be a 15 min wait. If I wanted to wait 15 min for food to be ready, I would go to WOKINN. This location needs help with ordering enough food to have for their rush, as well as an execution plan to make sure food comes out at an appropriate time frame.

In the past few weeks I’ve been stopping by this location to get teriyaki chicken but they never seem to have any. They’ve had a sign up for about four weeks straight saying out of teriyaki. Either someone is not ordering what’s on the par sheets or the chicken is bad. This location definitely needs help with their slow service and not being prepared for lunch/dinner rush.

Terrible. Floors dirty service slow. Cooks playing around in the kitchen. Wait time way to long and if you order something and you have to wait for your order. Your gonna be last to get your food. I ordered and was served after the drive third and after other people walked in. Never coming back here!

Every time I come to the drive through, there’s at least a 5 min wait before I can order. Even when there is no cars. This location used to be great. Always had fresh, hot food. Now, consistently I AWAYS get some soggy chicken that’s been sitting for a while. The last time I ordered, I said very clearly and slow what my order was and when repeated back, it was something way off. I’m not sure what’s happened to this locations drive thru but in the last year it has been serving poor quality food.

Fake, MSG-laden yummy goodness for a quick Chinee jonesin’. Like all other Panda Express locations, this one takes Chinese dishes and Americanizes them to perfection. I thought the honey walnut shrimp was pretty amazing, if not overly glazed. Then again, who ever complains about over-glazing? The restaurant was clean, and even with a huge drive-thru line for dinner, the dining room service was quick and easy. Clearly explained menus and multiple options always a plus. No chopsticks(筷 fi-zuh) or duck sauce(duck sauce) though, so they really are getting away with this concept. Overall, it’s easy to mess this kind of thing up badly, but they haven’t so far. Plus, this is good for variety at Westover Marketplace that has a lot of American eateries already.

Clean place for sure. The food selection is so-so. I liked the noodles with the cabbage but everything seems to be pretty greasy. I’d go back for the noodles though.

I only come here for sweet tea … I used to eat here but with new eating/cooking habits, I get sick when I do eat here. Sorry Panda! The food is coated in gooey sauces and there’s always too much food in a serving. Don’t get me wrong, I used to love this place but had to give it up and now that I have, I had immediate regret when attempting it one last time. The veggies aren’t fresh and even their«healthy» options are a far cry from a ‘better choice’. I like their egg rolls or spring rolls as snacks but those are greasy as heck. I’ll never be able to completely quit Panda.

The food was hot, just right spices, cooked to perfection – especially for fast food Chinese and quite tasty. My BF and I came at – it seemed to be peak time for service which was not planned. I ordered the honey fried shrimp and he got two beef entrees – one spicy and one not. I got the stir-fried fresh veggies and he got the noodles. Neither one of us could find anything to complain about, were thoroughly pleased and virtually«licked out plates clean.» Most of the people around us got the orange chicken and no one seemed to be leaving any scraps at all – so others must have felt the same about the food. There were quite a few military personnel present so the word about this place must be out – and yes, we got our fortune cookies… We SHALL be back and I will Unilocal again!

Panda Express on Valley Hi made me a Poutin’ Panda today! It’s a-pout their prices. Who needs to pay that price for so-so Chinese fast food??? Seriously!

I’ve eaten here a few times over the past few months. The food is consistent, and tasty for«Chinese» fast food. I don’t care for most take out restaurants, but the orange chicken here is really good! It’s flavorful and not spicy. The green beans are steamed crisp tender & the service is quick and friendly.

When I do come here it’s never to sit inside since I’m always on the go, so I hit the drive thru. My favorite item is orange chicken and their noodles. It’s a must on my list when im in the mood for panda. The only down thing about my visit was the drive thru box to take my order wasn’t working so I had to wait in line a bit longer than expected. So I hope on my next visit its fixed.
