How could you possibly swear at a customer then have management kick them out? Ai deserves better treatment!

This is a good place to get expected Tex-Mex. I went there for lunch with my MiL and my kiddo. They handled the kiddo very well. My MIL ordered a veggie heavy pasta and I ordered fajitas. We both were very happy with our food. We also loved the chips. Super Yummy! I look forward to trying it for dinner soon.

I’m not so sure what was up with the previous poster’s commercial but I hate, hate, hate giving this bad review. Panchito’s at The Quarry used to be one of my favorite HH Watering Holes. Great drinks and appetizers for cheap = makes 5pm come a lot faster on a workday. It eluded the same class and appeal that other restaurants and shops at The Quarry did. It seemed more«upscale» than a typical Tex Mex restaurant. The food was good and it was a great place to hang out or grab dinner before a movie or something. Knowing from a friend that there had been some changes made, we still gave it a shot for HH this past week. I was sad we did. It just isn’t the same. The feeling you get when you walk in the door is different and the ambiance just… isn’t there. Aesthetically talking, I’m not a fan of the new logo and menu and whoever decided to give the(formerly nice) restroom a sloppy paint job of Pepto Bismol Pink needs to go back to design school. *I know it may sound harsh… go look at it. You’ll agree.* Now the place just seems like another cheesy Mexican restaurant, not the cool place it used to feel like. I don’t know if the place is doing too well because there used to be a decent Happy Hour crowd and we were 2 of 6 people in the whole place. As far as HH specials, no more XX beer specials, only domestics like Bud Lt, Coors Lt and Miller Lt. The margaritas were good and cheap but seemed smaller. And gone are the days of Half Off Apps during HH. At one point, a manager came over to let us know they had a buffet on Thursdays until 7p or something and a late-night buffet until 2am on some other night… not what we were interested in. I know they parted ways with Panchito’s for various reasons but I’m really bummed at the changes they decided to make. Maybe they’ll take some advice and make some adjustments… hope so! This place used to rock!

Quarry Cantina is an excellent place to take a meeting with a business(or Potential) partner. You will notice that the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and actually believe that the customer is king. Definitely a Far Cry for some other restauraunts, but not Quarry Cantina. They really know what you want and jump through hoops to make sure you get it. The atmosphere definitely gives off a sexy yet classy feel, From The delicious food to the oh so perfect Bar which sits proudly as the focal point of the room. Come in Everyday Noon to 6:30 and enjoy the Happy Hour, or better yet reserve your time to visit for the Thursday Happy Hour from 4 – 7:30PM and enjoy a complimentary Buffet at the Bar.(You have to try Quarry Cantina’s Signature Drinks from YVodka) Breakfast to early and lunch too late? Come by for Brunch! Saturday or Sunday and enjoy Bottomless Mimosa’s from 11am to 3PM Overall I agree with the previous Review: «This is definitely the rebirth of Panchitos Mexican grill to quarry cantina!(fine Text Mex).
