I should have checked the Unilocal reviews before ordering. There was a flyer under my door at the Holiday Inn Express. I ordered a medium pizza and two sodas and was told 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I was delivered a Luke warm pizza and no sodas. The guy came back 20 minutes later and brought the sodas.

Hour and 40 minutes for delivery– no plates or napkins as requested-​food was Luke warm, crust was dry, tasty, not worth the wait. Shoulda gone with dominoes or Pizza Hut. I’ll pay better attention to the reviews before ordering next time. I think it must be a hit or miss type of thing.

I love ordering from mom and pop restaurants. This place however is terrible. I ordered through eat 24 and received my order 15 minutes after confirmed time. While not too long after the confirmed time, I did wait an hour and a half for my food. The fries were uncooked, soggy and cold. The sandwich had cold horrible tasting chicken, a couple onions and undercooked bacon… Will never order from them again, even though the drink was cold when it got here. There was one upside.
Please do not waste your money! You are literally throwing it away ordering from here since you can’t eat the food you order anyway…

A totinos pizza would have been better!!! I could be a Indian chief with all the feathers I pulled off the wings. The cheese was hard and stuck to the box. Took a hour and a half to get my order just 4 miles down the road. This place is a joke. Is it edible? Yes. But would NEVER order again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Don’t do it! Wasn’t worth the hour wait. The bag that my sodas came in smelled like cigarettes. The pizza dough is similar to a cheap oven pizza.

It’s great! new owners, good prices. You’d be a bonehead not to try this joint out. and it’s free delivery! I order a few times a week.

It arrive a little later than the tracking system stated. No big deal, the pizza was delicious. This was my second go around with these guys. Vast improvement from our first encounter.

I used to work there. No locals buy pizza here… it’s always people at hotels or fort sam houston who notice the flyers and have never had the crappy food. So, repeat business is non existent, if you order you’ll know why.

Gyro and pizza was delicious! Delivery was fast (about 35 min so time to cook and drive) mushrooms on pizza were fresh not canned! Tomatoes in gyro were super fresh too! Glad I ignored the other reviews (only did so Bc I didn’t want Asian tonight and the only other delivery option)

WORST FOOD EVER & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was told my delivery order would arrive in 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half. I called twice asking about my order and they had every excuse in the book for why it wasn’t on time. I ordered a turkey blt and the bacon was RAW. I also ordered a Philly cheese steak that was supposed to have fried peppers and onions, but they were raw. BOTTOM LINE: THESE PEOPLE JUST DON’T CARE.

Worst customer service ever! I tried to cancel my order and the manager called me a c*nt and said I would get charged either way. They were pissed because I was saying that I ordered through grub hub and they record all phone conversations. Instead of redeeming the situation, he called me a c*nt and hung up on me. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE! They disrespect women and from what I read, the food is SHIT.

One star only because they deliver. The food on the other hand is disgusting. Ordered the wings, which were boiled with season sprinkled/​thrown on top. No taste and half of the wings were under cooked.
Gyro was also ordered, which was more overwhelmed with condiments (sour cream/​mayo) than meat and vegetables. Stay far away from this place!

i thought, a place can’t possibly be THIS bad? the other reviewers are just mean…
i have learned my lesson, trust Unilocalers. worst gyro i have ever eaten in my life, the cheese «sticks» which are more like cheesy bread tasted like cough syrup, and i have no idea how they accomplished that feat. best thing i got were the fries, and they were soggy and cut into fat wide sticks. (no ketchup included by the way)
never again.

Ordered delivery the spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken Alfredo, came with salad and garlic bread. The chicken Alfredo sauce was great, but the chicken was extremely overcooked and dry, the flavor of the sauce was good enough to look past the chicken. The spaghetti and meatballs I didn’t like so much. The meatballs were definitely not fresh, awful texture, as if they were frozen and came from a factory. Bread was soggy, salad was too brown for my taste. KEEP Alfredo sauce, change the meatballs, fresh is always better.

Took 1 hour and 20 mins. The dough is flavorless and the cheesy bread is dry and bland. The crust was doughy and not fully cooked or crisp. I wish Braza brava would deliver so I wouldn’t have to settle for this tasteless shit. Dominoes is a better bet don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible!!! We ordered a pizza wings a sandwich and some cheesecake. Pizza was cold crap and tasteless! Overpriced and a complete waste of money! The chicken wings looked like rabbits feet! We spent &45 and called and demanded our money back, the gave us half off, which was better than nothing I guess…

If I could leave less stars I would. We ordered a single pizza for delivery. It arrived an hour and a half later ICE COLD. (See photo) I called to have the issue resolved and the woman who answered said she would send someone out with a fresh one. It is now 2:26am and they are closed. We never recieved the new pizza and im sure she had no intentions of getting the problem solved. It was our first and last time EVER ordering from this place. Dont waste your money. Take it to a place that cares about the quality of their product and understands the importance of customer service.

THE WORSE FOOD I EVER RECEIVED!!! Ordered a chicken sandwich that was on stale bread, with cold chicken, no tomatoes, no mayonnaise, cheese not melted at all. All delivered by a crack-​addict-​looking woman. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I generally don’t like to call pizza restaurants to place my orders too much. It gives me less freedom to write about the place when I go on Unilocal later. But for this place, I really didn’t have a choice. I am currently stationed at Fort Sam Houston, and I’m not allowed to go off-​post yet. Calling places like these is really the only means I have of procuring food from the outside world. And I saw flyers for this place lying around; it was really my only shot of getting food when it’s otherwise not readily available. Hence, I called the number, placed my order, and waited.
And waited. And waited. I timed it to be about 40 minutes from the time I hung up to the time it actually arrived. The store appears to be no more than two miles away from where I live, so there should be no reason that the pizza takes this long to get there. Sure, getting onto a busy military base might not be easy, but the delivery guy didn’t offer an apology either.
Although the pizza wasn’t bad, it was really plain and didn’t stand out in any way. Highly disappointing. What’s worse is that while I was eating it, a few friends of mine had ordered from Pizza Hut, and theirs was way better than what the more original location had to offer. I honestly felt pretty cheated that dining options in the area had to be so limited. Hopefully, other restaurants in the area can do a better job.
