My experience was all positive, the food was on par with bill millers quality in general. Serving time was also on par and the staff was attentive and friendly. I saw no reason to give them any less than three stars. Bill millers is what it is, and I think it’s the best fast food barbecue in Texas.

Okay, so this is why you don’t wing it on new places. This is why Unilocal was invented! ZOMG, one star goes to the great customer service, and the other goes for the fries. The fries were delicious, salty goodness. What DOESN’T get anything is the BBQ Chopped Beef Sandwich. How in the hell do you mess up chopped beef? You smoke beef, chop it up with BBQ sauce, add onion and pickle on a good bun. I don’t know if they thought I did not have teeth, or had multiple stomachs like a cow but that beef had to be regurgitated. There’s no way someone could chop freshly smoked beef and make a beef like pâté at a fast food joint, BUTTHEYDID! It was GROSS!!! And weirdly enough it was BLAND. Also, you’d think we don’t live in Texas and they can’t at least buy some good Ms. Baird’s. Naw, this mess had air that had gotten to it and you can’t hide that with toasting. But seriously? It had ZEROFLAVOR! All you were left with was the texture of slime. I could not finish even one sandwich. It’s like the doubled down on gross. And ZOMG, this is the south. What is wrong with your sweet tea? BOOOOO!!!

I had to get a replacement order and the customer service was horrible. The person taking the order forgot drinks, the manager making the order was rude and to top it off I was not able to explain the situation. The manager kept asking questions not allowing me to answer. We will not be returning to this location.

I give it today a 3 star. RESTROOMS: Are clean. RESTAURANT: Clean. CUSTOMERSERVICE: Needs. improvement. I asked an employee to please stop sweep around me while I was eating, because I noticed that he was sweeping very fast. You can see all the dirt and dust fly around in the air. I didn’t want it to land on my food. I just thought it was rude that he didn’t respect my opinion and went on sweeping. Then he went around talking about me to his coworkers. They would look at me and my family and laugh. FOOD: Chicken was HOT and CRISPY. Tea was perfectly sweaten. Fries where SOGGY and COLD. ADVICETOMANAGEMENT: Remind your employees that employees behavior and aditude reflects on the company. Customer service should be a priority.

It’s hard to down a Bill Miller experience, but this was breakfast and I didn’t love the carne guisada. Perhaps that’s because it was more of a Yankee Pot Roast? I suppose as it should be from a country joint? TIP: Get the tea ½ and 1⁄2
