Las Palapas

I am a frequent customer, and I like their food. The waiters there have added an additional unauthorized tip to the check TWICE. I didn’t complain figured, they may have needed it more than me. I didn’t really like but since it was a dollar here and a dollar there, I let it go. Btw I had already added a 15% tip on check.
I still went back because I am a fan of their food. Well I went through the drive thru on 7÷6÷15. I ordered a crispy taco and 3 super tacos. It was so disappointing. My crispy taco was only half a shell, the other 3 tacos were very thin minimal toppings and lousy and wet. At almost 3 dollars a taco, I felt I should call the person in charge to complain. I spoke to «Freddie» who told me he would credit my food at the drive thru on a another day, just give my name. 2 days later I return with his name and my receipt and was treated very badly. I had to tell the person why I was there. She in turn called a manager, to talk to me and she told me the name was not in the book. Freddie hadn’t written anything. So therefore, I would not be honored with any credit. She was defensive and uncouth. Implying I was lying. Bottom line I was not credited for the lousy food, in addition to that I was treated like a criminal and now for dessert I got a good healthy helping of BAD SERVICE. I will not be returning and will spread by word of mouth others to do the same.

Great service, awesome food, and an overall good time. This Las Palapas stands out above all within its chain. If you want to go out for great mexican and be treated like family this is the place.

I frequent this las palapas the most out of all the ones in my area. I appreciate the customer service and great quality food provided. Normally I visit mornings, and the ladies are very welcoming, but the night crew is just as genuine. Hector has been my server the past few experiences and he gives exceptional service. Very attentive towards my table and guest with me. If you’re debating on a good location to visit, I’d stress this one. Ask for hector!
