Friendly customer service is good for the two stars. My oven-reheated slice was lukewarm and not great. Skip it and just grab a cup of coffee somewhere. This small airport has better offerings, but I suppose a tepid flabby slice will do if you’re desperate.

Overcharged me for a cup of coffee and couldn’t figure out what they did wrong nor how to fix it. They tried to convince me that the price difference was tax! Never mind the tax portion on the bottom of the bill. Just wound up walking away in frustration. So annoyed that I just let them win that one. Keep my thirty cents, consider it a severance package from me.

Like Eating Cardboard? Sbarro is normally good, and like most chains, consistent with what you get. I think at this location though, there’s not enough traffic to have fresh pizza? My friend mentioned her pizza tasted like«cardboard». I watched as another customer ordered a pizza, went to complain, and the lady told HIM to go throw it away! At least he got a new piece. And yet another slice of a 3rd pizza wasn’t eaten either… Tip: Order the fresh pizza!

My nephew ordered cheese pizza, and we paid for it. We were told to wait fifteen minutes for the pizza to be cooked and to come back when it was ready. When we returned, about fifteen minutes later, they had already sold the same pizza that we bought. They sold the pizza twice. You can’t do that. You can sell one pizza one time. Since my nephew does not eat meat, there was literally no pizza for us to consume. For other people coming to this restaurant, we advise either not to trust that they will hold pizza they sold for you OR keep your eyes on your pizza like a hawk, because they might give it to someone else.
