I remember when I first walked into this location, I saw the waitress sitting in a booth playing with her phone. We waited for a good 10 minutes and left. No one there… they probably ran into the same situation. No one looks like they want to be there. When you order for a delivery and ask for a 20 oz soda they send you a 2 liter and charge you for that. You come across a few people who work there who are sweet, but they never last.

Every single time me and my husband go to the location there is a issue, the manager is a horrible one and he is a jerk. They don’t follow standard «Pizza Hut rules» and they decide if they’re going to take a actual Pizza Hut coupon just because they don’t want to. This place is a joke. Oh! And since the manager wants to try and start crap with my husband every time we’re there I’ll say it, the manager who thinks he’s so bad ass is a bitch.

I’m sorry to give this place a bad review. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but, this Pizza Hut has a serious problem keeping time commitments. On the past three visits I have had to wait 40, sometimes 60 minutes for my order to be ready AFTER I arrive at the estimated ready time. The first time, my order was picked up by someone else and I had to wait for mine to be remade. Second time, my order wasn’t started, and just disappeared from the system. Today, my order was accidentally picked up by a driver and, again, had to wait for it to be remade. Each time, I’ve been compensated for the issues, and everyone has been very friendly. Maybe their procedures need to be tweaked? I don’t know, but next time I will be going elsewhere.

Only ever gotten to-​go but very friendly and efficient staff, my favorite is the new pretzel crust. I also love the chocolate chip cookie. Yumm

Walking into this Pizza Hut was unlike any other Pizza Hut. I’m unsure if its a different franchise, but I totally dig their vibe! They had a ton of unique wall decorations themed with classic Pizza Hut logos and chicken wings. It was cool.
The pizza buffet was the same as other Pizza Huts. Good pizza, fresh selection. I really enjoyed the hot alfredo and maranara pasta selections.
$ 17 for 2 during lunch was a little steep for me without drinks, but when I’m in the mood for pizza and in the area I imagine Ill be back!
