No one manning the front of the counter. Bad business on their part. Seems to only be two people answering phones, running the front counter, running the drive though, and making the food.

I’ve got major love for all Schoktzsky’s but I gotta say, the customer service here was really nice! I really liked talking to the people and they changed out the lemonade as soon as it ran out!

We went as a work group. Several folks had never been to a Schlotsky’s before and were looking for a lite lunch. We ended up getting everything from salads to sandwiches. I got my usual — the Original without black olives. I think the bread is what makes their sandwiches so good. Would I return to this location? Most definitely, just not every week.

I like their Pick Two special because it allows my two personalities each get what they want! Kidding! I like variety so it makes my decision a lil easier although sometimes I still have a hard time deciding what I want since it’s all so good. Well you definitely need to select the Cranberry, Apple, Pecan & Chicken Salad as one of your choices. The size of their salads in this special is generous! I usually have to save my second selection for a later meal so it makes it a better bargain!

Ok, I know typically Schlotzskys are pretty good, I mean its a national chain… right? Well I have been to this one twice and both times my order has been wrong. First time I said nothing and ate my sandwich anyway. Second time I ordered a Pastrami Rueben with mustard. It came out with roast beef and not pastrami. I complained and the guy took it back and brought me a pastrami Swiss, I said, well there is no sauerkraut, so he returned and then brought me one that had sauerkraut and so much thousand island it was running off the sandwich and puddking on thd plate… I told him never mind and left. C’mon man???
