After neglecting my hands and feet for wayyyy to long, I decided to treat myself. Even though the place was empty, I felt rushed upon arrival. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sat in the chair bc my feet longed for some TLC! Ten minutes later, Polish is being applied to my nails… Wait, what happened to the foot rub, dead skin removal, proper cuticle trim… I was disappointed but even more disappointing was as soon as I walked out, I noticed the polish was literally rolling off my toenails. She didn’t wipe the oil off my feet before applying the polish which caused my polish to not adhere! I went back in no showed her, asked her for nail polish remover, she put her cell phone down, gave me the remover and proceeded to play on her cell phone. very poor service, non apologetic, will never return!

I moved just down the street to this nail salon. So I went in for a shellac manicure before going home after work. The staff was friendly and talkative. I was in and out in 20 minutes. From my understanding Shellac stays chip free for 2 weeks. By my third day I had three chip nails! I went in and explained the chipping not upset just concerned. The salon agreed to repaint my 3 nails no charge for the inconvenience. To my shock just one day later I had more chipping! Needless to say I won’t be a returning customer. The service was $ 30.00.

A waste of time and money. I feel like I paid 30 dollars for a foot massage, soak, and to get my toes clipped. She didn’t even scrub my feet correctly. Due rubbed my foot with the sponge for 10 seconds and that was it. I ordered the deluxe. I’m use to getting my feet dipped in wax for the deluxe but I guess here the deluxe is getting to use the chair massager. Won’t be coming here again

This nail salon is fairly close to my house, so I tend to slide in for a quick mani or pedi on occasion. On one visit, I saw an employee verbally lambast a client when she returned with fungi growing on her acrylic nail accusing the salon of giving it to her. That should have been a cue. But the young man who does my nails always does such a perfect job(I am a perfectionist and like my nails to look equally great after a mani/pedi) that I kept returning with no problems. Until last Saturday(November 19). I walked in and the owner(the man who sits to the left) was the only available attendant, so rather than wait for my regular guy, I decided to just go for it. When he was done with my manicure, I paid him $ 14(included a $ 2 tip). Rather than review my hands for any leftover cuticle after I washed them, he started right into a polishing and I stopped him… I requested that he look over my nails to remove any leftover cuticle and he told me that they were fine. Really? Fine? I don’t think so, so I asked for the cuticle trimmers and got to work. He walked away and when he came back I asked him to finish the manicure since I was paid him for the work. He told me I was«too picky» and to «get out.» He threw $ 15 at me and told me I wasn’t paying him enough to be so picky. I chuckled, took the money and when I realized he gave me an extra $ 1 I offered it back to him, but he told me he didn’t want it. Moral of the story: I should have noticed the way they treated that woman who came in with a complaint and never returned to this store. But, now I know. These people are horrible and have no concept of customer service. BEWARE! It is far better to pay a little more or drive elsewhere to get your paws and claws cared for properly.

This review may be fairly boring due to the fact that I would express the same sentiment about this business. Nail salons are a dime a dozen these days. This one is just as standard and run of the mill as many of the rest. It’s one room. One the left wall sit a few pedicure chairs. The massager on mine was broken, but the spa part was still fully functioning. Manicure stations sit on the other wall. The interior is old, could use a touch up or some TLC. The staff was just sort of present doing their jobs. Not much conversation. I guess that’s not a bad thing, I’m just über-talkative so I like people who talk back to me! And just one final complaint. I was there for a bridal shower. Several of the girls present had nail polish cracking and chipping less than a day later. We aren’t sure if maybe they just have old nail polish in the shop? I am by no means an expert on this and it could have been the weather for all I know but it did happen and with so many of us experiencing the same problem it seemed like something more than a coincidence! They didn’t do a bad job. They didn’t do a good job. I probably won’t go back, I’d rather be a bit more pampered if I’m going to spend money at a place like this!
